We were on a cross country road trip when we started having trouble with our 03 Dodge Ram. We kinda expected to be jerked around, since we were stuck and needed to get back on the road. Robert in the service dept took great care of us! We were in and out in under 2 hours, got a ride to the brewery for a great lunch and the bill came in under the estimate!

My son was having issue with his car and after being jacked around by kansasland tire I sent him here and didnt even need to call these guys first and they took care of him on the spot. Purchased several Dodge vehicles from this dealership. The salesmen seem to be hit or miss same as the finance guys. One will be awesome and then hes gone and the next makes you want to shop elsewhere or vice versa. Service department seems to be alright but not in a hurry to get parts ordered in quickly. Once they get parts it gets done fast.The Ford side service department is great!! I will continue to take my Fords in for service.

Even tho our car was just delivered I wanted to post how great our experience has been so far!Im a single mom of two boys. My oldest is 17 and was ready to get his first car. I called and spoke to Aaron about a car we saw on their website! From the very get go Aaron was very honest and upfront with us. After going down and test driving the car and agreeing on some things we went abs agreed to purchase the vehicle. We came home and got things lined out with the back. A couple days later as we were heading out to go pick up the car Aaron calls.. he explains to me that as they were filling the fluids they noticed an antifreeze leak in the reserve tank. He explained that he would not feel right selling us the car knowing there was this problem! So he agreed to bring the car down to us, and hour and fifteen minutes away, the following day after they got if fixed! The car arrived before noon and looks and drives amazing! He has really made this process easy for us!

Well, In he beginning everything was great, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. But later it all changed. We told them we wanted to use a specific lender and they still ran our credit through their database which as of now has put 14 hard credit inquiries on my credit report as well as my husbands. My bank gave us a pre approval amount and Lewis had to go down a little on the purchase price. So when we decided to purchase it they said they werent going to certify it. But later changed their minds when I told them I didnt want it then. After that I asked if they would service Ac. And they refused. They had my husband sit for 4 hrs while they detailed it, and they never cleaned a thing. I had to go to another professional and have it detailed. Terrible service. Unprofessional and non compassionate! Will never return to this location. Thy only care about themselves.

It was raining and based on what we told him we were looking for, he brought in a 2015 Hyndia Elantra. It had 41000 miles and looked brand new. Test drive it and decided this was the car. We went during a sale and because of this, we received $2000 towards the down payment. We added $500 and did not use a trade in. Have had the car for over 5 weeks (as of 5/7) and no issues. I was having a terrible time finding a specific vehicle on my own. In fact, I had been looking for over 8 months. Finally, a complete stranger (who I had stopped because they were driving the vehicle I was looking for) told me about their wonderful experience with Lewis Toyota in Hays, KS. Im one of those people who like to drive through the new car lots, pretend to be interested in a car, then at the first sign of a sales person I hop back in my car and drive off giggling. Two weeks ago I tried a different approach and sent them an email with the vehicle I was looking for and my financial situation, which was far from perfect plus I needed more money for my trade-in than what it was worth. After a few days of talking with Chad Miller, he had found a vehicle for me to look at. He stayed late for me, answered every question, backed the vehicle onto a curb so I could see underneath, let me take it for a test drive and listened to me explain my situation even more. Bottom line, the first vehicle was too expensive and I couldnt afford the payments, but I was already hooked by the fact that my demand for extra cash for my trade was met 100% and without any argument. Literally the very next day, Chad tells me he has a lead on another vehicle that will be brought in as a trade. This second one checks out and although the payments were still going to be a little higher than I wanted to pay, the quality of the vehicle and the asking price were definitely fair. I tried shopping on my own for 8 months and had nothing to show for it. Then the moment I was in contact with Chad at Lewis it only took two weeks. They did all of the leg work for me, finding the vehicle, servicing it before I had the chance to nit-pick it (they have thorough mechanics), finding a lender who was willing to work with me despite my financial situation, then having everything printed ready for signatures before I even said I would take it. They all stayed late for me the second time. I feel great knowing that Lewis Toyota is not like the other dealers, they will take their time with you and make sure youre comfortable in every way. Thanks to everyone who made the sale possible, but mostly Thanks to Chad for being patient with me and understanding my needs. You all have my word, I promise to never troll your lot again and speed away as soon as you step out. Ill save it for the other dealers in town. Horrible experience with service department. Dropped off a diesel RAM 3500 days before the appointment. 4.5 hours AFTER the scheduled appointment, the truck still wasnt in the shop. Then I get the bill, and its more than I was originally quoted. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. Kirby and the rest of the service department are not helpful in the slightest.
