Great prices on decent tools. Havent had any of my HF tools fail yet!

Always the same selection, which is nice when you need the nation wide reliability! Wish the quality was better on some stuff but the price is soo good just buy 2.

The two ladies working here last weekend were awesome. I called ahead because I was stranded and the tire shop didn’t have my lug nut key. They made sure it fit for me and that I got the best deal on a new set. They saved our day because I lost my Cc and with Apple Pay I couldn’t stayed at a hotel. I don’t know what we would have done if they didn’t help me.

Got exactly what I needed for a great price. Staff was very helpful!

Allen went above and beyond great customer service after there was a mix up with a product we had called about. There will be some very happy kids to have a generator to power the air conditioning in their horse trailer in the 100+ degree temperature at rodeos.

My father, mother, sister and I went to harbor freight march 13 2021. We bought several things. My father was under the influence of something. The staff worked well around him. He was loud and extremely easy to confuse but they still managed to get their point across without seeming rude. They where actually quite helpful. All I can say is that m you.

Easy to find out if they had wanted I needed before going the store. They did and the store also had it in stock.

Great new location. Being that Im from right between Salina and Hays, the Hays location seems to have more items in stock. Plus the lady at the register was decontaminating everything at the register during this covid time.

A lot of options but a larger space would be nice.

My favorite place on the planet...Ive tried to set up camp in the store but thats 1 of the few things theyre not ok w/.😁I remember when I had 2go to Salina to enjoy HFs great prices, & I used to tell my old man (from Hays & is/was a 100% Home Depot only loyal customer)how amazing HF is & hed always say, all they sell is that cheap foreign junk that aint worth a beep but since the Hays location opened my mom ratted him out, apparently hes a fairly regular customer of HF now too, so much that Ive even ran into him there myself lol. Yes they sell foreign tools & some are a bit cheaply made but not all of them, if you have even half a good eye you can tell pretty easily if a tool looks like its well built or not...Obviously stay away from the plastic torque wrenches & high speed bumper bolts & you should be good. Im fairly tough & heavy handed on my tools & Id say of all the items Ive bought from them theyre a strong 95% success rate of still going strong & I been shopping w/them for nearly a decade by now. Harbor Freight for President! Lol

They were super friendly, and their system was down, but they knew exactly how to get everything done efficiently. Also Ray helped us, and he was super kind and the sweetest. Management was also super friendly!!

I renewed my ITC Membership in Clarksville, TN and have had several issues with my Clarksville store getting my info properly updated so that my account would reflect the renewal. The manager there stated that the issue would be resolved. However, it’s been two weeks and when I made my purchase in the Hays location, my account was still not updated.Brian, the Hays store manager obtained a copy of my receipt where it showed my 2-year renewal and my contact information. He called me only a few days later to state that HF got my account updated and the issue is resolved.The Hays location is just amazing. Wide selection and AMAZING customer service, which is really what makes or breaks a store.Brian, thank you for helping me out! Merry Christmas, y’all!I really hope that HF reaches out to Brian to give him a well-deserved raise or at minimum, a free tool sample for his expedient and promised customer service! A great place to get inexpensive tools, power tools, shop equipment, gloves, zip ties, welders, wood working equipment and odds and ends stuff to help out around the shop, house and garage. I cant wait for this location to open in Hays.

Not very good its looks like I got to call corporate just to get my warranty back on the chain saw that broke that I turned in. They wanted me to pay for another warranty for a product that Ive already paid for the warranty looks like I got to go to Denver or Colorado Springs just to get a warranty back
