I have been visiting Superior Grocers on Hawthorne Blvd. and El Segundo Blvd. this store has a variety of products we need is very clean and an excellent customer service.

Like 2 shop first thing in Morning when store just open the doors. Beautifully CLEAN & STOCKED WELL ORGANIZED. Employees are not exhausted, yet, & are friendly. Good Job!

I loved this strore first time trying it. So clean... produce and meat looked very fresh. Not quite as much variety of products as larger stores but otherwise great. Cashiers and store employees all kind friendly and helpful. Very impressed I will be back.

They have very very little healthy food options. If you like to shop healthy this is not the store to go to

No handicap cart. I can no longer shop there. I need a cart to use when shopping

I enjoy coming to this location for the meat selection and deli. I always find cut meats I need to cook. The deli has good hot food selection. The security guards help with packing food in bags at times which is really helpful and thank you. I just can find some spices and other ingredients I need.

They were selling tamales at the deli. I got a pork one, was very pleased and reasonably priced. Should have bought more. Planning on returning. Overall prices were good.

I couldnt find any bananas that was ripe,they were all green and the avocadoes was too expensive I like the other Superior store better because they had 2/$3 avocadoes, and 2/99¢, and also at least they had ripe bananas, Im not the one who likes to complain but you got to sell what your customers want, right ?? Other than that everything else was perfect I love shopping there or any Superior Stores.

The produce section was fully stocked. Would have luke to have seen the cheeses fully stocked too. Also the parking lot smells like urine. They need to water wash that parking lot. Customer Service was good though.

Product I was looking for, beef heart, was out of stock.Bathroom access was up a flight of stairs, then only accessible with a code... Something that the security guard on that floor told me that I would have to obtain from a cashier, back down the stairs, and a wait in a long line away.I wasnt mugged in the parking lot... I suppose thats something to be grateful for.

They have a great Deli, meat department and a variety of produce.

So called manager Nestor was extremely rude and snappy with response when I asked him a simple question. Then, he bothers to say he isnt on the clock yet, hes restocking the mini fridge by the registers while being on a personal call on his cell phone. All I have to say is, if youre not getting paid why do free labor when you honestly look tired and give disturbing responses to paying customers? Get another job because I can tell you hate your job!

This store is amazing. It is wide and spacious which makes it easy and faster to get around. They have their products well organized and accessible. It is always clean and holds no safety hazards. The staff can usually be seen with a smile and a positive look. They are also always kind and glad to help you if you cant find a specific product. The way they organized the store makes it easy to find what you need. The fruits and vegetable are always nice and fresh. The meat as well. All food products are clean and edible. I am very pleased with thus store and I think that they have done great with it. The parking lot is huge and you will never have trouble with finding a spot to park in. It is also kid friendly and they alway have great deal in a variety of products. I am more that happy to recommend this store to someone in search of a positive, clean, great store! 😁👍

Cashiers are so rude. When checking out a cashier closed their register while people were still in line. We waited for the manager to open another lane which she never did. So all of us wandered to the only other open lane which was the 15 items or less lane. We were doing our bimonthly shopping which of course due to Covid, is necessary now. Cashier just looked at us and pointed to the sign but when we explained to her she was the only open lane she told us another just opened and but we asked her to stay because we we would have to get back in another long line. She snapped at us and then proceeded to throw our groceries. Produce is often going bad as well. I miss when this place was Albertson’s. It’s gone downhill. Go to Food 4 Less, Northgate, or El Super instead if you want low prices.

I just bought a fish ceviche here, and it tastes like it just expired! They should be careful with their foods, its not good to sell things like that and get people sick. I thought it was fresh, but I guess its not!

Service in the kitchen is bad. I ask for something (Pupusas) & it’s never there. If you advertise something your supposed to have it. Doesn’t matter what day or time they never have pupusas.

Just bought a 10 lbs bag of chicken quarter today and when I opened the bag it had a horrible oder because it was spoiled. I took it back and the store manager was kind enough to exchange it right away with no problem.

I go out of my way to sho here. Better produce and shorter lines

I came into the Market to purchase Dinner for my family and I was assisted by the Manager Spencer. I was beyond impressed by the excellent customer service that he provided. His smile made me feel welcomed, and he was very knowledgable. He had my chicken on time and it was so delicious. I plan on coming often and will always recommend this location to my family and friends!!!! Thanks again Spencer... You are awesome !

I loved it. The employees will help you. I had help with my groceries to the car and there were no long waiting in the lines. Best of all I compared prices with some of the other stores and I got a much better deal more savings.

Produce and seafood great prices

I shop here often its close to my house. I dropped my Becks beer in the parking lot and the manager was nice enough to exchange it for me. The manager and the cashier handled the situation professionally. Im not sad anymore. Grate store.

The cashier with fake blond hair and eye shadow that is not even blended is very rude and is not paying attention at all. I was going to make 2 transactions and she said no i did t hear you and then i asked for bags and said PLEASE she threw the bags on top of my food like she owns this store! All the cashiers dont pay attention here! Specially this one!

They have a huge inventory of products. They have really good prices but they need to improve on the check outs. They have a very large number of customers and they always have just two or three cashiers, and thats no good.

I would like to see more choices for the fruit section. Bring in some organic products. The store is not cheap. At the delay the chicken soup was horrible. Some of the staff are not too nice. I am being nice to give this place a 3 seat rating. I only do that because the store is well located. There is plenty of parking and I usually get what I need. The basics. I do want more better choices and friendlier staff.

Their hot food section doesnt carry half the stuff on the menu and the other half they do half is bad.

I love this store. However there hot food counter sucks. I do all my shopping then I go to get fried chicken lots of times no one is there to serve you. People from the bakery just look at you and mind there business. You would think there should always be 2 to 4 people at that counter. I end up leaving and going across the parking lot to Popeyes.

It was my daughter’s 10th bday and one of my visitor had a chicken leg full of seem like Hatched-roach egg oN them she had to go to the bathroom and throw up(such embarrassment!). My bf went to the market and spoke to the (meat) manager, he said that we put it on the chicken lmao! chicken might look good, but you never know how long it’s been laying around all that infestations. (Why can’t I download a pick here, I have it!) NASTY.
