By far my favorite target, it’s somewhat close to where I live so I rather go here. Cashiers are very friendly and will accommodate you when you ask for help without an issue . This target is also clean and usually organized. I really enjoy the atmosphere here!!

The store itself, is great. It was just way too warm in there. I thought it was, maybe, because there was a lot of people in the store, but it was kind of just a bit more than usual. Otherwise its still Target. All around good store. You know what I mean? I wish they would enforce people to wear masks again, but thats a topic for a different conversation.

I appreciate the quality and prices. The cashier, Brenda, was super sweet. She asked me how i was doing. She told me to have a great day. This type of transaction makes me want to come back to my local Target! I get excited to come to Target and I never know what I will find.

This target has good collections, staffs are nice and friendly. But the place is really dirty!! Floor is dirty, carts are dirty, there is no maintenance inside/outside target.How difficult would it be for a retailer like target to maintain the store??

Some employee didnt check but they have already answer what we have thats it. when it come to cashier she did try to call a manager or someone to help her and figure it out just answer it never work out your purchase either take it or not...

Their Starbucks:Terrible, terrible, terrible. Staff is unattentive, does not pay attention to what you order. You have to tell them three times what you want and even then they mess up your order. When you ask for not sugarred products they claim to have it, only for it to turn out to have sugar. No apologies from staff even when talking calmly to them and no offer fora refund. Instead they stare at you in defiance. Truly sad!

I will NEVER shop at this Target ever again. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I will NEVER go there again. They are ALWAYS out of baby formula when I need to purchase some for my son. They never have enough baby food, always out of stock. I went to pick a jar up that they had surprisingly had, and it had mildew all over it. GROSS!!!!!!! I’ll be shopping somewhere else from now on. Severely disappointed.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to return. They had no one handling returns all 3 were doing pick up. I had to leave out of line to go to work. Really angry at the lack of customer service. They said nothing to me. Last time I didnt get credit for 2 items I returned!!! Train your employees better. I will not be going there again.

I ordered a caramel frap and a mango dragon fruit and 2 PUMPKIN BREAD but they got the order wrong they gave me the exact drinks except they put lemonade on my mango dragon when I said I didn’t want it. They also gave me 1!!! Banana bread but then I understand if they got it wrong because there was a lot of people but when I corrected them of my order they roll theyre eyes at me

This Target is always clean outside the store and inside the store. I always encounter real nice staff starting with employee who hands carts and the greetesr. Love their variety of items and turnaround time of items.

Your one stop shop for your essentials. This particular target has no alcohol since its next to a park. But other than that expect to find all the goods you are used to finding at your local store

My Only Problem Was At Times Its Hard To Find A Staff That Knows What Youre Talking About And Where It Might Be, Ive Been Directed To Ask Another Staff Member Once Upon A Time... Some Departments Are Kinda Scattered, But For The Most Part Things Are Usually In Their Departments So If Its Not There, Then Its Highly Likely Their Out Of It Until Restocked... The Lines Are Forever Long And This Isnt Where You Want To Go To Avoid Crowds... Its So Busy That Its Not As Easy For Staff To Keep Up With All The People Who Dont Wear Mask As The Sign Says...

I dont like how the cashiers would always pressure me to open a credit card. Target is one of the only stores that does this, walmart doesnt, and Ive been to different Targets and they dont pester with the cards either.

Restrooms customer service very bad I told staff member the restroom was really dirty and she told me there was no available to clean it I ask to speak to manager I spoke with her she told me the same she did advise me I could use handicap restroom also that restroom was really nasty look like a gas station bathroom we are in a pandemic and I shop at Target because they are known for cleanliness its very disappointing that my local target is this dirty and customer service bad

My husband bought Apple Watch cost 500.00 for my birthday on 08/16/2020 on Sunday n he wanted to surprise me. I really got surprised when I opened the box, it was empty n no watch inside. He called the store and they said someone will call him. He also went to the store at customer service and talked to a lady n she said just wait for the call. What kind of service is that.

Great employee that goes beyond to help customers are always welcoming and deserves my business.

I like this place its clean and organized but I really dont like the cashiers..They are not polite...They dont even know how to greet customers. I wanted to go in self check out but the lady there didnt want me to go in self check out, she wanted me to go straight in the register. There was this one cashier, a old lady, was giving me a high tone! She didnt know how to speak kindly. Even a How are you doing today? would be enough.

Pickup process went smoothly, and we were able to get in and out quickly.

The store is clean and lots to choose from. My only frustration is having to use the Target app to get deals. Having the Target Red Card should be enough.

This is a pretty cool and easy going Target. I found the layout kind of strange but I think thats because the ones more north in the East Bay have successive rows of check out areas- this one is kind of small. But there is really great food around the area and also they have a pull up and pack zone which is great for people in a shopping rush. The people who work here are pretty nice and its pretty easy to find your way around in.

Target always has good values. Excellent selection. Store is well organized making shopping easy and sometimes fun!Employees are gracious and helpful. Oh, the Hesperian store in Hayward is kept very clean and is well lighted.

Almost all targets have similar layouts and makes it easier to find what I need. If I dont have access to an employee, I can easily look it up on the app and it will tell me where it is. Also I love how the app has a marker of where you are location wise in store.

Worst Target Ive ever been to. Its barely 930 PM on a Saturday. I understand restocking shelves, what I dont understand is why none of the workers will let anyone pass by behind them making people walk another aisle behind just to circle around to the other side. Once, sure. No problem. Two to five times as if the customer wasnt even there, unacceptable. Then I find the one item I do want. Theres a line of 10+ at the self checkout and no registers open. Im sorry, but Im a Union worker. I like having people at a register even if its just one when it gets super busy. It means that one person working that one register has a job. Im never coming back to this Target. Ill drive 10 miles further before ever choosing this one or Ill shop elsewhere. I ended up not buying my item because it wasnt worth the headache.

Drive up review - Quick. Easy. No non-sense. It was nice because I didnt have to leave my dog in the car to shop. Super friendly employee that helped me as well! Will use this again!

I love the store and I love the customer service because each and every person that had helped me are both polite and helpful. BUT the fact that you don’t have these people protected from germs when their is a pandemic shows the lack of consideration for their health and well-being shows that you are just as deplorable as GameStop executives. PAY THESE PEOPLE BETTER!!!.

I have actually enjoyed Target more than i normally would have thanks to Walmart being a complete and utter mess to have to deal with. Although its true walmart is a lil cheaper than target at times Target makes up for that in cleanliness, staff thats willing to help, and a store layout that allows for a smooth shopping experience! I just may stay a Target shopping Even after coronavirus!

Ordered online for store pickup in order to avoid the holiday crowds. So happy I did! My order was available within hours. Once I arrived for pick-up my wait time was less than a minute. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Order and pickup was seamless.

I was not able to use the fitting room around 1:15 pm due to cleaning service,I was near by looking at the clothes..nobody show up to clean up the rooms for at least 35 min. I think it could be done in other hours otherwise customers can just leave without buying any clothes..unprofessional

I found the cutest cheetah onezie zip up pjs for adults. I got one for my daughter and another for me. Plus found this great 2017 color book planner. Got one for one of my besties for her bday, and 1for my daughter plus 1 for me.

I told the cashier that I didnt need any bags because this order charged me $.70 in advance. But he just said yes and didnt take it out from my total. This is very annoying and disappointed. I dont want to do pick up in store in Target anymore.

Ordered & paid online with drive up pick up

The excellent customer service that I received from team member Rubi. She went out of her way to retrieve items for me that were not available on the merchandise shelves in the retail store. She spent nearly 30 minutes with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my shopping experience.

Friendly staff, clean store. . .the staff has done extraordinary in the midst of the crisis, from the staff who maintain order with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, shopping carts etc. The Security staff, and all the wonderful staff behind the registers, stock room etc.

Wasn’t really stocked with much the one time I came here, I couldn’t find anything I needed. I only came to this target because I was close by, compared to the other Hayward target this one is lacking in many areas!

I like how they have someone there to greet you with sanitizer and masks if needed and how they are constantly whipping down the self check out stations

This used to be my Target, and hey, its good in terms of customer service. The problem is that they have a distinct lack of household products to buy. Blank shelves everywhere. Lots of the usual frou-frou stuff, yet theres also no rubbing alcohol, household bleach, and a highly limited selection of toothbrushes. Going elsewhere for my monthly shopping.

I love target! It has girls clothes, even though it is a bit pricey. My daughter loves it too.

Ease and convenience of shopping online and getting your purchase from the store where you have the option of picking your order up inside the store or you can choose to use the drive-up option which is what I like to do. After placing the order its usually ready within the hour which I think is great because I like to get everything done quickly and can get back home so having the option to just drive up to the store Park and a Target associate brings my purchase right to my car and even loads it for me which I think is wonderful and I will probably continue to use the drive-up option in the future and would recommend Target to anyone who asked my opinion. That is why I gave five stars.

Theres so many good things to say about this Target location. A small few would include that this store was exceptionally clean.. the pleasantness of the employees was also appreciated. I used the Target app that took me to the aisle for my items and each item was stocked and exactly where the app said it would be. Shopping here was really an easy experience because this location has plenty of associates that are swiftly checking customers out with a smile.

Saturdays are very very slow with only 4 people for check out. Shelves are not fully stocked with items. Service sux...This place does not value your time. You shouldnt give them your money.

Bought a household item from here for $250. I opened it and it had a piece of plastic broken on it. I tried returning it and the serial numbers didn’t match. They finally agreed to exchange it for me. They should, they sold it to me with he mismatched serial numbers! When they go to complete the exchange they said that it shows that it has already been returned! They checked my card I purchased it with and it wasn’t the same (because I hadn’t returned it!). They got a manager for me. She told me they couldn’t do it because of the non-matching serial numbers. I told her I bought it that way. I hadn’t even had it for a day! I then inquired about why it was showing it had been returned already. I was first told it hadn’t and then she checked and it said it had. They gave me the run around and said it was because I had tried to exchange it at a different target (where I discovered the serial numbers didn’t match. They told me to exchange it at Hayward). She offered to call them to see if that was the issue. I said yes please. She got on her walker talkie and 30 seconds later said “yes, that’s what it is”. Never even calling! I was so frustrated at this point. They sold me broken merchandise that had a different serial number than the box and I’m left out of pocket! This was completely unfair. I feel violated and ripped off. All I wanted was what I paid for and for it to not be broken. Don’t go here. Something isn’t right with the merchandise, systems, and apparently management. Not sure why my item was showing as already returned (when clearly I hadn’t returned it) and management didn’t seem concerned with that! I will never shop here again and encourage you to think twice about trusting this location as well.

When I use home delivery, I cant get basic supplies that require refrigeration or freezing. Then I have to visit the store and cant find items on the shelves. If I want a one stop shopping experience, Target isnt it.

Target in general usually is one of the best one-stop shops.. overall target is awesome and in this target you might not get the best customer service and some empty shelves but you’ll still find something to satisfy your needs
