Great mail service if you need a P.O.box with a street address. Ran by really good people
Never Ever Go Here. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.The Manager or Owner Jay does not care about making the customer happy at all.I ordered 2000 Postcards to be printed for my business. Jay advised me that if I ordered a small postcard where he can get 4 from one sheet of paper it would be a better price. He said it would be a good quality card stock and cut. Since he is the Professional at this i went with his suggestion and paid $495 for 2000 pieces.4 major problems came from this1. The card stock was cheap and you can see the printing from the other side.2. The cards are not cut straight. Imagine a postcard that has the slant of Gumbys head.3. Its not readable. Because of his suggestion on the card size all the text is too small and you need glasses to read it. When his sample was printed as the professional he should have immediately contacted me and let me know that it was an unacceptable size and we could have changed the order to a larger card.4. Print Quality is poor. This looks like I printed and cut these my self at home. The reason I went to a copy place is because I wanted a good looking professional postcard to represent me business. Instead I received something that looks like a 12 year old printed at home.5. I called Jay to try and work it out. The best he offered me was to reprint the entire order again with a larger size post card FOR AND ADDITIONAL $600.00!!!!I am not trying to get over on anyone and I do not expect this for free. However i should not have to pay MORE to fix HIS GARBAGE.He should reprint half of my order and fix the quality issues and I should only have to pay a very for the cost of the new POSTCARD PAPER, NOT AND ADDITIONAL $600.00Bottom line here is do not Trust Jay or CopyPacific In Hayward. They Do not care about the customers.
PERFECTO excellente service. .very productive and professional
For copies, computer work and more. Very good service and equipment. Able to complete needed computer and copy work
My go to place for printing anything. Super helpful staff and they are always responsive to your needs. They offer quite a wide variety of services that anyone can definitely make use of at one point or another in their lives.
The staff is very professional and resourceful. They will meet all your copy, printing, etc.needs!
Yesss I am a Hayward local for over ten years. I’ve always used this place for basic office needs. Unfortunately it’s seems the atmosphere here has changed or the owner needs subs and work weekends only . Owner needs to retire he’s no longer your local friendly Copy center guy.His assistant the younger white guy is friendly perky and helpful. However seems like the owner is bitter and hangry for money in any way. He sold me a free box although I bought other items to express my loyalty as a local longer term customer. It’s just amazing how over 5 years small businesses went from friendly place of business to greed. So only go here if you don’t plan on coming back its overpriced. Before it was an ok environment healthy and efficient. Now its expensive and up tight! My last transaction was yesterday thank you copy pacific since 2014. Might as well go to fedex kinks at least they are friendly since they don’t care at copy pacific.
Wonderful service for any needs. Very cordial and helpful. Ive gone there for prints, copies and even printing out projects and books. This places fosters creativity and allows your ideas to become reality. Just ask!
What a terrible “Manager” he is exceptionally rude, we’ve been here multiple times but we won’t be going back. On our last visit, we witnessed the manager speaking to his staff like they were trash, no manners at all... and on today’s visit he was giving priority to his “cleaner” telling her what to do in her job in front of all the customers. When he noticed us he firmly told us “I’m very busy right now, if you want to wait ten minutes I’ll help you then or come back later”. We were not the only customers waiting! It seems this “manager” had zero care for his customers and only cares about showing his staff who is “boss”. Bad attitude
The owner is very rude and owner don’t know how to treat the customers very inappropriate there is another copy center across street I prefer that one.
This is the best service they do all my plans overnight they are exclusively my print shop of choice
I have been going to this place for almost three year. The service is always good.Highly recommend.
I rarely bother to write these but considering the experience I just had, I feel leaving one here is necessary. I dropped off a package (although prepaid by the receiver) after paying $5 to print a label! After a few days, I called the receiver and was told they could not see the shipment on the fedex tracker, and was asked to check with the sender to get a tracking number. This was where all hell let loose. The owner called me back, and in the most condescending manner, was arguing with me about how he doesnt keep records etc. All I wanted was a simple yes or no. The rudeness, and venomous attack I got for only trying to figure out, if a $180 dollar Item I shipped out could be tracked, was unnecessary.
I prefer Copymat to the facility across the street. They charge 8 cents for a copy and the place across the street charges 25 cents. So, for me, Copymat is the better deal.
I rarely dive reviews but this is a something should be aware of.Beware, they charge you for computer use and some other miscellaneous without prior notice. Might end up costing way more than expect
Staff is always very helpful. Quick service. The manager is particularly friendly and helpful.
Love this place. The owner is always friendly.I have been coming here since 2006
Horrible customer service. Calling in is a price yet walking in working with them is a completely different price. Just a not, they charge a $3 service fee for opening your file on their computer and print it. This was never informed on the quote or before printing. The manger says brining in one PDF to print they charge one time service fee $3. But the second time I bring a PDF (with 5 pages) the service fee became $15. He didn’t even keep his own words to customers!!!The same for cutting price. Just be ready to pay 5-10 times more than what they had quoted you for whatever service they do.
Not sure if they went under new management recently, but Ive gone maybe 4 times in the past six months and this place is one of the best businesses in customer service Ive ever experienced. From printing copies or fancier projects, to using their computers; theyve been great. Reasonable prices too!
A 2-foot by 3-foot blueprints that I need copies of very helpful putting the 11 by 8 pieces of paper on the large sheets of paper and making them one copy 2 foot by 3 to cost is around $3 per copy which is a lot better than most places copies are very clean help is very very helpful would very much recommend this place also has a lot of other copying things people can do
Is well stock, just not in a very safe area. Some what ok prices
Top notch customer service. Staff really knows the equipment in the store and how to help use it. Much more of a local store feel than larger chains. I dont go anywhere else.
Awesome and helpful service!! Definitely will return!!
I mainly went there for FedEx or UPS services.I mailed internationally and Ive had no issues with the people who manned the package counter.Package was picked up by FedEx or UPS with no problems.
This is one of the most unpleasant experience going to one of these shops. I had to take passport sized photos for applying Visa to Japan. The photos came out a bit blurry and I asked him to redo it. He refused and said it looks just fine and the Japanese embassy should take it. Well luckily the people at the Japanese embassy are some of the nicest people on the earth. They thought the photos look blurry but told me if they can scan it and have a decent result, they will take it. Any other embassies would reject the photos right away. Go to your local Walgreens or CVS, they will do a MUCH better job at this. I will never go back to this establishment.
Usually quick service. Passport photos too.
Nice staffGood hearted pplHelpful
Horrible customer service! They have ancient printers and the person who was supposed to be helping me in using their ancient computers messed up and tried to blame it on me. When I asked for the material that was printed by mistake, which they were going to throw away, they asked me to still pay for it. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you for using any equipment. The computer time is calculated even if their employee is using it to test something for you and they move so slow to catch more time on computer. Way too expensive for the old equipment they have. Its like they punish you for not having a printer at home. Not going there ever again!
Pretty good services. Only downside was the customer service from the lady who insisted on a conversation with the manager or owner, while I was waiting.
Fast, simple, competitive prices, no hassle
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
