Very nice place to buy furniture! I was new to the area and went in to shop. Connie was very accommodating and very patient. It took me 4 or 5 trips in before I decided exactly what all I wanted, but she was very nice in putting up with me and helping me. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Weve bought several items from Wolf. Their furniture is high quality, and weve never had any problems with replacement items. The only issue we ever had was an item taking a little longer than expected to get in, but we called, and they explained why it was taking so long. I would recommend Wolf any day.
We received excellent service by the owner who took the time to give us multiple chices without pressuring us. It is evident they give back to the community as they had a drawing before christmas for several new childrens bicycles! Their delivery guys were very accomodating and offered to help remove the old furniture upon delivery.
They would not break a set up that we wanted. We wanted the big recliner and the couch and wanted to order the other recliner. Nope we will take our business elsewhere.
Needed a piece of furniture ASAP and they never called back to let me know if they had it in stock or not.

I had an amazing experience with customer service when I bought my sectional February 22 2018! Delivery was on time and the guys moved sectional until it was just how I wanted it! They also removed old furniture! I recently noticed marks on couch from running walls.... I did purchase warranty so Ill be calling soon to find out what to do! I will update asap!

I went in there with my fiancé and we chose a couch on a Saturday. When we talked with the owner about buying it he said another customer had just purchased it and that he would let us know about it’s availability on Monday. He never called us back, we called on Tuesday and he gave us some line about not hearing back from the supplier. We just went into the store again today (one week later) and the owner saw us and avoided us. The couch we picked was still there and when we talked with another sales rep he said the owner told him that it’s only sold as a set with the loveseat and refused to sell only the couch. If the owner had told us this last week we would have been upset over it. Instead he lied to us and made another sales rep deal with us when we returned unsatisfied. Pretty scummy in my opinion.
I have ordered furniture twice from Wolf Furniture Gallery. On my last order I custom ordered the pillows for my sofa. The store ordered them incorrectly and delivered the wrong pillows. I have talked to the store several times and they have told me that I will have to pay for the pillows again if I want the right ones. I had already paid to special order the pillows in the first place. Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I will never purchase at this store again, nor would I ever recommend them.

Long Wait Time and Poor Customer Service. I have ordered a dining table from them from catalog. They said it would take around 2-4 weeks to deliver it. It did not deliver on time. I have repeatedly follow up with them and every time they give different excuse. Really bad experience.
Owner Preston fired me stating that I came to work every day smelling like cigarettes and that he has a zero tolerance for tobacco use. However his long time employee herself smokes along with both of the other sales people. Now this needs to be said I DO NOT smoke I use a Vapor pen but to him they are the same thing. I dont recommend patronizing this store due to its owners treating its employees with such disrespect
We bought two recliners from here about a year ago. When we bought the furniture, we purchased the UltraShield warranty the salesman recommended (although it was never described as a warranty when we bought it.) After about a year, the one recliner looked just horrible... water would leave marks on it, so I called the store to see what could be done. It was at that time that they said we had to call this 1-800 number for UltraShield. It was never explained to us that they were selling us a third party product. When I asked about it, I was told, well, most people read their warranty cards. Of course, we never received a warranty card, but they said I was a liar.After Ultrashield wouldnt return our calls, I called the store again and asked to speak to a manger to see if they could call UltraShield for us and get an answer. The person who answered the phone said, What can I do for you? without giving their name. I asked two more times if they were a manager before getting the response, Well, my last name is Wolf, so what do you think? Do you think I can help you? It was the rudest, most condesending response Ive ever gotten, even before they knew who I was or why I was calling. When I spoke to the owner in Great Bend, he was just as rude. Once they sell you a product, they have no interest what-so-ever in helping you if you have a problem. Id ignore the commercials, theres nothing professional about their sales staff. Theyre rude and condesending and will outright tell you after the fact, youve already paid for the furniture and warranty, its not my problem you cant get an answer.
I wouldn’t give them a star at all if it were possible. Worst customer service EVER.
