Ive been buy all my gear since i started my trade as an electrician. Bought a pair of pants that didnt fit. Left the tags on saved the receipt. As told per employee. Today i show up at 4:45. Stand outside the store entrance per covid rules. Literally waiting 15 minutes only for the employee to point at the door that says the store closed at 5pm. Like duh. I know! Ive been waiting patiently. I get you wanna go home. But at least communicate. Poor customer service.

Awesome deals and Complete safety uniform

This place has very poor service. I went in and tried to try some shoes. Out of 3 employees their their wasnt anyone assisting me when I needed. The employee was very rude just watching us as if we were to steal a shoe. We wanted to make sure we wanted a shoe so we took our time. My mother felt discriminated because just by looking at her they said oh we speak spanish when my mom was speaking perfectly good English. Unfortunately because of people with this poor service get jobs and people who really want to work and know how to treat people dont get them. Ther service was very horrible. I like that they have a lot to offer but the customer service was honestly bad.

Staff was pleasant, but you can tell they deal with lots of cranky customers. WorkWorld doesnt stock much for normal sized women and what they do stock is inferior to whats available for large men. (e.g. socks --- You can get boring womens hiking socks or specially work socks that are too big). Overall, this store is adequate, not great.

I walked in knowing what I wanted. To try on 2 pairs of boots. I went to the back of the store right past the 3 employees talking at the counter. Nobody came back to help...so I went to the counter and asked if I could try on some boots. It was as if I interrupted a much more important conversation than me wanting to try on boots. Ok...no big deal, tried both pairs on and decided to buy one. I told the girl, thank you for the help and not a word back. I felt like I was bothering them. I went to this store wanting to contribute to local business, but this kind of service is the kind that will make me continue to shop on Amazon

Great place to buy work clothes

They only carry a certain number of sizes. If I need 2 or 3 pairs of coveralls and they only have 1 pair in your size, you have to wait until they restock the size. You cant order the other 2 pair. Staff, depending on who you get, isnt helpful and honestly are kind of rude. My company has an account and buys all my work clothes... But if they didnt, I would buy somewhere else.

I wish they had more in-house brands of hi-viz. also they could carry smaller sizes in Carhartt. Not everyone is a 3XL...
