I had come across an internet deal on the storage unit and called. The representative on the phone was one of the most professional experience I had in a long time. He reserved my name with the manager on site. When I arrived the office was not open yet, but Omar who was off took care of my contract and showed me the unit. The other manager Mike had to take care of things so they worked as a team to make sure I did not have to wait. As promised my name was in the queue for the reservation. Very impressed with management and the facility which has an elevator. The storage space is not lighted but a simple stick on light took care of that with Omar’s recommendation. Thank you for making my move to the area so easy!

Im happy I found this Storage location. The prices are reasonable and the young lady in the office named Melody was pleasant. She showed me my unit and was able to answer all my questions. Moving can be stressful but Melody helped me forget about all my problems by delivering great service. Not to mention the facility was nice and well kept.

I picked this location 3 years ago because of convenience.. But they have honestly turned out to be a great storage location.. Friendly customer service.. On Saturday I was already stressed about moving and Aisha made me feel like everything is going to be okay with my transition. She made the rental hassle free and I was in and out in 10 minutes. She made sure I seen a couple of sizes and told me if its still is not big enough I can transfer to a bigger unit. Knowing I had options gave me a piece of mind.
