Sami helped us get a new refrigerator quickly. Was very responsive and scheduled a quick delivery. When we noticed one of the parts (that is apparently easily mistaken for packaging) was missing after delivery, he chased down the manufacturers rep right away to investigate the issue and work out the problem for us.

We needed a new washing machine, we were contacted as we entered the store by Jose Aguirre. He showed us to the washing machine area. He allowed us to browse then we asked questions. He was very knowledgeable about each of the machines we looked at, and answered all the questions we had. We made our choice, a G.E. front loader. We purchased it on 9-2-21, it was delivered and installed on 9-3-21 shortly after 1 pm. It was used that day doing two loads of wash. Experience was outstanding, salesman was exceptionally good and thorough in all facets of this purchase. Both my wife and I are pleased with the product and the service received

After the first 2 freezers purchased from a different vendor were delivered damaged, I contacted Airport Appliance in Hayward. Michael, the sales person was very customer service oriented and professional. I shared my frustration with him regarding the previous damaged goods, he assured me he would contact the warehouse to ensure the freezer would be inspected prior to delivery. It arrived in perfect condition and was installed by their friendly drivers! Thank you Michael 😊

Living in a little older house we needed a new over the range Microwave that was little smaller in size. All the big box format stores mainly have the bigger 17 inch ones. The Sales rep (Jose) at the Hayward office was very knowledgeable and exactly knew are requirements. Helped up buy the correct size and installation vendors sent by the store did a professional job in a timely manner with no mess. We had great experience at Airport Home Appliance and we will go there again and highly recommend.

I am giving them 4 stars only because at first I was having a terrible experience and was having to go back and forth with one of the sales reps and wasn’t getting no we’re and I really needed my appliance one thing after another kept happening with no communication 1 week went by and still didn’t get anything finally I went into the store to get a refund since I was so frustrated but the manager Luis stepped in I explained my frustrations about everything and he listened and was very understanding and wanted to make things better he him self showed me the appliances I was looking for made sure it was in stock and had Joseph another sales rep help me with my purchase I was in and out and I got my appliance 2 days later as promised. So thank you to the manager Luis for making things right.

First time experience at AHA in Hayward... I was referred by my contractor, since were working on a light kitchen renovation. After looking at other stores, decided to come here since I heard they have a very large selection. Was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and knowledge of Genevieve, who showed me several options for a 34.5 width fridge and a 30 slide-in range. As for the fridge, thought there would be extremely limited options, since most are 35.75+, but Genevieve was great! She was able to share customer ratings, availability versus backorder, and provide specs. I ended up purchasing a beautiful luxury matching set, fridge and range. So pleased with my buying experience... now looking forward to the delivery and installation.

This was the easiest, quickest experience buying an appliance I’ve ever had! We had an idea of what we wanted, went in, we’re helped by Amos, who was very knowledgeable. He pointed us in the right direction and gave us 3 great options. We made our decision, sat down to take care of the payment/delivery details and were out of the showroom in a little under an hour. Our fridge arrived on schedule and we are IN LOVE with it!! Airport Appliance will definitely be our go-to in the future.

Working with Airport Appliance started out great. I ordered multiple appliances for a home project. Some of the items were back ordered, which was OK at first. When the due date approached I requested an updated and was told the items were back ordered another 30 days. No one sent proactive communication. I reached out again closer to the back-order date, and was told that two of my items were further delayed for another 45 days. Again, no proactive communication. Airport Appliances solution was for me to select an alternative product. Unfortunately the only in-stock options were $600-$1500 MORE expensive than the unit ordered. Yes, these are unprecedented times and supply is constrained. However basic customer communication is lacking. Customers should be made away of order delays promptly.

The price on a new refrigerator was excellent during their Labor Day sale, I was able to get it delivered in less than a week (while big box stores are unable to deliver for more than a month) and the two men who delivered it were courteous and competent.

It was great shopping at the Airport Appliance of Hayward CA. Michael the Manager has been very helpful. But I do have reservation about the refrigerator I bought. It has nothing to do with Airport Appliance. I have been using Frigidaire refrigerator since I was a kid living abroad. It was a trust worthy brand. The temp of my new refrigerator was preset by the manufacturer. It has been running for a few days and the freezer temp was still 5 or 10 degrees above zero. So I finally set it a little bit higher than medium, then the temp started to show it is zero. The refrigerator itself is okay with temp at 40 degrees. And the occasionally moaning sound when the motor is on makes me laugh. Yes, the noise is noticeable. I will give 3 star for the refrigerator and 5 stars for the Airpory Home Appliance. So overall I will give it a 4 star.

I had a very bad experience with this company. When things go wrong, they like to point fingers and will not take care of customers.

Nice selection of washing machines. Salesman was knowledgable about the models I was interested in and did not try to direct me to other models. Write up was fast. I had a small issue with delivery, but a phone call cleared it up.

Never buy their extended warranty, it is worthless. The company doing the actual warranty servicing just finds the worst repair company in a 50 miles radius to send in for your repair.

We purchased new kitchen appliances for a remodel. We did our research online first. We were able to find everything we needed and at reasonable prices at Airport. Staff is very friendly. We ended up with Genevieve who was knowledgeable and professional.

Genevieve was outstanding! My husband was in charge of picking our dishwasher and she was beyond helpful! We went to Hayward on Hesperian and the service was 10 times better than Emeryville. Thats the one to go to.

The appliances were in perfect shape and the delivery crew handled them with extreme care and professionalism. The delivery was one day later that we asked for, but they came within the scheduled 4-hour window and gave us all the timely notices. The sales experience was also great - we were able to find everything according to our needs and budget. The sales person in Hayward, Jose Aguirre, was one of the most knowledgeable sellers I have ever encountered in my life (and not pushy at all, which I especially appreciate). The only disappointment was that they couldnt take away our old gas range -- although we prepaid for the service -- because it was too heavy (!). The manager on the phone asked for extra $100 to do it (those gas ranges are vintage and sell for hundreds of dollars -- we were literally givingt them a present). But despite that little mishap, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend to everyone.

This is not a good store to buy anything with the name Samsung on it. The washer I purchased was evidently damaged and then totally stopped working just 2 months after receiving it. I tried to contact AHA and they did not return my phone call nor email. AHA basically throws shade to the manufacturer saying I need to contact Samsung directly. What bad customer service they have. Samsung is THE worst to deal with, after multiple (10 calls and 8 text messages) this company did not want to refund me for the broken washer nor did they want to come pick it up. In the mean time I was forced to go to the laundromat; using my own money after I had purchased a $800 washer. The frustration that these 2 businesss have caused me is just beyond belief. I finally contacted my local new station to ask for help. They came through! I have told all my family and friends about Airport Home Appliance and SAMSUNG, do not buy from any one of these horrible places or businesses. You will not be treated the same as the day you purchased your item. This picture below is the piece that broke inside the appliance, unbelievable!

Bought a fridge from here a week ago. Our current one died so I needed something fast. Salesmen Mac helped me out a lot and it was very pleasant. I always worry about the high-pressure sales and in general dont look forward to these kinds of buys, but it went really smooth and felt fine. Next time I come I will ask for Mac S again. The fridge is working great, they got it delivered the next day, took away the old one. It was the whole package and I have no complaints.

But they have to came back to make an adjustment that Will probably take 10 minutes and I have to have 8 hours free for that. Great experience up until now. Would still go back, most places make you wait, just annoyed.

Sami was a terrific salesman. He asked us what we were looking for, did we have a price range, were we partial to a particular brand. He showed off the features of several dryers that caught our eye. Overall super helpful, efficient, not pushy. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes having bought a lovely new electric dryer.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! My actual experience at Airport Appliance. I purchased a major appliance from Airport Appliance and very quickly had issues with the appliance. We called Airport to inform them there was a defect in the unit they sold us. It was very clear that they did not care! They made the sale had our money and they no longer needed us. I worked my way up the “Don” who I was told oversees sales at all their stores. It took many calls before he would call me back and it was clear from the head of sale how the company works. They made the sale and did not care what issues I have or what they sold me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered a refrigerator online. Despite all their messages saying dont call us, well call you within 24 hours I never received a call from them. I called them, they confirmed the fridge was in stock and would be delivered next Monday. Monday came and nothing was delivered so I called again and they said there was no delivery time set, we can set one for Wednesday. It was delivered on Wednesday, the delivery team did a good job and were tidy. I would probably still use Airport Appliance again because their prices seem to be better than competitors, Id just call a few different people to make sure they followed through.

I have use Airport Home Appliance in the past with no problems. That is why I decided to use them again for my microwave purchase. My old microwave went out last Thursday. I went online and the one I wanted was in stock. So I walked in on Friday and gave the associate the model# and in 20 minutes it was done and I am on my way. I wanted it installed ASAP and was told the installment team will contact me in 2 days. To my surprise they attempted to reach me that afternoon. My microwave was installed by that Tuesday, Very Impressive.

Finally a chat representative kindly clued me in to the fact that the range was not in stock.Pretty sure they would have just kept the money and never delivered anything or proactively provided any info. Before purchasing any appliance elsewhere you need to stop by and see Andy Lu at AA.His level of customer service and knowledge combined with his genuine desire to help find the best appliance for my family made it a great experience.Andy explained in detail benefits of my new range oven and the advantage of adding warranty which covers all parts/labor and ultimately replaces my appliance if it cannot be repaired. Now that’s piece of mind. Icing on the cake was the Great Prices!I will definitely be back to see Andy for any future appliance needs!

Parking lot was full when I arrived and had to park across the street. The store was a bit chaotic and has a cold warehouse feel to it. Didnt like it. Help is hard to find when theyre busy.I would recommend you ask for DEJON SAVAGE if you visit the Hayward store. Really helped me find the refrigerator that was right for me at a good price. Calm, quiet, patient. He asked questions and answered all of mine. Very professional. I didnt even notice the stores failings after awhile, just focused on my rapport with Dejon.The delivery was as seamless as can be. Delivery personnel were fast, efficient, careful, courteous, thorough. There can be hiccups but the store seems to anticipate these and resolves them. I would recommend.

Probably the worse customer relation I have ever encountered, sales rep didnt bother to introduce himself, nor did he seem enthusiastic about helping me. He immediately try to upsale me.to the highest model didnt bother to build a rapport. Worse part is when we asked him if they deliver to manteca as we were not from the area, he never bothered coming back, he only came back when we were back to the first range he presented to us, and insist on financing. Worse experience ever!. Sad not sure how they stayed in business this long.

I showed up. Was promptly assisted. Told the sales representative what I was looking for. He showed me suitable appliances. The prices were good.The sales rep. was detailed though efficient at writing up my purchase. Delivery was easy to schedule and delivery was on time. The Delivery workers hooked up my appliances and even fixed a couple of issues that unexpectedly came up, like ordering a connector of the wrong size.

Maytag Washer models I wanted.Nothing in stock as advertized. Then they wanted to do a big upsale model $400, more.Everything back ordered till March-April.Went to BESTBUY got model I wanted same price delivered in 2 days and installedGo BESTBUY.👍

Customer service was ok. I say OK because after listing the appliances i wanted, I was charged (sold) the wrong model - and I only found out when I noticed the slight price change. Immediately fixed, sure, but when the salesperson walked around with Me i figured he would have the accurate numbers scanned / written down as they work on commission.Fast forward to delivery, and of course they outsource. I told them Friday worked best when they called, they assured me that was good. No deal, they never confirmed the delivery install appt until i called them the day i was supposed to get my items delivered. Oh, thats tomorrow (saturday) they said. I was led to believe friday all week. Back and forth with them, and with Airport Appliance (managers, sales staff, distribution center, etc) and no one can seem to help me. Instead, im required to take a day off of work i hadnt anticipated needing to and now not only am I out my original $6500 (including delivery) but have to miss a day of work to make things right for them.Go figure. Shopping local and small i expected more. With commission, the same. I suppose I was dead wrong. I recommend shopping around and saving yourself a trip if you can. Or better yet, come see it in person at their showroom and buy it elsewhere for less.

My old refrigerator was no longer staying cold so I needed a new one right away. The store did not have my size in stock but they had one in a different store and the salesperson described it to me which I agreed to purchase. The salespeople then discovered a competitor had the same model for a lower cost so he matched their price.My new fridge was delivered two days later where they changed the door to open the other direction and hauled away my old fridge.
