I loved my experience! As soon as I got to the entrance they gave me hand sanitizer which was a sanitizer spray. Which was great. And they had little gift packs which I bought and very nice. And staff were very friendly. I will definitely will go again

The girl that helped me literally went above and beyond to help me find a new replacement lotion since mine was retired scent definitely will come back.

I went in and the associate told me buy 3 body spray get 3 for free. When I went to cash out my total was $53.00 thats not a deal. 16.00 for body spray!? Im sorry not me. I refused to pay that much.

I love it here because out of all the stores in the mall this one smells the best! Lol... I only come every few months to buy hand soaps. They really have the best hand soaps in town! I get them on sale and stock up. Although, I love all the fragrances, I only have one fave! I cant imagine not having my Peach Bellini hand soap! I love, love, love this Bath and Body Works!

Love Bath and Body!! I normally go to the location thats at the Southland Mall by my house or at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton because its near where I work. Both locations are clean and everything is in their proper place. Bath & Body Works around the holidays id wonderful the sales are very nice!!

I went to this store for the Candle Sale and I was told that the manager decided to not allow any screen shots of any coupon. All coupons had to come directly from an email. I visited 3 other stores that day, and every store allowed me to use a screen shot of the coupons and allowed multiple coupons. The manager was not present to discuss this and the other shoppers were extremely surprised that the manager decided to do this. Why would this even be a rule? I couldnt find this rule listed anywhere on the site. The manager should explain to its staff why she decided to do this. I will never visit this store again.

For a store that sells scents, you actually dont break your nose when you walk in. Customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well organized. It is small, but the layout makes it feel less cramped. The decor and displays are always very inviting.

Didnt have much of a selection. All the for sale items were nasty like soap had spilled on them.. Werent cleaned or whipped off.. They also had air freshners that were also nasty with spilled stuff on them outside of bottles where icky.. Cheap prices though.. 5stars for that..

I love the great variety of lotions and rich aromas they have, I am a fan of the wallflowers plug because they have a fantastic design, the only drawback is that it does not have to regulate the intensity of the aroma and for small rooms as the bathroom does not work well because the aroma is so concentrated that even the head hurts.They should have a regulator for the intensity of aroma that you want to release: /
