It was clean, spaced for 6ft apart and my stylist knows his job :) plus I got in a little shopping. It was nice to be pampered

Experience definitely would vary, seems their register needs maintenance. Today is my first time there. Stylist Lacey was patient and polite. To my ignorance in hair, she had conversation with me to discuss what I need. Great service 👍.

Priced to high for the services offered

Hit or miss....the more experienced stylist do really nice job. The newer ones should only be allowed to cut hair. Take way too long to dye and style...haircuts are fast though...

They take appoinments the customer service is friendly. Its clean and well kept up by the the stylists there. Moderate $$ for the price and salon service and sometimes they ask for a tip. I recommend Ernestine.

Gloria is the best color expert in the bay area. She mixes me custom color that is beautiful on me.

Took my mom to the salon to pamper herself the lady that did her hair was too rough pulling her hair, and wet her shirt. Aswell took way too long and their customer service was awful. I’m very disappointed. Never coming here again
