Elliot and Taden were very helpful. Definitely the nicest crew in Hays. I was in the middle of a home move and didnt have the proper equipment to move my appliances. They allowed me to rent an appliance dolly at a very reasonable rate. Great store with a great workforce.

Purchased a new gas stove and it was delivered a week ago. Unfortunately I haven’t even been able to use it. Wasn’t informed that the orifices needed switched out for propane, and since it has been delivered, Sears will not do anything to help me.

Ordered our mini fridges from here. Great experience!

Grandson bought a trimmer June 4th it broke June 10th here it is July 3rd they say still waiting on parts. I asked for an exchange they said no. on the ticket it says 45 days 2 exchange.grandson had to buy another trimer to get by since he has over 30 yards to do. This puts him in a big bind trying to make money to go to college. He took my advice going to Sears the best mower I ever had was from this same store I guess he made a mistake. Sad,...........👎 I will update if we ever get the tremor back it will probably be snowing by then. I have an update the BART came in I was able to pick up the trimmer on July 6th it was under warranty ran like a top when we got home hopefully it will stay in there as long as my mower I bought there thanks for the service
