Do NOT order pick up from this store. I asked for greenish bananas and this is what they gave me. They also gave me bruised apples. If you do order do not order produce. Also don’t use coupons because mine got canceled for not meeting the threshold after they canceled my items. Target and other stores still honor them.

The workers arent super helpful...if you cant find it on your own...neither can they basically. A lot of the workers have an unattractive attitude. Much rather drive across town for a positive experience, than go here where its convenient, but lousy employees

And to think it’s some hope in this world! I shopped here at 7:00am with my two year old today. Out of all the employees on the floor no one had the decency to speak to my two year old who spreading light around this store saying Good morning to every last one of your employees and no one spoke. We have to do better! If we want change in this world we have to be that change smh

Well stocked. But to busy. & not that clean. I feel safer shoping at Numero Uno where they give gloves to all the customers. & enforce social distancing, limit capacity at the door. Also, Aldi has better prices, better quality. & not such a big store, which used to be a good thing before the pandemic. Now its better to be in & out.

Usually have decent shopping experience but today my search for a Ralphs pharmacy pulled up this one. they dont have a pharmacy. Plz update info. Im in a hurry today now gotta find somewhere else.

I ordered grocery delivery. We received the groceries only to have the driver have to take them back because Ralphs incorrectly charged our card and the only way they would issue a refund is to have the groceries back. So they made our delivery driver come back, get the groceries, and go back to the store. Then they would not re-deliver the groceries, but still charged me for them. I will be contacting my credit card for a charge back.

Pleasant shopping experience. Lots of items in stock and produce looked fresh and was kept nicely. Very clean store. One star off for the lack of cashiers, there were only two on duty causing long lines.

Went to Ralph’s Deli dept at 8:48am today and no deli items were ready for purchase considering the store opens at 6am and staff generally starting at 5am. I was told by deli staff that they will have food at 10am. Really? Y’all open at 6am but I can’t get food BEFORE work, I have to come back at 10am. That’s some GHETTO ish!Y’all need to get to work on time. Open you department timely so that your customers can shop at the times you display for shopping at the deli!Y’all suck!

Thanks to Mr. Dan, I like this store because it is organized and has everything I need but today a man chased me around the store and I was very scared, Mr. Dan and some employees helped me and Mr Dan took me to my car making sure I was okay.... thank you so much!!!

Been coming to this location since it was a Boys market (old school). The workers are nice but always busy, maybe its under staffed? Use the bathroom at home before you shop as to avoid the public restroom here. Always parking and they have 4 self checkout registers for quick in and out shopping. Ive never eaten the deli food but the smell of delicious fried chicken greets you from the parking lot. Discount section in the back near the restrooms. Key making machine and a coin counting machine at this location. Digital coupons with their mobile app is the way to go.

Not the best cake decorators!!Needed some birthday candles, no one on the floor to ask for help finding them!They only had 2 registers open with about 8 to 10 people per line.

Well, Its a 4 Star Service and clean Inside with good stock, But the Location is a 3 Star. Not a huge place but very decently sized with pretty much all you really need. No open counter meat/seafood department. No pharmacy.They have added top shelves to all the Aisles so they have deff gotten rid of the under stocking issue.Manager and others there are very nice. Always in a good mood that I have experienced. The Self check out has had a software update so it is now much faster.But still the issue remains of trash outside. Homeless looming around and people/kids trying to sell you chocolate outside. Shopping carts need to be upgraded as well.Besides that, Its a Ralphs. When stuff is on sale they are better then most others.

2 reasons why Ralphs in Hawthorne doesnt cut it for me. The first reason is all of the unhealthy foods offered. Sorry, I guess looking at the obese shoppers isnt a clue for most of their patrons. Want healthy? Pay more. The second reason is the undereducated staffers there. Todays bad experience was not from a Kroger employee, it was the guard working the self-checkout line. I scan most of my items without incident; when I reach the apples, this moron decides to step in. I tell him that I dont need help, yet he insists on checking out for me. I tell him to get the %$*K away, and he is still there. I told the dummy to go to school, and I left. I shop the LA, and El Segundo Ralphs stores for better foods. When I have more time, Ill go to Bristol Farms, or Whole Foods. Higher prices, good food, and excellent assistance when needed. Good thing Im buying a home in a different city.

Well I mean the parking lot always dirty, people always asking for change outside, security guards everywhere, if youre used to that stuff the poor people seem pretty respectful & good selection of items (though sale items run out quick) shop in another area if this stuff phases you.

I love visiting this location.Always presentable and has what products I am looking to purchase since I know exactly what I want before I arrive.

Will never shop at this Ralphs location ever again! While getting a rain check from the cashier, my daughter was waiting by the exit with our grocery bag. The security guard came up to her asked for the receipt and after awhile she started pulling things out of the bag to prove that we paid for all our items. I was so upset I asked for the receipt back twice before having to grab it out of his hands. Not only was this Latino security guard towering over my petite daughter, but lingered with the receipt right next to her like she was a thief. Then once I stood up to him, he tried to blame it on the associate upfront! Next time apology and go found the real thief please.

I havent been shopping in a while and this experience was great. I suggest an investment in more shopping carts; some that are small for a short amount of shopping and much better carts with security mechanisms.

Sadly, this specific location is very old and run down. Im hoping this Ralphs gets a more modern, clean update soon. Prices are the same here as in the very newly updated and clean location in Manhattan Beach. The outside photo on this site is deceiving as this is not what the actual location looks like. The vegetable section and vegetables seem to be what would be rejected from other stores. I wouldnt mind it, if the prices match the quality. This is close to home...but I avoid this specific Ralphs store. Im hoping for a change...soon.

Ive been saying I need to write a review about my neighborhood Ralphs for months and finally I am - this place is awesome! There is hardly ever a line more than 3 people and if there is another checkout lane or 2 will open almost instantly. All of the staff are super friendly and are very accommodating when you need help finding something. The prices are pretty decent and even if they werent, Id still shop there because of the speedy checkout and wonderful service.Thank you Hawthorne Ralphs Team - you guys rock!

Long lines- plus their self checkout is very condensed. Store is VERY clean but too small for all their stock- they really need a bigger store or expand there present store.

Needed a little more attention in the cleaning of the area where customers place their food to be rang up. Food was wasted and brought to the cashiers attention, but she just kept ringing with the unclean surface not being cleaned.

The cashier was very nice and I wanted to by some candy, but I didnt have the digital coupon however she allowed me to get anyways.

Conveniently located off Hawthorne Blvd and W 120th St, it is one of the few full service grocery stores in the area. They stock a wide variety of familiar brands at a reasonable price. You will find a full deli, mini floral center and a Donut House donut shop which is operates 24/7 via a little walk-up window in the front on the south end of the building. An added bonus is the USA Gas station across the street which consistently has the lowest prices.

Its ok based on the area. I stayed in a hotel near by and went there to shop. The people hanging out outside the store looked rough. The security was in the store instead of being outside for the patrons. Also I went to the wine section and noticed the security guard kept watching me. Im a business person dressed very well and to be treated that way was un-nessary. Its a rough area, I get it.
