I had to get a pair of keys cut for my Scion tC and I called up Z. He was able to help me out and did so in a timely manner. He is efficient and knowledgeable. Best service I had in years! My car key was stuck in the driver door lock. I called to see if I could get my key removed. Aziz was so helpful over the phone, gave me tips, and also laid out all the options possible to get the key out. He set up a time that worked for the both of us to meet up since this situation was a bit urgent. Once he got to my car he got the key out quickly, checked for any damages on all the locks and also cleaned the ignition for me. Friendly, trustworthy, and quality work with a fair price!

Aziz goes above and beyond in his job. I first called him because I received 8 batches of door knobs from Amazon with the same keys. I thought I had to rekey it but it turns out that companies tend to buy a batch of door knobs and send the same batch to one person if that person bought more than one.He then looked at two doors that gave me a hard time. One could not lock properly. He fixed it by carving the wood and making the locks flushed properly. He even replaced the bolts with ones that are as long as my index finger for added security.The second one the metal door became warped overtime. We had to replace the door but he managed to fix it without us having to replace our warped door.Hes also a great conversationalist and explain what hes doing in depth so you know what is going on.

I locked myself of of my old Toyota in Hayward. I searched Google Map App for locksmith and this account came up. 15 minutes after I called, they showed up. Quickly they opened the driver door for me. But only found out the key was not in the car. I then recalled the key was in the trunk. They then use special tools to take out the backseat to access to trunk. The process took them three times the time they expected for the job. They didnt complaint about the extra work, though in the process they have received two calls. I overheard them turning down one order because the extra time spent for me. For the appreciation I paid $20 extra. They in return made me an extra key. The whole job just made my bad mistake a wonderful experience.The only thing I am not 100% satisfaction is the tool he used to open my backseat. He didnt have a wrench that fits perfectly. But hey, when would a locksmith need the perfect wrench to open a backseat?

2nd experience and same if not even better service. A few months ago my neighbor hit the lockup button on garage remote and did not have key. We called A-Z and aziz was onsite quickly, had to drill the lock and in. My second experience this evening...I have tenants leasing my property and thought I had emergency lock/rekey protection through home warranty plan but turns out they assign someone “within” 24 hours...needless to say could not have tenants locked out all night... I remembered Aziz from previous experience with A-Z called the number...Aziz shot out to my property solved the issue also saving my a couple hundred dollars by also asking the right questions regarding how they were locked out. Never leave spare keys with your parents ...they hide your keys to keep them safe and when you need your spare they cant remember where they hid them!!! Its the story of my life or so it seems. Bit of a short story.(this first part is for a different business)I managed to lock myself out of my house early in the morning. Ended up ubering to work. While at work I contact a local locksmith and setup and appointment for ~5pm. Over the phone I had asked for an estimate, was told $29 service fee + labor which could range from $19.00-high $100. Locksmith finally shows up at 6:10pmish (driving a private vehicle) he says its going to be $279.00 (its 1 standard lock) in addition to the $29.00, and something along the lines of he is going to drill through the keyhole...Yea... I dont know much about locks but things didnt seem right so I said no thank you. After much hassle the guy left but it was now ~6:40pm and I was still locked out of my own place =.=;;Looked online again and found A-Z Locksmith. Gave them a call, was asked to send a picture of my lock so I sent them that and then I was given a quote and a time.Aziz shows up on time, metaphorically sneezes on the doorknob and the lock yields promptly.
