This isnt my first rodeo when it comes to buying a car and they were up front and made it hassle free unlike some other places I have been to in the past. I would not shop here if you are a first time buyer. They advertise that they are first time buyer friendly but I felt the exact opposite from Jerry.I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I was looking for was still available and he said it was. I asked if I could do a test drive and he said that would be fine. I drove 1.5 hours away to this dealership and Jerry gave me the keys to check out the vehicle. All seemed well until I asked if I could test drive the vehicle. He then began asking me about finances, how much down payment I would put and monthly income I made. He then asked if I was a first time buyer. I felt uneasy because I wanted to test drive to see if I’d like how it ran before I began talking about finances so I told him this and I would be going through my credit union for financing. Jerry then said the price was nonnegotiable and that he couldn’t let me test drive for liable reasons. He wanted me to finance everything first before I got to test drive. He then told me the price of the vehicle and that most first time buyers don’t spend more than $15,000 on a vehicle. The vehicle I wanted to purchase would be $26,000~ after taxes. This where I just left because I felt discriminated for being younger. I’ve saved 3 years from the military to be able to put a bigger down payment of vehicle but I never disclosed this to Jerry because of how strong he came on. As I was leaving, I saw a female older customer test driving one of their vehicles. This of course led me to believe that my speculations of being discriminated were true. Wasted 3 hours driving and my time for this experience.

I had an overall nice experience. I had an issue with the vehicle, and an issue with the contract. I brought both of the issues up, and they were taken care of. They were busy but they made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the customers ahead of me.

Do not make any business with this dealership.. especially if your credit isnt good. They wont help at all and will find the littlest detail to screw you over. Was saving a whole month with a solid down they had given and the day before i was getting it they raise 2,000 more for downpayment. Ridiculous

I would not recommend to a first time buyer. I am so embarrassed I did not bring help with the contracts. Instead I signed each piece separately without seeing how it was being calculated for the total. Because I was told outright by the financer the agreed price would include all extra fees, I honestly thought the Theft Deterrent Tracker I signed for (which was not explained at all) was already installed and included in the original cost. It was an EXTRA $895. The same can be said for the Debt Cancellation Agreement. I am bad at mental math and felt foolish asking questions- never again. The salesman was very nice. But they saw a big opportunity, and while I was extremely naive, I feel they were dishonest.

Nice people but typical used car sales. They play the shell game. Add money to the advertised price. Promise to repair/replace issues with the used cars then don’t follow through. I got a 4 year truck from them, had a flat onlyto find the tools to change the tire are missing!If only they were honest people that actually ensured the vehicles they sell are in good working order and equipped with the basic emergency tools I could have gave them more stars. But, sadly, they aren’t “those” people.

Ray assisted me when I test drove my car, he wasnt pushy with the sale, but rather took the time to talk about the car and listened for noises as I drove. It wasnt about my money, he made sure I was a satisfied customer. Nicole was great with the paperwork and explaining all that I signed and initialed. Jerry and Ace were both very professional with my questions and concerns alo but the way. Great company that cares about the vehicles that they sell and care about your satisfaction. I was referred to S&R Motors by a friend, was looking for a car for my son, bought a Hyundai Sonata, great service, great prices, and clean cars, The staff was great, finance guy helped me with my loan greatly. The 2009 Toyota Corolla has an electrical issue believed to be the positive wire from the battery to the fuse box. After 12 days with my Toy-Dealer, they thought it was the fuse box. With the part at about $47., the total amount including labor was about $567. S&R Motors got on their case, and had the car released to me without replacing the fuse box nor paying $500plus in labor. S&R Motors gave it to their affiliated Master mechanics/technicians and without replacing the fuse box, only added a stronger wire from the battery to the fuse box reinforcing the original factory one, paying nothing out the door. This beautiful car has been running fine ever since and my son is loving it. I drive 4 Toyotas and will stay TOYOTA!This is the kind of commitment I look for from people I do business with. A family run dealership that is committed to taking care of its customers, I have found new friends in Ray, Nicole and my man Bobby. Normally I would give 3.5 stars but I cant do it here. So I gave 4 on Yelp 3 on Google.I bought a Hyundai Sonata from here. The price wasnt the best. There were problems about steering and stuff. They tried to take care of it and some of them were fixed and some of them not.Pros about SR is they are responsive and try to help.Cons You should check everything carefully yourself.
