I bought a heavy duty clutch from their website and contacted them by website chat then they said lets speak on facebook messenger and we didThe clutch was in stock and after i purchased and paid more than 2000$ they said sorry its not available after 3 days and it has been a week now i am waiting them to pay me my money and nothingI ask my bank everyday if there is something coming in my account from US they say NOTHINGI also asked alligatorperformance for a official email from them with a proof saying that they did transfer the money the strongly refused and they said ‘ we did what we can thats all and close the phone on my face even though that i am calling from abroad ‘They will steal your money 100% believe me thats exactly what they did and when you ask them for proof of the returned payment they will start ignoring you and even block you

Ordered on a Friday, received Monday. Now thats good service. Hope to do more business with them in the future. Great ordering system too, along with communications to follow. I have yet to deal with them personally, only via their web system, so not sure how that will go in the future, however hopefully theyre just as good as their systems and processes are.

These guys are awesome. Called their number and immediately got to speak to a real person. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and had my order placed in a very short time. Not happy with the lack of communication and answers for when my products would be arriving. Ordered over 2 months ago, got pieces of the lift kit I ordered, but never all of it. Each time I contacted them it was a different response or excuse. It may be an issue with communication between them and the manufacturer, either way I did not like getting the run around and led on each time believing the lift kit was coming soon. I filled a chargeback for the kit less the cost of parts I actually received. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Called to order an Airdog lift pump, with next day shipping, late in the day - Tuesday. They told me that they wouldnt be able to ship it out until the next day - Wednesday. The exact item I ordered was at my doorstep by 10 am the very next day - Wednesday. That was awesome.Thanks

I ordered a Mag-Hytec deep differential pan and it arrived in 2 days. Super fast shipping and awesome customer service. Have yet to install but Im sure they will help if any issues. So far so good!!

Very disappointed in this company called them to get a track bar, the guy said they had had one in stock 498 out the door drove 76 miles one way and when we got there they said oh its in stock in Utah we even said we will be in to pick it up in few hrs. What waste of time dont shop with them

Spent a lot on orders from them. Only one issue, a supplier inventory problem, not Alligator Performances fault. It took a few tries for someone to explain what happened. But once I got through, they were extremely helpful and informative.Would recommend to everyone. But call with any questions. Dont email, because you may never get a response.

Customer survice was bad. they hung up on me 4 times. was trying to buy a turbo from them. when the idems arrived i had everything except the turbine v clamp. havent moved my truck for 2 weeks because of there mistake. i didnt bother calling for the clamp because of there service. few days later got to talk to alligator performance and they help me get the right size clamp a big thank you for them for stepping up to the plate and fix the problem

So I ordered some parts parts from here on a Monday and needed them to be here by the weekend so I did express shipping and paid an extra 42 dollars. My shipment was pending for two days before I heard anything so I called them and they assured me My parts would get there Friday. Friday comes around and I have no parts. I was furious. I called ups and my package had been lost and I understood that this had nothing to do with alligator. I get a phone call from alligator in the morning and notify me what I already knew. I asked them about a refund for my shipment and they didnt hesitate to make it right. Got my shipment money refunded so I paid no shipping and had my parts that same Monday. I liked how they handled the situation and customer support was super friendly and to me that means everything. Awesome job alligator!

We ordered a SCT X4 with 2015 6.7 powerstroke tunes. We received 2011-2012 tunes. When I called about it, I was told that I would have to take it up with SCT and that they would not accept a return even though they put the wrong tunes on it. Furthermore, they said that SCT had software issues and not to use the tuner until SCT resolved the issues or my truck would not run and thousands of people are having the issue. I contacted SCT and they stated that that was false and are contacting Alligator Performance. Alligator basically stole 750.00 from me. Avoid them, Liars and thieves.

I have mixed reviews for this place. The people are very nice and friendly ! i will give them that. I am upset about the fact that i ordered my parts 8 days ago. i ordered all 4 items the same day. I was under the impression that they had the parts at their store where i ordered them from. I was wrong. they order them from different vendors themselves which prolongs delivery. Which that is fine had i known ! i could have done the same thing in town with my local vendor and at least gave him a percentage of the orders ! after my order, in 2 days i received one part ( awesome ). 7 days later i received a 2nd order ( which is messed up because it should have had a 3rd with it since it was a packaged buy. today is 8 days in and i still have 2 parts that i havent received. So that is all i got ! good people but remember when your ordering they dont have the stuff in the shop, they order from outside vendors just like your home town guy does and it would be faster to get your parts through your home town guy if your in a hurry and need them ! other than that they are friendly guys !

Worst customer service ever. I spent thousands with them and had issues. Instantly I contacted them in attempt to work thru. They would not reply to emails and just gave me the run around over the phone. Bottom line be careful once the part is paid for they don’t care about you. After repairing damages that was caused by them I am out almost $10k.

I have ordered things from exhaust to turbos from Alligator Performance and if I have ever had any questions about shipment or anything they have been right back in touch within 30 mins with answers to everything. I appreciate the service and recommend them to all my friends looking to get parts.

These guys are shady. Searched their website for some control arms, and found they were cheaper than everybody else. When I called them to see if in stock, Jason says sorry, that price isnt right. Ok, fair enough. Went to website and order arms and torsion keys. Price was changed to higher price. Ok, fair enough. Parts arrived. WRONG PARTS. When I called to explain he says, sorry those are the right ones. Oh really??? Why wont they fit my truck? Arguing back n forth. Serious lack of customer skills.Fast forward 3 weeks later the same control arms on their website are priced back at the lower price. Bait n switch. Buyer beware. There are much better honest companies out there that would love your business. Would defiantly NOT recommend these guys.

Chad continues to knock it outta the park

Initially I gave them a bad review, I am editing this though on my own accord. They shipped the wrong part to start with (wrong PCM code on my chip). The RMA was pending for over 24 hours and I was not able to ship my old chip back. I could not get a response as to how we would resolve this. The next day at work a UPS package arrived for me. They had over-nighted the right part to me. My complaints are 1) first pick accuracy and 2) communication. Over all it was a good experience, a good price and a good product. I just wish they would have communicated better...but I do respect a company of action. They didnt spend all day telling me they would take care of it and never do anything. They just made it right.

I recently posted a review titled very bad experience. I am retracting my complaint, due to the excellent customer service I RECIEVED from Jason Kuenkler. Jason is one of the managers with alligator. He reached out about the issue I had and was very professional, and forthcoming on what he could do to rectify the issue I had. He also offer discounts on my next purchase. And yes, why not now. Well, due to tight margins, and the original discount I RECIEVED for black Friday, he was unable to drop the number any lower. And I understand, theres a point where good business is to keep customers happy, but not at a loss if possible. He was very accommodating and Im sure if I really pushed, he would have done the discount on this order. But was very satisfied with the way he handled it. And with service like I RECIEVED from Jason, I Knew I would continue doing business with Alligator(I ordered again) and the discount on the next order was satisfactory. I HIGHLY recommend them and If you have and problems. Ask for Jason, Im sure he will be able to rectify the problem...
