I have a Honda with Pax Run Flat tires, and I have a flat. In my experience, most car shops are not that familiar with this type of tire. However, Wheel Works Manager David Lum is very knowledgeable and was highly supportive in addressing my issue. I wish to change to regular tires; which is an intricate and costly process.He spent a lot of time with me figuring out out the most cost-effective way to do the job. I was very impressed with his integrity and his professionality. Great experience and now my issue will be resolved!

This place is extremely mismanaged. I have been going here for a few years but I think Im done. I brought my car in right when they opened at 7, for 2 new tires and an oil change. They told me it would be done by 2 at the latest. I show up at 3:30 nothing has been done to my car. They tell me they are sorry and that they are short staffed, I understand. Then I ask for my keys they cant find them right away and it was not with the other work orders. At the very least they could of called and told me that it wasnt going to be ready. I feel bad for them. I dont blame the workers. The blame is with management.

I searched the companys webpage and got very good plans and prices and recommended them, but they said it was not the case, very strange and disappointed

Wheel Works almost killed my brother and refused to take responsibility. We came in for a simple alignment and new tires and it was done terribly. We came back to show them they left our rims digging into the tire and the car was NOT driving as usual too. The men were condescending and wouldn’t even look at the car. The new tire ended up popping out on the freeway which resulted in a terrible car accident. How does a brand new tire that was JUST installed end up popping out? There were kids in the car as well.We came back twice after the accident, no resolution. I’ve never felt so frustrated in my life.I’m advising EVERYONE to not even consider coming here.

The best place I know and trust with my car. Where my car can get a best care of. They are very friendly and do very great jobs on my maintenance. 😁

If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I made appointments for 10 am for a simple tire balance and rotation with alignment. The manager David promised 2 hours. 6 hours later the car was not ready nor no phone call. I just drove there to pick up my car and they still had not worked on my car.When I asked they said they were too busy and thats how its done at this location and I could complain to corporate if I wished.If you have nothing better do with your time have these clowns service your car.I have will continue to be wheelworks customer but avoid the Hayward location like the plague.

I dont go anywhere else for my tires. My Dad has been going here for years and so will I! They are very fast and have the best customer service Ive ever experienced at a tire shop! Highly recommend Wheel works in Hayward! They made sure my truck was safe to drive and had good quality tires.

Wheel works Hayward on Jackson street rocks. I receive sad service from other location. This location finishes the works for other location with willingness to help me resetting Audi Q7 inspection light. Dave is awesome on the phone and tell me to swim by. David, and his crew have worked wonders on many of my vehicles. From alignments that dealerships and other shops cant fix, to wheel care. I have gone to them for years and will continue doing so.

Called and came to shop on Friday. Tire pressure signal came on. Tech found a small nail. Unfortunately tire could be repaired. Was able to purchase a new one and had appt for Sunday Morning. Total wait time was 20 minutes. Thank you 😀😀

Spent 5 hours in the customer lounge only to discover that they still had not serviced my vehicle ( I went in for a simple oil change).I did make an appointment and was not a drop-in so I had the expectation big a prompt customer service experience but I suppose the appointment system was more for their benefit than any customer.I wont use them again.

The manager David is super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. If he doesnt know something, he admits it and finds the answer promptly. I always come back here whenever I need help with my car. Thanks for all your help over the past 3+ years David.

Today I went to wheekworks to have my oil change. Before, my experience with this store hasnt been the best. But today there was a new manager named sakkari, I brought in my car this morning and within two hours my car was done. They informed me of my cars current problems and it was a good change, I finally felt comfortable. Then I found out he isnt the store manager, David! I told him about my experience with the current store manager and how I do not come to this store when hes here, I always call before I go to make sure he isnt there. Hes rude to me and talks down to me and I will not accept that! Now that I know he isnt here. Im going to bring back all of my cars and tell my family and friends. Look for sakkari. Hes friendly and very transparent. Thank you so much sakkari! They should hire more people like him!

Professinal and fast

Boss man Dave was great. First day the tire guy who worked on my truck getting them of and on was a bit slow which ended up with me having to bring the vehicle back the next day for my alignment but Dave got me in and out and that was ok. Im bringing my soon there this Saturday the 14th for his alignment. Thank you Dave!! Please hook up my kid..☺😊

David and the team at this location are top notch. They are an extremely busy store, but they always do all they can to make sure you get in and out in a timely manner. I showed up for a tire in stock at 10 (6 in stock). African American gentlemen showed up at 11 and asked for same tire. They serviced his vehicle first, then did mine about 30 minutes after his. Im white, staff are all other than white. Enough said about this location. Never coming here again.Edit: Thought mine was done at 1200 but I was wrong. Hispanic gentlemen just walked in and asked for one tire. They blocked my vehicle with his and are now servicing his. Ill be calling their management when I get out of here.

Had an appointment yesterday (saturday) for 7 am for tire rotation and alignment. Its. Now the next day (Sunday) 11:00 am and its still not done. Im still waiting. Update- finally got the car at about 4:00. Took the whole weekend for tire rotation and alignment with an appointment. Staff was apologetic but this is the second time with unsatisfactory service here. First time i had four brand new tires put on. Picked up car and drove 2 blocks only to realize one of the tires were flat. The guy did not do something right. They are at a convenient location for me and the staff is nice but wont be going back to this wheel works ever.

Mechanics here are really knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me out with everything i needed. They offer a free brakes check which is cool. Waiting room is kinda cold though but its a great place. And theres an OReilys right next door which is even better.

My car needed a new battery and it was an emergency because it would not start again. I went to autozone but they couldnt help me cause there was corrosion all over the battery, so I was driving around trying to decide what mechanic I should call when I saw Wheelworks right there in front of me. The manager was very nice and professional, they changed the battery and the problem was fixed in less time than I thought, I am very pleased with the service, thank you wheelworks.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I made an appointment at 2:30 and was told that it would be done in an hour. So I said ok, and I waited. A man walks in with no appointment and manages to get them to put his car down for an oil change. 1.5 to 2 hours later the mans car is done before mine. Donna or DJ ( the mechanic that was suppose to work on my car @ 2:30) walks in and states that she forgot to work on my car. What kind of customer service is that. I am never coming back !!! they saw that i was young and didnt care to serve me.

Been there quite a few times and overall it has been good, but most recently they had no record for my 7am appointment and were late opening at 7.

Miserable experience, they had 7 cars up on ramps left over from yesterday, and only 2 technicians to work on them. They wanted to keep my car for over 4 hours to fix a nail in the tire!Understaffed, miserable business planning, I will never use their services again

The staff is always friendly, but the wait times are ridiculously long for the most simple of jobs.

I was cheated out of 34 dollars I asked for the cheapest wheel for my right back side due to the fact I did not want to spend extra on just one wheel. I also asked for the shop to call when my car was compteled no one ever called my car sat outside with no phone call or text indicating my car was compteled. I feel if the customer ask for lowest cost tire he/she should receive what they asked for. I am not here for extra funds for your company I will now never return to wheel works since I am aware you guys cheat people out of money. You do not cheat and steal money from customers no matter how much it is I feel if you do business you do fair and honest business in order to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Online quote was 81.00 out the door i paid 115.00 out the door your worker did not honor this quote at all not OK. Plus very rude with answering question and rushed me out the door did not pay attention to the ad what so ever.

Went to repair flat tyre.which was already in my car.which will take 15 mins.the replies I got was to leave the tyre and go.once its done they will call me.could see two guys inside.looked like I was the first customer but.didnot see them doing anything.so I just left.

Made a next day appointment for new tires in a really weird size. They took the car on time and got the tires mounted and balanced as promised.

Dropped off my vehicle at 7am and went back after 12 pm and they could seem to find the time to patch my tire after telling it would be done by 11 am. Literally a 15-25 min job.

Do not make appointments online for this location. I scheduled an appointment online for 10 am and when I arrived they took in someone who called in for a 10 am appointment and said his wait would be 10 minutes and mine would be an hour and a half. Waste of time.
