This is probably the worst CVS in the Bay Area. The pharmacy department is not trained so they become rude as soon as you ask for help on anything. I even have stopped picking up prescriptions at this CVS as they have such bad energy and vibe. I will gladly give a customers feedback to CVS mgmt.

Not a bad CVS, but it is a bit run down in the inside and they left a door open and let a bird inside. Employees are quick with helping me, but a bit ghetto. Employees gossip with each other and I overheard my cashier talk bad about a customer behind his back.

Mainly go there for pharmacy. Pharmacy staff seems to change often. Only 1 clerk has been there for several years. Dont like going there but insurance wont let us go anywhere else. Didnt like the store when it was Longs. Like it even less now

For the most part, I have a pretty normal experience with their pharmacy; half of the staff know me and understand my situation, and when things are going smoothly, they are VERY fast and friendly. However, every time I encounter new staff... oh boy, Im guaranteed to have a nightmare. In particular, they have a tendency to really mess up with time-sensitive drugs. The time between my refills is supposed to be 28 days (four weeks), and thats how it usually happens, but every now and then theyll arbitrarily decide to make it 30 days or longer for unknown reasons and with zero room for negotiation. This pharmacy frequently contradicts the scheduling provided by their own online system, as Ill get texts and online status messages telling me that my medication will be ready on a certain day, only for the pharmacy to withhold them to a much later date. If I cant trust their system to provide the correct info, and/or I cant trust the pharmacy to adhere to their own system, then theres literally nothing I can trust here.Speaking of which, Ive also had situations where theyd get the prescription wrong and try to fill a similarly named drug that isnt covered by my insurance, resulting in more confusion and delays, and Id have to do detective work while in severe pain in order to iron out their mistakes. Not fun.I live in fear of these random mistakes and delays, which basically leave me bedridden until I can finally get the medication I need, and theres little I can do aside from write this review or gamble with another pharmacy, who often get things even worse. So these guys get two stars for being okay 60% of the time, and being painfully inconsistent the rest of the time.

Has a nice stocked selection of basic office and school supplies. Handy with the court house down the street.

Its better than other cvs pharmacies around the area. Ive been once to this pharmacy because I usually go to the one on the Mission Blvd. From my experience, the pharmacists were very nice and helpful. I refilled one of my medicines in less than 10 minutes!

Never had a bad experience here until feb 5, 2017 when the cashier got difficult about my coupons. 1-2 days before that I shopped there with a lot more coupons and 4-5 transactions and everything was fine. But for some reason she wouldnt do separate transactions and she said I couldnt use that many coupons which was like 10 maybe 12. ????

Regularly sell food items here that are 6 months or more past their expiration.

Possibly the worst cvs location. Theres always a problem. They are always out of common prescriptions. Everything has to be ordered. No consideration for the customer or his time and gasoline.

Great deals but some items are cheaper at Walgreens. Down the street. Customer service isnt the best at this location.

They sometimes have pretty good deals on things.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It would be a miracle if they ever got a single order correct. Go anywhere but here to save yourself the frustration.

Convince is great, parking is a bit crazy, sometimes short staffed
