I always love going to Napa for my car and motorcycle. They always give salad advice, and they always have the parts that I need.
My first visit proved to be met by staff who are quite competent and knowledgeable. I wished I got the gentleman’s name, he k ew his stuff alright. He asked what my issue was and provided a troubleshoot option to try first…Lol can I say thank you sir bc you were spot on to recommend replacing the relay switch first, after my purchase my son replaced it and Voila! Ol Betsy started up like a champ!Thank you so much sir for your expertise!

Great little shop. Good selection and the staff if way better than other chains. I have to drive past two Oreillys and 3 Autozones to shop here. That should tell you something.

These guys were GREAT! o spoke to a Mark on the phone, that was super cool, then got there and felt with another cool guy. I have to admit, Ive never been there before, my 2004 745I battery had to be exchanged, ( 1 dead cell) and the mechanics I bought it from didnt order it from his account, so there was no record of it being purchased, (figures🙄),but these guys worked it out for me, now the new one is in, NO CODES ARE DETECTED IN THE CAR!!👍🏼THANKS GUYS!!
This place is absolute garbage. Dont waste your time, worst auto parts store I have ever been to.

Napa know how is not just a clever jingle, but a fact. If they cant find it chances are it cant be found. Real parts store with knowledgeable staff. Skip the rest, just deal with the best!

Want to inform on the lack of customer service that I received from NAPA Auto Parts in Hayward, CA. I ordered motor mounts for a Cadillac on 09/12/2018 and had a mechanic shop install them the same week. Within only a couple of days of driving both motor mounts started leaking fluid. I returned to NAPA in Hayward, CA and was informed to remove the mounts (which I had to pay the mechanic shop to do) and bring them in to receive new mounts. I returned the defective mounts to NAPA on 09/21/2018 and received new mounts (was charged an additional $20 because the mounts needed to get shipped from another NAPA store). The mechanic shop installed the second pair of new mounts on 10/2/2018. Only to AGAIN have a mount leaking within a couple of days post installation. NAPA in Hayward will not offer credit unless I remove the mounts again and bring them in. I CANNOT continue to pay the mechanic shop to install and remove motor mounts for the 3rd time; I was informed that nothing else could be done by NAPA in Hayward. I have service receipts and pictures as backup to verify that the causes of the mounts were not due to improper installation but defective products.

They stock many items not available at Auto zone. Kirk and Tony are very helpful. I would give five stars if not for the wait if you go in rather than having parts delivered
Asked for help finding something, told they probably didnt have it at this store, found it myself, waited 10 minutes as the next person in line because the 1 person cashiering kept having trouble finding a part for the customer they were waiting on. Blah.

The staff at this Napa auto parts is great my alternator On 1981 Buick Regal went out and didn’t have time to call around to get a new so I ordered one online And after a long day at work I went home to put in my alternator then I ran in to a problem the alternator I ordered was wrong just my luck all I won’t to do was put the part in and get ready to go cruise my car so I started call around to find the part called autozone they didn’t have oreillys didn’t have it. This place is my last shot was Napa and they were getting ready to close so I called I don’t remember The guys name but he was a really kool guy told me they 3 different options for that car The one I had got was half a inch short for the bolt to grab it 5:45 it was almost closing time he seed come down i live down the street so I got in my car took my old one in with me. After going Thur all the different ones we found the right one I was so thankful because they got my car on the road I got to cruise and I had good time thank you Napa auto parts for the great customer service And the two guy working behind the counter were great it was closing time and took the time to help me out. I’ll be back Because of the customer service And plus they had the part in stock oreillys had to order it autozone to and pepboys. Thank you Napa auto parts

Gave NAPA Auto Parts for stars at first. Last time I was there my sons alternator went out and he had to return home. Bought their most expensive alternator but they gave me the wrong one. Within an hour I returned for an exchange but they did not have it in stock. They told me that they could not refund my money. I talked to the manager, he agreed to refund my money but within that one hour they already sent my core out and could not give me my core or the money back for the core change. I am convinced Napa went from a reputable operation to a scam location.
Another review on the decline of customer service at Napa on Mission. Went in an hour after opening, clerk was rude and very short as if he did not want to assist in finding a part. He also made a snarky remark about my choice of vehicle manufacturer. Unprofessional, my business will be taken elsewhere.
Waited for 5 minutes only to be told to help myself find what I was looking for.

Needed some special oil and after checking 2 Hardware stores and 3 other auto parts stores, I called them and they had it, they also went out of there way to try and match up a air filter for my garage air compressor with luck they figured it out without part #,s, model and s/n, end result they gave me part numbers
