Decent enough for an oil change. They were fast, but dirty. Left oil on my car door, the door handle and steering wheel. I had also asked to have the tires inflated which was not completed.

When we googled Walmart Automotive Dept it said its hours for Sunday are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM! When I arrived at 7:15 AM I was informed that they dont open until 8:00 AM.I waited around until 8:00 AM to get there and was second in line! It took over an hour and half to get a simple oil change! It was 9:39 AM when I checked out!Not happy!

They are slow and lost my special lug nut tool.

One car in the shop in front of us and was quoted two hours fir a simple flat repair.

These people have no idea what they doing at all. They dont follow the code to do their job, just random check you car when you do oil change, forget to put cap back for my water tank; asking to do tire rotation, did not do that at all. Why I know that? Because I notice that previously, so I put different kinds of tape on four wheels, still at the same spot after they did the service. Highly recommend Walmart close this place, because they are making mass here.

I have taken two of my vehicles here for tires and oil changes and always received great service! They work as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the work. They always kept me informed as to the status of my vehicles as well as any issues that arose. The staff was very friendly and to the point.

These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I bought a battery from them and brought in my old one for a core return. They charged me for the core even though I brought it in and said that they would not refund the core. They also rounded off the oil plug to my wife’s car and just sent it out the shop and would not stand behind it. Would not recommend these people for anything.

Amazing customer service out of town and they helped us with our tire! They were fast and very nice! If I ever come back through Id definitely come here! Thank you guys!

I never like to write negative comments, but I waited over 30 minutes after I didnt see my car being worked on just to go to the desk and have to ask them about my car. I asked them if it was done after waiting a total of almost two hours for a tire to be patched and my front wipers replaced. They should be notifying people when their vehicle is done.

Dont go here for anything besides groceries. Do not trust the auto center! they stripped my oil plug and said oops sorry nothing we can do, so they just pushed it out of the shop and gave me a number to call for a tow.

My battery indicator came on about 30 minutes outside of Hays during my haul to Colorado, and they were the only place open. I asked them to check everything out to see what was going on. They ran a battery test, and told me everything was good. I asked if it was the alternator, and he replied with, It could be a variety of things with todays technology, but we close in 30 minutes. So he advised that as long as I dont turn the car off, Im good to go to Colorado. Sure enough, I head out from their center, and on the first road I turn on to, the car dies on me. Alternator gave out. Have to get towed tomorrow, and staying in a hotel tonight because of this stellar advice. Thanks buddy.

They did something at Walmart one of the employees walk me clear across the Walmart to help me find what I needed it was awesome

Oil Change and Tire Rotation 4 times ago = 2 1/2 hours. 3 times ago oil change only over an hour. 2 times ago over an hour for a tire rotation. Last time over and hour for an oil change. I dont even have the car fully serviced filter and oil change. None of the times I have been in a long line or I would have just left and came back another time. Last time there was only one car in front of me and they finishing it up. I thought I would be done before I got my shopping done; especially where I only get oil and filter changed. Wrong....... When I got done with my shopping they hadnt even pulled my car in. Somehow they had got a different car brought in front of me. Possibly someone that had their tires worked on and then serviced??? That could explain it, but the explanation they gave me why it took two and a half hours to rotate tires and do an oil change was that when they got done with one you went to the back of the line of the other. Are they playing favorites? Im not a bad customer, and dont complain so why would they always put me in the back of the line. Going back, when they finally got my car pulled in after letting people in front of me I watched from the window as there were not one, but three workers standing In front of my car and nobody working on it. Maybe on break???? Im sure they are suppose to stagger their breaks, and pretty certain they have a break room that they are supposed to go to so that customers dont think they are standing around while they are supposed to be working. In this case Im positive they were standing around when they are supposed to be working. I figure I will go in when they open as to not get stuck behind anyone or give them the choice to move cars in front of me. Well they dont have their service center hours posted. Tried to call and nobody can tell me what time they open???? Everyone of these problems are management issues. BTW this last time the maintenance bay next to mine the guy was working his butt off, and had 2 almost 3 cars done by himself while 3 people just stood in front of my car. So they do have some good workers there. I know a couple guys that work there that I know are hard workers so I have a hard time believing that this isnt just a management issue.

My experience with Walmart was very poor today! I got text that my order was in and only 1/2 was there and they had no idea what was going on! Still have no clue about this order and no communication from Walmart!

Unfortunately the reviews just don’t lie here. The service is terrible. Wait times are astronomical. To change a headlight the wait was TWO HOURS. We ended up just doing ourselves in about ten minutes when we got home. Oil change services can take as long or longer, and I can’t imagine the wait timeOn additional services.

Brought my car in for oil and filter at 7:15 am came back two hours later and it is still not moved. Went to desk said be two more hours. Very poor customer service they could have told me it was going to take 4+ hours for an oil change. Called the manager said she would be coming to the service senter she did not show up. This is very bad Walmart.

They told me it would be a two-hour wait for my blown out Tire to be replaced, asked if they could just put went on and he did it in 10 minutes. Great customer service

Be prepared for a wait here. Aside from that, know that you will be taken care of by friendly workers. We seem to always be treated right here and have done business here many times.

They always tell me they cant fix my tire due to Walmart policy conviently enough its Sunday and theyre the only tire shop open today. I was reading the other reviews and thought they were a little harsh. Not any more. Was planning on only spending 20 bucks for a patch spent 70 on a new tire instead and it took over 2 hours. Thanks Walmart. Thanks.

This place is an absolute joke 3 hours to fix one tire.

I dont understand why you need a lift to do an oil change on a diesel, they told me it wouldnt till march when they could do one because their lift is broke down, who cares, get an oil pan get on your hands and knees drain the oil and put oil back in... just seems lazy to me

Paid for an oil change, waited two hours and i was the only person there, found out after i paid they didnt even change the oil, went back and they said they did and said i would need to pay again to have it looked at, would rate lower if i could, horrible service.

I took my car in at 5:30 and they said they’re not doing any more oil changes and they don’t close till seven!
