My neighbors are older people. They purchased a nice Serta mattress from Horizon. Delivered set it up, everything was great. They have not even had it 6 months, it looks like two thousand lb. people have been sleeping on it for 10 years. They have called Horizon, stopped at the store numerous times. Finally, they came and looked at it. They have had no reply on what they plan on doing. I hate when older people get shoved to the back of the stack. Customer service is a major part of business.

Ive been here twice in 5 years. Both times the employees were crass, rude, unfriendly, and very unhelpful. Id rather buy things I need from small businesses, but if thats how you treat your customers, Ill gladly buy from the big box stores.

I am writing this after my first nights sleep on my new Stearns & Foster mattress purchase at Horizon Sleep. I never in my wildest dreams thought a mattress would make this much of a difference. I woke up an hour before my alarm was scheduled to go off and felt more rested than normal. The stiffness in my lower back I have become used to every morning was barely there. I cant wait to see what it is like after a week. As a former skeptic, a quality mattress is worth every penny. Dont second guess yourself.
