Disgusting experience, associates was very rude, impolite, they start yelling, and if they dont like something about you, just they don’t give you service. Nasty situación.

The owner and her employee are extremely rude. I’d rather drive to another UPS than deal with such unpleasant people. This was my first and last time at this location.

Wonderful shop with amazing management!

Last 3 times I visited this place and was unable to complete my errands:1st time: Unexpectedly closed at 4pm (1 hr early) with no sign and no indication except for a locked door2nd time: Arrived 20 mins before close and employees refused to take my package because their systems were down due to an upgrade3rd time: a line out the door, after 5 minutes I left because no new customers were allowed insideFrom what I gather, both management and employees are pretty incompetent, and the few times that I was helped out, the attitude of the employees showcased how much they hated their jobs

The 2 women working here are extremely rude and have zero customer service. They are old and always exhausted, they have the worst attitude and have no idea how to talk to people. Avoid this place at any cost, they are absolutely the worst.

UPS Hayway Freight location DOES NOT provide quality service at all!I was give a delivery date of Thurs, 7/23/2020. No delivery, no update. I called 7/24, someone will call you to schedule delivery, no call no update. Office closed Sat and Sun.I calleMonday morning 7/27,I was told the package was being loaded on the truck as we speak. I Called back early afternoon to verify delivery. I was told UPS gave the package to an outside company to deliver it. WHAT! Who did you give it to?The rep didnt know she gave me two different numbers to call. I called both to find out which one had my package. Finally I spoke with someone at AM-PM LOGISTICS. They told me the package would be delivered Tomorrow July 28. UPS dropped it off after theyre trucks left 7/27. Fine. Now its 2pm July 28, no delivery. I called AM-PM LOGISTICS to find out ETA. The packaged is still on site. Really!! They said UPS didnt drop it off until last night. I repeated the information give to me the day before. NOW the delivery is going to be July 29th... I will be waiting Costco let them know how HURRIBLE this delivery has been thus far. If you can help it NEVER use this service. Very frustrating! I will be filing a formal complaint.

The older lady that works here is always unfriendly, not helpful, and goes out of her way to be rude to customers.

We have had a PO Box here for three years and the staff is friendly and helpful. Hours could be more extensive, but thats my only complaint.

Great Customer ServiceStaff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Its my go to store for all things UPS. I never have a problem parking. Returning packages is a breeze.

This store is Not a UPS Store.They do not accept UPS package drop off.The store name is very misleading.Please rename this store as a copy shop or print shop or something.other than UPS.

Bad Customer Service skills

Prefer this store to the fed ex store any day. Plus they do notarize. Trustworthy staff. 2 thumbs up for me.

This review is for Notary service only. Bad service, every time (2 out of 2, plus try 3, being put on hold for 8 minutes). I keep trying because of convenient location. It seems like the goal of the notaries is to NOT help you. They find odd reasons that they cant witness your signature, for example if your document is related to a will. Go to another notary, no problem. It must be a UPS thing, in order to keep themselves out of legal proceedings.

I would have given this store a better rating a month ago before I went there in a Saturday. The only reason Im giving it 3 stars now and not a 1 star is because of Alec the most patient and courtious person who works here. The poor guy was all alone with no help while the line was out the door and the only reason I stayed and waited was because of how upbeat and patient Alec was with every customer. He didnt worry about the line and helped each customer with respect and didnt hurry them along because of the long line. In addition to his regular duties he was also the only Notary Public. Managers please, give Alec some help, he deserves it. I go into this store regularly to mail packages for work during the week and I am in and out in a flash. Saturdays should be no different.

2 times I have gone in here and have found people sitting on the counters. Seems unprofessional and makes me question how well they will take care of my package.
