The level of service at the store was top notch! The paint I got was nice and thick and went on smoothly. Great coverage. This store also has sales and coupons from time to time which is great!

Staff wasn’t wearing masks when we went there and items weren’t displayed as well as would have liked. Love the quality of SW but each store is different.

Every time Ive gone into Sherwin-Williams everyone has been very helpful, friendly and nice. If I didnt have to go to Kelly Moore because the painter had their contract with them, I would go to Sherwin. I like the people that work there better than Kelly Moore.

Will not recommend unless there is a coupon. No one greeted or acknowledged us.. no one offered to help. We were basically ignored for the hour or so that we were in the store. There was absolutely no help or guidance in picking out paint. We ended up buying paint since we had the coupon. I was nothing short of offended.
