Prior to any appliance buy I spend lots of time researching prices and products on websites, in stores, etc. Todays purchase at Appliance Leaders taught me I can save time and money if I just head to their outlet store in Hayward five minutes from HWY92. Thirty minutes from San Franciscos Sunset District, Appliance Leaders is packed to the brim with every current, high-end brand appliance at a bargain price. You think youve seen it all and then...its jaw dropping. Stacks and stacks of every beautiful fridge, stove, dishwashers and more.Knowledgable, low key, and nice, Shawn patiently answered my many questions explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each brand and model and then gave me the space to reach a decision. I liked that.I needed a unique under-counter 24 stainless steel fridge/freezer and he had four or five different brands in stock all at discounted prices. As you can guess, normally its a special order and he beat the price on KitchenAids sale price by $500! And, if youre in the market for a stove, this is THE place. Show stoppers, many Id never seen before - colors too!Remember the Indiana Jones movie when the lost ark is boxed and sent to this huge secret government warehouse? Thats how youll feel when you visit Appliance Leaders. Enough appliances to fill every kitchen in the City of San Francisco. No kidding!

Went in the place last minute on my way home and even though Shawn was about to go home for the day he was more than ready to help me out I was needing a dishwasher to finish up my kitchen remodel and even though everyone was gone for the day he didn’t hesitate to move things around to get the dishwasher I needed he’s a great guy and very professional thanks again for everything!

Early last fall Appliance Leaders sold me and my family a top of the line refrigerator.Missing shelves.I was worried during the removal of our old refrigerator and the installation of our new refrigerator. The Appliance Leaders installation team seemed new and not sure of how to properly install our refrigerator. It seemed that they would scratxh our floors and possibly the kitchen ceiling.I helped make space by moving my couch for these men.We have had repeated problems with our ice maker. And they keep saying that its fine. But the ice doesnt dispense unless I take the whole tray out and shake it. And remove the oce build up around the ice shoot.One of the installers used a screwdriver to chi at the mouldings around our refrigerator to make the space bigger.It was quite intense and stressful to watch. The chip marks are still visible.The worst part of using Appliance Leaders is that we are missing two shelves; one on the refrigerator side and on on the freezer side of our new appliance.After months of asking Appliance Leaders to provide these two shelves, I have finally resorted to this review.If I could give a 1/2 star or a 0 star I would.

We have been trying to get the right part for a range we ordered months ago, but so far we have been completely blown off. After multiple emails and texts to Shawn I finally got a response saying he would order it and have it sent to my house. Weeks later and still nothing. Buyer beware with these guys, its been a nightmare.

I ordered two appliances from Shawn. He charged my credit card over the phone and told me he would ship me the appliances. For the next 5 weeks he made excuses why he wouldnt ship the appliances. I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company to get a refund.Stay away.
