Jon and his mechanics are the best in the area hands down. Second to none. I know many people who have gotten work done at his shop and nobody leaves unsatisfied. We have 4 vehicles and car clinic is the the only place that touches them.

I want to give a BIG Thank You to John who accommodated me on such short notice in getting wheel locks taken off of my tires on my truck. Upon visiting a local tire shop to get my tires replaced, I was informed by the tech that there were locks on the tires from the previous owner of the truck. They referred me to this gem of a place where I spoke with John and explained to him what was going on with my truck. He said that he would do what he could for me despite having a heavy workload of cars in his shop, and told me to stop by to have it looked at. Upon arriving here, I was promptly and professionally helped by his attentive staff who took the truck inside the shop and had my truck out of the shop in under 15 minutes with the locks successfully removed! The simple helpful actions of this business quickly turned my dismal day into a more positive pleasant day, all thanks to the wonderful help from his employees!

This is the only mechanic we will use! John and his team are fantastic. My husband discovered them two years ago, after having a negative experience with our previous mechanic. Theyve worked on both our Subaru and Honda and have always done a great job. When one of our vehicles had a major issue, John encouraged us to invest money in purchasing another vehicle instead of throwing money into the one we had (which meant a loss for him, since he wouldnt be doing the repair). We really appreciated his integrity in that situation! We also needed an A/C replaced and wanted to use the warranty we got when we purchased the vehicle. John was so willing to work with the warranty company and kept us updated on what the warranty company approved. (Other mechanics had balked when I told them we wanted to use the warranty, because it meant more paperwork and phone calls and a longer wait to get paid.) This place doesnt disappoint.

John and the guys here are great! Will definitely be coming back next time I need help with something!

I can’t say enough good things about John and his staff at the car clinic! My family has been going to them for years because of their honesty. We trust John and the quotes he gives us. He fixes things right the first time. My parents originally referred me to him years ago because they had brought their car to him, and it needed substantial repairs worth more than the car. Instead of taking easy money with tons of repairs (because none of us know anything useful about cars), he flat out told them that it would be a better investment to sell it and buy something newer. They took his advice and saved thousands of dollars. So for years I had been taking my old beater to him to fix. A few months ago, it finally needed repairs worth more than it was worth. John was honest with me once again, and told me it wouldn’t make sense to put so much money into it. So I sold it and ended up buying a newer car. I can’t say I’ve ever had an experience like that with a mechanic. In the past I have never really felt like I can trust mechanics, to be honest, because of my lack of knowledge of cars and how they work. It makes me very careful and wary of anyone repairing my car. But John and his team at the Car Clinic have allowed me to relax and just trust my car in their hands. That experience to me is priceless!

Honest, hard working mechanics. They really care about delivering good service. When my car overheated, they diagnosed, got the part and fixed within just a couple days. They even dealt with my repair warranty people to figure out what they would cover. Then when I heard an unusual noise in my car, John the owner himself looked at it and replaced the bad serpentine belt in no time. Great work and very reasonable prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I made an 11am appointment to have my front end checked out, was told it should take 30 minutes, and could have it done while i waited. I dropped the vehicle off at 10:30am, and went to run errands with my wife. Returned at 12:30 to hear the diagnosos only to find they had not even looked at my vehicle. I could not wait any longer as i had other commitments later in the afternoon. I feel when as a business you set an expectation of time you should keep it realistic. Had they set the expectation at 3 hours I would have arranged this on a different day to allow for 3 hours time.

I have known the owner of the car clinic for many years and he is very honest. He will do you right every time and they do great work. I highly recommend this business.

Another shop told me I needed to replace over $1500 in steering parts. I went to John @ CAR CLINIC for a 2nd opinion. John inspected my vehicle for free and told me what I actually needed (a tie rod end and a drag link). I continue bringing my vehicles to Car Clinic because they are HONEST and FAIR. I trust that they are never trying to up sale me anything I dont need.

Excellent service at competitive prices

My alternator went out in my car and I needed it repaired as soon as possible because I was stuck riding my bicycle in the snow and ice until I could get it fied. So, I googled auto repair places in my area and there were very few places that had actual 5 star ratings and I noticed the Car Clinic was one of the few shops that had a full on 5 star rating so I called. I couldnt have made a better decision. John was able to fit me in the very next morning so I went ahead and set an appointment to get my car fixed. I did call around to quite a few other shops for quotes and such but none of them were able to beatJohns price quote or quick appointment time that John was able to meet. So, I brought my car in the next day. I found the shop to have great atmosphere and I really liked John and enjoyed talking with the guys there. They were just a fun bunch of guys to hang out with for a few. They were able to give me a ride back home until my car was done and they called me in about 2 hours I think to let me know the repair done and then came back and picked me up, which is fantastic service as far as Im concerned. So, I paid what I was quoted and then drove away. I was very happy that I had chosen the Car Clinic to fix my car. They deserve their 5 star rating totally! I will be using them again in the future for my auto repair needs.

Best costumer service around give you that but they will over charge you for anything they can. Avian super nice just love to overcharge.

John or Hal will call you with what needs to be fixed and the cost, and they will call you when the car is finished. Not all mechanics do this. Will send all my business to these guys !!!

Great local place for car service.

I brought in my 2004 Dodge Ram for an alignment, after putting a leveling kit on it myself. Without realizing it, I had put the u bolts on incorrectly. By the time I drove my truck 4 miles to drop it off the rear end shifted an inch already. When they started the alignment process they realized my mistake and went to fix the mistake, however i had jacked up the threads so bad they had to cut them off. Knowing this was needing to be resolved they drove over to spokane and had some u bolts custom made for my lift blocks and axle arrangement. I called over to get a status and they tried to explain to me the situation. Instantly I copped an attitude thinking another shop trying to get away with something. How could I screw up putting on lift blocks. I stopped by saw the rear end met the guys working on the truck. Drove off still with an attitude. After I composed my 10 year old tantrum, I realized that i was just mad at myself for jacking everything up. The guys at the car clinic were quite professional thru this process. They had my safety as well as just get the truck done the best way in mind the whole time. The price turned out to be more than reasonable since my truck took up one of there bays the entire day. The alignment finished out spot on. My truck is now safe to drive. I have found the mythical unicorn of a Honest, Fair, Professional Auto repair shop that I highly recommend. Maybe next time I can skip the dramatics though....Thanks Car Clinic........

Its not often that I take the time to write a review but in this case I had to.My family and I recently moved to CDA and taking new jobs and starting a new house the last thing we needed was drama when our 2012 Ford Edge stopped running. We were told one thing by another person and they were unable to fix it and we heard about car clinic so we tried them.They actually figured out what was wrong (which was different then was first told) and then when there was a secondary issue with the battery they replaced it without charging us and took care of doing the warranty replacement with O-Reileys. We had to go back in a few times with some quirks and they answer our questions and dont try to charge us. They even called my wife a few days later to check in to make sure it was still running well.One of the most stressful things when moving to a new area is finding a trust worthy place to get your cars worked on and this place I can recommend without any reservations.

Fenominal experience! Got my car in there expecting it to be fixed in a couple days. They got it done the same day and they got the origional problem fixed along with another problem I was unaware of, my car now drives 90% better than it did before! Excellent work from this shop couldnt be happier.
