Great customer service, great price, my order was delayed for 5 months from Ashley furniture luckily Bay area patio had a similar sofa available for a lower price compared to Ashley! Mark was great very friendly and helped load my van. i really recommend this place 10/10 !!

Mark was great and easy to deal with during my two purchases. My couch from Ashley Furniture was delayed for 3 months and I was looking around to see if anyone could ship it to me sooner. Mark had it stock and shipped it to me within 2 days of contacting him! It was an amazing releif after sitting on beach/hiking chairs for the past couple of months. Also, it was cheaper! The other purchase was for a nightstand, and it was again, cheaper than other stores prices, including Ashley Furniture. Highly recommend!

Been dealing with Mark for years... we go all the way back to 2015 while he was in Fremont, then Hayward, now San Leandro.You cant beat his prices, and his No-Nonsense and Straitshooter attitude is why I keep coming back after all these years.He doesnt have a big showroom like before, which makes his prices even more competitive than ever.Go see Mark in person if you need any type of furniture, tell him Willy sent ya... DO NOT USE THE GOOGLE MAP that guides you to Hesperian by Unitek College. Youll have to type in his address on your GPS manually, otherwise youll never find him....

The price was great my My sectional is amazing the only thing I had an issue with is the delivery men We’re very negligent with my furniture, he ran into the hallway window seal with my sectional. Yes it was boxed but when taking packaging off I seen where it had hit the window seal. There is a small scratch and the material is now lifting. Get better delivery personal!

If your on a budget but you want new furniture dont hesitate to come here. The furniture is quality and at fair prices. We had a tight budget and we were not sure if we could afford what we were looking for. This place had sofas in every budget range. We are really happy with our purchase. Delivery was faster than anticipated. We bought our sofa on Saturday and we had it in our apartment on Monday. Installation and everything! Great place.

After going through the reviews I was expecting a good service from them. The furniture is ok. They said it will take a week to deliver but they delayed by more than a month. Every time I call them they say some cock and bull stories and they wont proactively respond on their own. I feel their customer service is very bad.
