Went to get my passport picture, received exceptional service Eddie. Working in customer service for years, rarely am I impressed. However Eddie was fast paced and did not waste my time. He was also polite and very helpful.

Awful experience. I ordered teething medicine for my daughter and scheduled it for pick up, since I was working. I took off to grab it when it wasnt so busy at work and didnt bother to check it before leaving their parking lot. Unfortunately when I got home three of the packages where empty! Like come on, couldnt you guys tell the packages where empty by how light they felt?? Either that Or they probably just didnt care about the customers order.

This store is very peaceful and calm customer service is kind of not very friendly but they do their job need more smiles there for sure pharmacy is great everyone in pharmacy has did me right keep going strong Walgreens on Tennyson

Cindy C. decided that she was going to deny my COVID-19 vaccination because I was without a parent at my appointment. Cindy decided that being without a parent was more important than vaccinating a member of her community. To say the least I am not happy with the Walgreens policy or Cindy, as I was turned down a vaccination, which is a new moral low in my experience. This decision only hurt people, nothing was gained.

Awful, the pharmacy doesn’t know what they are doing, don’t go here you will regret it.

Customer service at the pharmacy is HORRIBLE! Do better !!!

I thought it was boarded up since the door was boarded up with wood plywood. But they are open. Its still in the 1980s dated interior.

Everythime I go to pick up a photo they find some way to mess things up. Most incompetent managers ever.

Kinda beat-up neighbourhood, but every staff member I encountered gave outstanding service.

This place is not clean at all. People who work here dont care about costumers and their workplace. The pharmacy staff dont help and they dont have enough knowledge about insurance. It was the first and last time I was at this place. Thanks to my previous pharmacy in palo alto that took care of everything.

This location is TERRIBLE. Every time I come here to pick up my daughters medicines at the pharmacy, the line is crazy long and on top of that, it takes forever to get to the front. I only come here because I literally live 2 minutes away. Maybe it’s time I change locations. They need more workers. So START HIRING WALGREENS !!!!!!

I have been using this Walgreens branch for years. Unfortunately, lately it is impossible to handle the waiting times in line. They do not have enough people to handle as many customers. Even to drop off a prescription takes for ever. Therefore, I will have to change to some other pharmacy. It is a pitty, because its location was very convenient.

This pharmacy is good for yoga/exercise by standing in a line for a hour or half an hour!

The worse pharmacy to go to. My 2yr old was denied her prescription because the pharmacy physician failed to updated her info into their system or should I say lazy to do her job. Had it not been for a family member of mine to give me info regarding my daughters insurance I probably would have been given the run around.

The service is terrible, its always messy, and I just hate this location. I will only tell people to go too other locations.

This is the place that I come to now...since its walking distance from my home. I used to work in drug retail store so I know how things are ran. I understand the hours and reduced staffing and lunch breaks...The waiting time can be annoying since after all we are here to drop/pick RX because we are sick.....we prefer to be home in bed or least at home and try to be comfortable...... instead of dealing with waiting.... Can something be done? ..... Well, again I understand the time/staffing issue, So the only thing I can suggest would be practicing BIG CHEESY smiles and a more friendlier attitude ....... not the I ever had a problem with service or a rude employee.... I am merely suggesting that the smiles/friendly thing may easy the pain for your more sensitive costumers.....

The staff is very friendly, but when people come in to steal or shout security does nothing, and customers are afraid. Today I pass that at 1:00 p.m. until the workers hide in panic,
