Went to this AutoZone and there was 4 workers who not only where doing nothing but they didnt even know anything about auto parts, didnt end up having what I needed luckily there was an OReillys down the street.

I go to one AutoZone on hesperian San Lorenzo they tell me they dont have the part I need, but showed that it was available here on Jackson. They called for a stock check and they said they have it, but didnt bother to look for it because they scan as everything comes in. I drive over here and they tell me they have it but its on a pallet and wont be available till Tuesday. That wouldve been nice to know during the call when the San Lorenzo team asked you to check and make sure, instead of wasting my time.
Auto zone didnt have what I wanted. They could order it but, they wanted to charge me almost 3 times the online price. I went to Levian auto parts. Found was I was looking for way less. My total saving was $40.
New building. Didnt remember it being there. Fixed my issue with a part. Wish they could reset CEL
Purchased item 14 months ago - Tony ( Manager ) verified part still under Warranty - replaced with better part ( paid for new part upfront ) - once old part removed, I can return for full refund of old part purchase price.
I bought some parts here maybe a few months ago. Parts cheap and everything was great
Bought brake pads here and the good part is they come with a lifetime warranty. Good place to check out.

His placed looks hella closed cause they boarded up but they open early. Even though it was early am, Diego was super attentive and helpful, he came out and inspected the car for the correct part and took his time with me.
The guys working here are amazing. I went in on a Saturday morning and it was extremely busy, you can imagine everybody trying to fix their cars. This associate was working 4 customers at the same time so that everybody was out as quick as possible. Truly impressive, most employees have no incentive in helping out as fast as possible. Wow, the staff here is absolutely helpful. I called about Hayward looking for a car cover for Class C car. The guy was so amazing he walked me thru it on the phone and held one for me. Which, I picked up later that day. Great savings. The store might not be all shiny but its my go to in Hayward for quick car and gadgets.
I was really impressed with the friendly staff here. One of the Staff members even called my phone for me, because I couldnt find it. I dont remember her name, but she was very sweet!!!! They are always so nice and friendly there.

I had the pleasure of having the greatest customer service experience at the Autozone store at 24060 Mission Blvd from Albert. If there were more than 5 stars to select from, I would. Albert went above and beyond the sale of headlights. I came in 15 minutes before closing the first night once I noticed my headlight blew out. He saw that assisting me with replacing the light on my Hyundai Elantra would require more time then he had as the store was closing in 15 minutes. He nonetheless advised me to come back the next day. I work in Redwood City, so my commute from Castro Valley puts me on the road while it is still dark and I was uncomfortable driving with one headlight to cross the bridge. He told me that night he would review information on removing the plastic panel/ covers to access the light and also recommended that I replace both although only one blew out since It would be a matter of time before the other would go as well. I was able to leave work 3 hours early to get across the bridge and called on my way there to see if he was in fact in that day. He was and said he would see me when I got there. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and is a man of his word and an asset to Autozone. Management should take notice of him if they dont. I came in and he spent a great deal of time assisting me with changing the headlights. He even asked a friend who was there for his own needs, Shedrick to help him lift up the unit so as to effectively get it off and replace the bulb. To me, that spoke volumes to his character. Not only that, but he indicated that he had to take his lunch break but would clock out and still help me with replacing this light. He did NOT have to do that. I consider that outstanding customer service and puts a great light on the business he is employed by. He was the face of Autozone for me yesterday and had it not been for his professionalism, courtesy, diligence and willingness to complete what he said Autozone could offer for me by way of help/assistance, then I would not be writing this review, or now referring my friends to this very store. Albert took the time, paid attention to be accurate in his handling of my car parts in order to help and made a customer for life. Management, if youre reading this, Albert is the 5 star employee you want to have and maintain. His professionalism and customer service is a great asset and should be acknowledged and modeled by your other employees. Thank you Albert for gaining for Autozone a lifelong customer for my auto needs.
Good customer service
Stopped at this place to check my battery, which behaved suspiciously, and then stopped reacting completely. I could not start my car. I was confused and did not expect to receive such a good service. Brittany (sorry, not sure if I spell her name correctly) was so kind and patient that I could not believe that this really happens. She gave my problem a lot of time, as if it was her own car. Ill remember this place and next time Id prefer to drive a few extra miles but get to these guys.

Close to my home so I come here with most of my automobile needs. This was my first good customer service experience that Ive had in a long g time. Usually the employees are kind of rude. To both the customers and each other. I did call ahead to make sure that they had what I needed but when I called the guy that answered the phone told me that they were the other store and they were down by Tennyson. The guy must have been a little stupid.
The service is hit or miss here. I wont be going back after being told I can look for it on this website (not Autozone). Why go to a parts store that doesnt have more insight or resources on getting parts than I already have right in front of me.
I came in and despite getting close to closing the manager Michael Bell changed my battery for me. Thank you Michael.

Whether they are lazy or the info is not updated I got there at 7.58pm a d was told they close at 8pm and not at 9 as its posted here on google maps so fix that or get them to work!!!

I apologize that Yelp requires you to rate a business in order to post. This store should get zero stars. My brother and I went to this Autozone to purchase oil remover. The sign posted said, Buy one, get one free. The customer service representative because I doubt that he was the manager as stated, said that the sale ended. So I asked Mike, was he going to honor the posted sign. He said, no and preceded to curse at me. I will be calling the coporate office tomorrow. I called the regional office and still havent received a response. I now see why their employees think its okay to call customers f_ _ _ _ _ _lazy.

This place sucks! They charged me $100 for two jugs of oil and two oil filters (which were supposed to be part of a special & advertised as $24.99 ea) and a bottle of bug wash. When I went back in the store and ask about the charges they couldnt explain it & gave me some nonsense excuse that still didnt add up. So I returned everything & got my $$$ back. F@!k that! You lost a customer & I will be telling everyone about your b.s.
I ended up arriving right when they opened, and while I was double checking the time, one of the staff opened the door for me.No trouble finding or buying the JumpStart device either.
