The mechanic at the other store told me to replace the rotors and brake pads because of the tires noise. I came to this store near my house. I had been to this shop once before. They were very helpful and advised me that the rotors were fine and the brake pads didnt need to be replaced, but if I care about noise, I should replace them. I had the brake pads replaced immediately, and the noise is gone. Chris showed me the old brake pads and gave me a thorough explanation.The price was also much more reasonable than other mechanics. This place has consistently shown to have great service. Ive been there many times and never regretted it. They have always been honest on what my options are and have never given me any surprises. My last visit prompted me to write this review. I went in for a tire that kept deflating due to two screws in different areas of the tire. They said they would take a look at it and if it was fixable, they would fix it for free. The screw was very close to the sidewall and i could have easily been told it was unfixable. Guess what? They patched both holes, for free, fast. Does NOT get better than that.

Free tire puncture repair. I came here at 8am on a Tuesday. There were already a few customers ahead of me. However, the entire process only took 30 min. I was expecting to pay the listed $18. To my pleasant surprise, I learned the repair was free.Update 12/30/20: Came here again for a slow leak in a different tire. Again, they fixed it for free. Arrived 12:45pm on a Wednesday, took half an hour like last time.

Not like it use to be. They push which ever brand tire there getting a deal on at the time. Last time I was there they told me I needed new tires when I said I wanted the same brand and model I was told they no longer made them. I called and went to a ford dealership and they were glad to install the same tire. Sure I paid more but at least I wasnt Lied to.

On Saturday 09/15, I brought my car in with a flat tire. They found a seven inches long nail sticking in my rear tire and patched it for free. The service was quick and trustworthy; and Jeremy, the owner was funny and friendly. I will definitely come back again, should any needs of tires. Been coming here to have my cars serviced for several years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else for suspension or aligment services. I first discovered this place after pulling off the 880 with a leaking tire. Chris and the gang patched me up, I asked how much and he said its on the house and I went on my way filled with gratitude.After that This is the only suspension place I go, because I knew they are honest and do great quality work. Alignments are top notch here. My cars drive straight as an arrow. Recently had my brakes done and they resurfaced the rotors put new akebono pads and flushed my brake fluid all for only around $400! Most places were talking 800-1000 for that. I highly reccomend their rotor resurfacing services, very good braking I can stop on a dime now! Heres the real proof that these guys are the best.... throughout the shutdown I see tire shops empty, no one getting work done on their car right now, but ive been in here 3 times during shutdown, and every single time they are BUSY! My advice is get there EARLY first thing when they open.

I called early.I was told it would take a couple hours. I just needed the alignment done.When I got there. There was someone there. Not a Customer who was in the guys ear and barely let him work. I was told again that it would be done in two hours but he didn’t even look at me. He was more interested in what they were talking about and notBusiness. This is when I started having doubts. Whoever that person is. She is so important that all the attention needs to be at her. She even looked at me and I felt like I was not where I needed to be. I was uncomfortable. She had to have all the attention. And she made me feel like I was not supposed to be there.I walked home not sure if I can trust this person.I took a nap. And I woke up and it was 11ish. I call. He made me wait on hold. He didn’t know when my car was gonna he done. He took a long time and had me on hold. He then said 90 minutes. I said ok. I somehow allowed myself again to believe that he was actually gonna do it.The Time came. I asked my brother to take me there to see if the car was even being worked on.Nope. Nothing.I said enough.I need my car for work.I can’t take someone’s word over and over again untilThey finally decide that after every car that came in before and after mine to finally wait until that last moment to even touch my car other than to move it in the parking lotI’ve dealt with mechancics who take three days with your car, but they tell you that you could be waiting three days.Maybe if my job didn’t require my car would this be ok. And I can just give someone I don’t know the keys to my car and not work on it for hours and hours and keep giving me false hopes that they know they will never live up to.Maybe he thinks his age means I have to wait and that it’s me and my fault. But I use this car for work. And that’s money in my pocket or it’s me not having any money.I don’t like Customer Service around here.They don’t take you seriously

The owner Chris was great. Responded very quickly to my Yelp messages. No appointment needed for my alignment! However you may want to allocate more time. I was quoted 90 minutes but it took about 2.5 hours. Possibly due to the fact that my car was waaaaaay out of line though. I will definitely be back when I need another alignment :)

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I bought brand new tires from here that didn’t even last 2 months. Instead of replacing them under warranty, they gave me patch that would frequently go flat. While patching the tire, they broke my hub cap and refused to reimburse me. Years later, I decide to give them another chance as I am in a hurry. After they replace my tires, my alignment is off and they once again refuse to accept responsibility for their shoddy work. Once they begin working on my alignment they say that I need to replace suspension parts. Thank god my mechanic is honest otherwise I would have wasted hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work. The man behind the counter is either an idiot or is just plane rude. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
