I had such a great experience at this location. It was my first eye exam as well as my first pair of glasses. The opticians were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they were selling. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Malak who was very patient and took the time to understand my vision concerns. I would definitely come back here for an exam and recommend the opticians for purchasing glasses or contacts! Very friendly and nice atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I had my first eye exam and bought a pair of glasses as well as contact lenses. It was my first time with contact lenses but Dr.Malak made the whole process of inserting the lenses in my eye and out very easy, took me just two tries and I was able to insert the lenses perfectly. The staff was very kind and helpful, Manisha assisted me along with Dr. Malak and made my experience of buying glasses and the whole appointment very smooth and quick.

Araceli (salesperson #969976) is dishonest. Know your insurance plan and check all costs carefully before you buy anything from here. Araceli told me that my contact lens exam was not covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket. She also told me that I could only purchase “Ray-Ban” lenses with Ray-Ban frames. Both of these statements were false, which would have resulted in greater costs for me if I had not called my insurance and target optical online to get the correct information.When I told her I asked someone else about the actual lens options, she then changed her statement to saying that they just “highly recommend” Ray-Ban lenses. Additionally, she did not apply the proper benefits from my insurance. My insurance gives me a $50 allowance and 20% off amounts over $50 for frames. My receipt shows only $44.60 was applied.Going here was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing glasses or contacts.

I enjoy shopping at Target so I decided to go into their optical department. Biggest mistake of my life. Theyre main receptionist, older Hispanic woman, has the most vile attitude. She picks and chooses who she benefits from being nice to in order to drive their sales. There is one young girl who works here, also Hispanic, and she is their saving grace because of her exceptional customer service, patience, and amiability, the polar opposite of the older woman who works there. If you are scheduled for an apt with Dr.Shyu be sure that she has written down your prescription correctly. She didnt even apologize when I had to go back in. I ended up having my glasses made elsewhere and she messed up my prescription; they asked if I had been seen by her and told me she had made the same mistake with 2 other customers who came from this Target optical location.Target, I’m glad you employ your workers to go wine tasting, talk about their failed love lives, and call their family members while on the job, but can they do that while customers aren’t in there? Thanks.

Customer service here is joke, no need to go there dont waste your time, cause it took good 1-2 hours to take your eye exam and paper work just a big hustle

Bad attitude employee + No professional etiquettes + Worst customer service. Customer rep named, Aricela, was so dishonest and rude.

Too bad the receptionist is so rude she has a despotic and unkind attitude as if the exam was deducted from her check, but the ophthalmologist is very nice. The truth is only because the exam urges me but I would not recommend it because of the girls bad character, I would recommend that you start studying if you do not like serving customers and that you learn how to treat people well.
