Overprice, paid for two hours of labor for some thing took less than 10 mins to do. Paid $100 over retail for parts. It took 5 hours to do a 30 mins job.

I moved to Stockton but I dont mind to drive all the way to Hayward to get my car maintained. Great service, nice and knowledgeable people.

Is like if you dont do the supposed service on your vehicle they seem to get offended. And the service you pay for dosent gets done. 🤨🤔

Not too hard to get appointments, reasonable pricing, discounts available. Nice waiting area.

Great service at reasonable prices. Includes shuttle service, and if necessary they also help you get a loaner car.

The only woman working in reception did not look up to say good upon my entrance to their facility. Customer Service is #1 it set the tone

Did not have my part on stock. They cant Order parts from another Honda dealership to deliver to the one you want. They can only Order parts from their warehouse. So sad .
