The door opened as I approached it. An employee was opening it for me and welcomed me as I walked inside. She asked me to wait until another employee would come to help me. She told me:Right there. ... where I was standing. The assistant who would help me was already approaching me and took care of everything so quickly, I was ready to leave within 10 minutes! Great service!

Fantastic if you want to wait over 20 minutes just to buy a phone case because all of the customer service reps are helping people buy new phones. There should be at least one or two reps helping people get in and out. Didnt end up getting a case because theyre so slow.

This particular store is lame. 5 salesman walking around looking lost and no one bothered to look up from there phone to help. All young kids. And no knowledge of inventory on there new phones. Torrance store was much better.

I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but after my experience yesterday I felt obligated to do so. I came in to upgrade my phone and it was such a lack luster experience mainly because the customer service. The guy that “helped” me was terrible. He made me feel like I was bothering him while I was trying to get help. He didn’t greet me, he was literally on the phone with someone with AirPods, his energy level was a -4, he clearly didn’t want to be there and he just made me feel like i wasn’t a valued customer. I will not be coming back into this store ever again.

Ordered lg wing for pick up and drove 40 minutes to that specific store for that phone only to be turned down because I bought it on my tablet. I am account owner and provided verizon pass to confirm id and account. Lady with the lil pad was not helpful. Neither was manager. For a verizon pass you need to pass security questions and all to sign in which I did. Caled verizon and they said you were not supposed to do that if i provided my verizon pass. And you guys took my upgrade and says I owe 999.99 on my s10 that I bought fully in cash when I opened this verizon account. By far the worst ever.

All transactions were conducted on the curb. Masks were worn by employees and were required of customers. Glad to see Verizon is doing their part to keep germs/virus from spreading. Bought a phone, chargers, and a memory card. Transaction went as well as it could have gone given the circumstances.

Im in charge of my companys verizon account and i refuse to use the account manager from verizon because this place takes care of me EVERY SINGLE TIME and its in person and not via phone calls and emails. Jorge is the man! Dont go anywhere else.

Took about 10 minutes before a rep offered their assistance, passing me over for others that just walked in, and offered zero input about phones, just stood there silently. Above all else I was disappointed to overhear one of the reps state Like America, it over promises and under delivers when with another customer and rep... Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but frankly that type of talk isnt professional and is better left off the sales floor. I as an active duty service member didnt appreciate it. Took my business elsewhere.

Make sure to clarify with the sales associates what your upcoming bill will be charged. I was charged activation fees that were not communicated to me and my next monthly statement was almost an additional $200. And also get peoples names at this location! One salesperson said they would credit me back but never did. Ive had to go there four times to finally get my bill cleared up. First, my account had a credit from calling customer service for all inconveniences (theyre willing to help, but advised they cant fix problems that occur within the store). When I finally had an appointment with the original salesperson, he gave me my $35 activation credit for one tablet plus $15 inconvenience credit... but this last time I went to get the 2nd activation fee credited that a different salesperson said they would give me, the manager only agreed to give me the difference of $20. Also, once a plan is set or devices are added, make sure THEY make notations to your account about the conversation regarding what you will be charged at the time and future statements. I wish this store represented the brand better because I like Verizon.***** Just needed to update this since I checked my statement and never got my $20 credit. This location makes me very upset, again they dont keep their word (Saul and all management). Thanks for wasting my time going there to try and fix charges that shouldnt have happened to begin with.

I just went today 7/25/2019, asking for the prepaid plan $45. I was told it doesnt include calls to Canada & Mexico. I checked it on internet with a verizon rep and it does.People on the store are just playing among each other. There were 4, they see you enter and dont say anything, even though they are just talking to each other. You have to go to them and ask them their help. And finally they give you the wrong info. They dont even know the Company plans

He looked at my account which has my grandchildren, found I was paying for some spam software that was being sent to one of my Granddaughter, canceled that and gave me a price below Apple price by $100.00 (dont know how long this will last).He was really great as are all their people there. I used to go to the store by Costco in Marina Del Rey but not consistently good service there. I changed because the Hawthorne store is just plain great. People really know what they are doing and work to make sure that you get the best price on exactly what will fill you need.Mike L

The customer service in this store doesnt even deserve one star!!! I had to send my complaint to corporate, which is something I never do. After being told by a Manager that they couldnt accommodate me, I went to the location in Inglewood on Century Blvd. They were very helpful and I was very satisfied with the level of service I receieved!!!

Okay the two phones that they sell stocks for on 190th and Torrance boulevard inside Kmart whats a contract is not in state of goal and where was using my information to try to react to a contract I want him arrested for 25 years to life the other thing is the story of The carriage Dover to Derek Walcott poems and where lies doing business at your store which is ocean gate I do not have any services you at all so the other last play says that was on heil and Beach boulevard we do not have any prepaid phones with Verizon wireless for Page plus okay so whatever papers you have on Page plus or Verizon wireless web page t communications on Friday morning we do not have any more bills you guys theres no prepay theres no contract nothing

Tito the solutions manager was absolutely no help to me. My 10 day old iPhone won’t let me purchase my previous downloads I can’t even download my Uber app. (My only source of income) somehow my new phone locked me out of my iTunes account for 90 days preventing me from downloading anything purchased or new.. I kept reiterating the severity of the situation but Tito kept looking at his watch because I came 10 minutes before closing time and he kept telling me go to crossroads Verizon where I bought the phone originally.Abel the store manager needs to fire him!!

Warning: I had a bad experience at this store. My phone stopped working for no apparent reason. It was purchased less than 1 year ago. So, I should have been offered a free replacement phone by the Verizon representatives. Instead of telling me that, three different representatives told me I would have to purchase a new phone. The way I found out about my true option of receiving a free replacement phone was by talking to the Verizon representative at my local Costco store. Thank you Costco!! Bottom line: I dont know if the Verizon employees at this store are just totally incompetent or whether theyve been trained to sell phones to everyone they can, even if eligible for a free replacement. In either case, this is totally unacceptable behavior on the part of Verizon and the employees at this location. Be warned.

I come here for accessories and to have my phones uploaded when I am in this area. I upgrade our phones a lot and this place is always busy, however the wait is never that long.They offer a lot of accessories.The employees here seem to know a lot about the products that they sell. One of the salesperson told me that they had to go to a Verizon type of camp to learn about Verizon and their many services. (I was impressed and felt comfortable)I switched from a Samsung Note to a MOTO Z to a LG, they taught me how to use the MOTO, I went back to learn the LG and was a PRO by the time I left the store. Happy customer am I!They are located on a busy street, however they can be easily seem from the main street. They share a huge parking lot with several other stores, however parking is a breeze and is free.They accept all major credit cards.

Other Verizon store, Torrance, did not seem to have time for my problem but Denise and a co worker at the Hawthorne store, forgot his name, took charge and got me what I needed. Further more I told the gentleman that my bluetooth was not working correctly and he went to my car and fixed my bluetooth which works great now. Great service and all done with a friendly smile. Just wanted to give credit to two outstanding people that you should be proud to employ. All this happened on Monday at 10:00 am. Thank you both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,Larry Lorden

Liars!!!! Scammers! The store people were giving me a promotion, saying that after I purchased three iPhones and joined the line plan, they would waive all the activation fee. However, after everything is settled, I was still required to pay the activation fee, and nothing is waived. Cant get any response from them via calling the specialist s phone number or texting him, after I signed the two year lease. They just want money. I want to sue this stores manager. Even though I went to the actual store, the specialist who helped me didnt show up, other store people were saying he was busy.
