This place sold me a lemon car. I Financed a car 2016 Hyundai Elantra got the car a 70,000miles me not knowing because it was my first time getting a car from the Lott the guy told me the car is clean never had an accident. He lied the car was own by others who had previously before me and cars been in two accidents before me. I drove the car for 30,000miles always got my oil checked never had a check engine light. And out of No where my car just shut off in the middle of the road 2years later at 100,000 miles. The car will not drive also I traded in my 2003 Ford Focus for a down payment it was supposed to be $1500 plus my 1000$ in cash to go towards a new Vehicle which the car was sold at $15,000after pulling my credit report to find out how much I owe on the car. After two years I’m only at $11,000 and I was paying $363 every month on time. If I paid every month 363 x12months =$4,356 I’ve had the car two years now so where did all my down payment go ? I’m fed up I’m a poor honest hard working woman and I don’t deserve this. Now I have no car to drive and still owe over 11,000 on a car. They never gave me copies saying I traded my car into them. I call Knj for advice no one could help me they talk to me rude now or don’t answer the phone. I thought they where good people but they just want your money that’s all. Also did not let me know about car warranty

Similar experience to most used lots but salesman were more willing to go out of their way to make the deal happen.

My experience with then is not very good. From the moment I bought a car from them. I started to have problems with. One thing after another. They would tell me to bring in and theyll have a look at it. They would fix it but then after a little while later I would have the same problem. Then other things started to go wrong with it. Last time I took the car in was about a month an a half ago. I took the car in for some oil warning that has to do with the engine. They say they fixed it but would not show me paperwork of what they had done to the car or give me any copies to keep track with my car. So now a month an a half agon my car left me stranded in the middle of the freeway coming from work exhaust. And what do I get in my dashboard? The same stupid warning light after my car died on the road. After I was told it was fixed. Now they do not want to fix my car. Keep in mind that this was about a month an a half ago after they said they fixed it. I WAS FORCE TO GIVE IT A RATING I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEN A STAR NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I saw an ad they placed on craigslist for a ford focus for $1500 (this price was quoted 3 times on the ad) that also said they could finance it so I went to their website. The car was listed for $2500 but I went ahead applied for credit and received a call back a few days later. They said they no longer had the car i wanted and they wouldnt finance anythimg less than $7500. I wasnt interested. Now I ended up looking at their site 3 weeks later and the ford is still listed. Thats shady.

Awful place to buy a car from. At first they make all promises to get you to buy a car; but then when you have problems with the car you buy they say bring it and will fix it. They do a little twick on it then it works for a while. Then you have the same problem again. My wife has taken her car to them more then 3 times already last time in it was about a month an a half ago. Now we have engine problems with the car again. Ofcourse now they are backing out from fixing it after they told us that the car was all fix. They do not stand by their word. Everytime we asked what have they fix on it they would not tell us. If not they would say one major thing on it and thats it they keep the rest to themselves. Did not show us paperwork or gave us copies of what they had done to it. JUST REALLY AN AWFUL PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN TO BUY A CAR. NOT EVEN IF YOU PAY ME TO GO THERE. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I WAS FORCE TO GIVE IT A RATING IF I COULD I DONT GIVE THEM A STAR.
