**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE**Bought a refrigerator for $600 and a month later the freezer will not freeze food and of course NO WARRANTY! I only gave one star because I had to.

Ok so I used this place once about 6 years ago, got an awesome price, and my item still works to this day. I was also given advice on why my item would last and it was proven true. So I needed to replace something else and while yes I could have bought a brand new item I chose this place instead. The people that work here knows how to listen and communicate with you in the most proper way. They dont try to force high prices on you and they dont assume you cant afford higher prices either. They greet you and ask what are you looking for price, color, size and they take you straight to it. They dont rush you either if you want them to stick around they will if you just want to browse on your own they keep a distance. You really cant get this kind of service at too many places. When I shopped at Best buy for a different appliance them people try to get you to spend over a $1000 on 1 item. I just wanted 1 simple basic get the job done item not a whole damn wall attachment that might not even fit in my house & then the item I bought took a week to get to me thankfully delivery was free. Anyways Economy Appliances gives 30 day warranty, delivers, and removes old appliances for you. The variety here was nice too of all places that sales appliances this is my favorite. The reason my review is so long is because Im the kind of person that likes getting things brand new now & with warranties that last years after purchase. I prefer to protect my investments to save future money going cheap can cause trouble but I trust it here and want others to know they can too. Oh and my item was delivered early the very next day. How cool was that? Great shop. Great people. Great experience for me. Thanks for being a local shop.

I purchased a used refrigerator maybe a month back not too long ago I cannot find my receipt through my refrigerator is terrible the lights don’t work the ice doesn’t work it’s freezing the refrigerator side all I’m asking is for a refrigerator replacement I don’t feel I should have to pay for someone to come out to my home and inspect a used refrigerator that I just bought from you guys I will be back on tomorrow with the photo

Beware. These people dont care about you or stand behind their products when sold. Our fridge broke down twice in the first month and once in second month. They repaired up until the first month and refused when it broke in the second month. It was their shoddy repair that didnt last even a month.

Not a bad supply for the prices. I would tell ppl about this store if this is the way you want go.

So far a great experience. Excellent prices and super helpful staff. UPDATE... Not only was the delivery staff helpful but they installed and made sure everything worked. All 3 appliances work great and I am completly satisfied with everything to do with Economy Appliance.

The people were helpful when I went to buy the appliances I bought and they even delivered them the next day. Then they told me that they dont install gas dryers.They conveniently waited to tell me that after they were already in my house.I called them today for a referral on an installer.The manager couldnt have been less helpful if he tried.He goes, I dunno I dont really keep track of that, isnt that something you can Google?He provided absolutely no assistance, but he provided absolute reassurance that Im never stepping foot in this trash-hole again.Judging by the other reviews, this is consistent with a pattern of only helping their customers up to the point where the customer pays them.Once this facility gets their payment from customers, they treat customers like a homeless person asking for money.

I was referred to Economy Appliance by a friend that spoke very highly of them. Bought a washer several months ago. The gentleman that was there was very helpful. He took plenty of time explaining the difference in models. I felt the prices were very fair and the appliances seemed nice a clean. The washer I bought has been working perfect. I have had it for at least 7 months now. I am getting ready to go back to buy a fridge. I would recommend buying any used appliance here.2-24-15 update. Still have the washer and fridge. Added a gas dryer about 1.5 yrs ago. All working great. Highly recommend. Huge savings over new!

I bought a refrigerator from them in 2012 and I got it on a ding sale its 2016 and it still works great i also got a washer and dryer set in 2012 the dryer went out in 2014 went back got another the exact same one and it still works my basement flooded and ruined the first dryer no fault of theirs. If it wasnt for the flood it would still be working they are awesome will be there next week to buy a black refrigerator for my new home!!!

Over the last 13years, I have purchased many appliances from this store, washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators. They all been good functioning and lasted many years.Their staff is always friendly and helpful, excellent delivery service.

BUYER BEWARE! I beg you not to trust this place with your money, purchasing appliances or honoring warranties. The end of July 2016, I spent $1200 on a washer, electric stove and refrigerator. I thought, I had found a really good deal but really it was my worst nightmare. The sales guy was very nice until my appliances were delivered and were malfunctioning. The refrigerator was warm and did not freeze nor keep food cold. Two of the stove warmers do not work, they come on and off. And the washer stopped working a week ago. To make a long story short, I had to threaten them with litigation to get them to repair the refrigerator but I cant get anyone on the phone about the other appliances. The salesman is very, very rude and unprofessional after you spend your money. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Dont buy anything here until you get all the facts! You dont ask, they wont tell you. There are no money back refunds, only in store credit if not satisfied. I bought a washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator here. After getting the appliances home and set up, I found that the water line is broke on the refrigerator and there is no heat on the dryer. They were willing to fix the problem but I had to bring the appliance there and drop them off. I dont have a truck. I bought these when I moved into my new place so I picked them up with a moving truck. I have food in the refrigerator, what am I suppose to do with all the food? PEOPLE, read that receipt before you sign it and make sure you fully understand it, dont let them rush you. I would NOT recommend this place unless your prepared to do any repairs to it yourself!!!!

**** do not spend your money here****I purchased an refrigerator from here. I noticed that the lower was not keeping my food cold enough. They only give you 30days warranty.. I called them to ask what I should do being it had only been less than 60days. (I did spend $300) and my appliance isnt functioning properly. The manager wanted me to pay $50 service call. Then pay for service. This place put an temporary fix on a used product then sold it to me. Now Im out $300. Im mad at myself for not going down 8ml to Kathys

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!***... I just purchased a refrigerator from there on Friday. They delivered to my home on Saturday, of course I did not know it wasnt getting cold until Saturday evening after business hours. Theyre closed on Sundays, so I lost all of the food in my freezer. I finally spoke with someone on Monday, they sent a repair man to fix the fridge. The repair guy stated the delivery guys broke a line in the back of the fridge. He then tried to fix it which resulted in him breaking the compressor! I was told I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK; I can either pick out another refrigerator which will result in me paying more money or have store credit! They also will not reimburse me for the spoiled food... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

DO NOT get your appliances from here ever! I bought a washer, dryer and an oven from here. The washer leak internally when you have the hot water on.The dryer was missing the lint trap and the exhaust connection was cut so short that you could hardly put the tube on it. While these are poorly fix appliances, i could make them work, The oven I bought is a total piece of garbage. It leaks gas when it is on because it needs a new igniter and when i took it apart to fix it it was absolutely disgusting on the inside. When I called to return the oven they told me that they will not take it back until I replace the igniter. Why would that be my responsibility and not theirs? These people are hacks and crooks, do NOT give them your business.

Call the place up, some kind of voicemail picks up but then proceeds to tell you that the mailbox is full.

I just called them after the guy who answered the phone was shouting in the background and sounded super rough Im considering going else where...ive bought from them years ago tho and everything was good
