Very nice people. They took my order by phone as I was having tires changed down the road. This was actually all messed up, oder type, name blah blah, but my phone is in need of replacement, and the names were all ethnic and non standard, plus my request changed 5 times during the call so its my fault. Luckily there was virtually, and by that I mean in actuality, 0 people when I got here, while the order was custom made, browsed, made more purchases, bullshitted with the worker, paid, had the employee Carry and load everything into my truck (!!!????), take pics, write a review, get into car and take off... so the time to come here is now.But very nice employee. Never had things carried and loaded for me.... or Im old now and Ive stopped ignoring offers for help lol1 star off because I saw no free coffee as is expected of Kelly Moore, and cause its like post apocalyptic, pax Americana up in here. .... where is everyone....? Cars are driving by fast, and often. ... cars even pull into the lot, sit and leave.. but no one goes in.... its like the blockbuster store In south park. Creepy and wierd. Lets somehow blame global warming, walmart, and trumps hair... you know cause yeah. Maga already!

Really well organized place, friendly staff and accepts used (labeled, not empty or dry) paint.

This is the place to go to for paint and paint supplies! Its all there!! Everything you need to paint in 1 place!!! At first I was thinking it was maybe more expensive than other stores that have paint (Home Depot, Ace) but they are not! The selection is great, they explain everything and answer all questions. They gave me options, showed me different price levels.....I felt empowered! Plus they open early and close late! I left there feeling like This is it, Im ready to paint my house! Thank you Kelly-Moore!

Sure the paint is more expensive but is worth it. The paint is quality paint.

A great paint store, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They can match and thing you bring in; fabric, a picture, carpet etc. and make paint magically. Prices are competitive with Home Depot and the paint is much better.

This place has THE WORST customer service. The sales people are competing unhelpful. Their attitude was rude and condescending. Asking questions was like pulling teeth.The sales folks here unfortunately lack the emotional intelligence needed to work with customers.

I be using Kelly Moore paint for over 10 years, workes are very friendly and responsible, unfortunate the corporation or main office who take the major decision, is look like they dont understand what a costumer services is, over the past years they cut personal, line to get a match or a gallon is longer now, during summer time is look like is never enough material in the shelf, they take the ticket numbers and I see people upset becouse they dont have any idea who is next and get upset with the personal, the Website to find a color is very confiuse to use compare with other ones, overall they need to improve and make services faster.
