I was so happy to find this place! The owner was super friendly and gave me a great deal on a laptop. I needed a new one for working from home and it was really nice that this spot was nearby. I’m going to be coming back soon to get another laptop for my daughter. Also, it was really nice inside. The place has a neat Montana look to it. Very happy!

Old Town Computers is hands down the BEST place to go for any computer needs. I called them in a panic when my work laptop stopped working in the middle of my work day and Joe was able to answer my questions over the phone and I brought my laptop in and he had it fixed in less than 4 hours! Joe is so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, reasonably priced, didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need, and answered all of my questions. As an older gentleman, Ive never had much luck with computers. My latest computer went and died on me, or so I thought, but the technician here was able to bring it back to life for me in just a day. I was super pleased with what I thought was a lost cause. Also, it was cheaper than buying a whole new computer elsewhere, so that made the whole affair even better. Next time I have computer trouble, I know where to go.

Man, this place really saved me. I messed up my work laptop and got a bad virus on it. When my Mac wouldn’t start I started calling around town for help . I even visited one store but wasn’t comfortable with the answer. I called Joe and he wanted to take a look. He quickly showed me the hard drive was fried but he knew a company in another town that should be able to recover the data. Imagine my surprise when he called me and said “I may be able to recover it myself.” AND HE DID! He saved me money, he saved me time and he explained everything he did. So I called Joe to ask a favor. Ive never met him before so it was a long shot. As we spoke I asked if he could take a look at my very old laptop. He suggested I bring it to the shop. Joe greeted me as soon as I walked in and we had a great conversation. He took a look at my laptop and suggested I not put any money into it. I figured this might happen but still offered him payment for his time. No charge! We started to discuss a good replacement, I had already been shopping locally and on line. I noticed he had a few laptops at very good prices. We continued to talk with Joe sharing his thoughts about a replacement for my old laptop. I happened to notice a Dell laptop with great specs on the counter. The experience had already been a good one so I said Joe, sell me the Dell. He insisted I check it out a bit more before he would ring up the sale. I did and I left the shop with a far better laptop than I anticipated. Im a budding Sr Citizen, and the courtesy Joe offered me was Top Shelf. Unlike some other local computer shops and the big boxes, Joe takes the time to understand the customers needs. No pressure, just quality customer service. I wish guys like Joe were more common. I will do business with Joe in the future, he knows his stuff and he knows how to treat people.

Joe treated me with the respect you might give a Governor. I figured I needed a new computer and he asked me what my needs were . My old computer was 5 years old and running slow. He told me to go home and get my old laptop and bring it in so he could look at it. I was prepared to spend $300-$400 for a newer system. Joe said Id be wasting my money since my old computer just needed a good cleaning and tuneup. I spent $75.00 for his tuneup and it was ready the next day. My laptop didnt run this good when I first got it. Joes honesty and integrity and genuine interest in what is best for his customer truly sets him apart from everyone else.

BUYER BEWARE!MY PC I TOOK TO HIM, ACCORDING TO THE WORKER, THE COMPUTER WAS FRIED. HE SOLD ME AN OLD RAN DOWN DELL FOR WHICH., I HAD IT A MONTH OR TWO. AFTER THAT THE COMPUTER IS STOP WORKING. I HAVE FOUND THIS SAME COMPUTER AT WALMART FOR 39 DOLLARS.. I PAID 100 DOLLARS FROM HIM . BOY I WAS RIPPED OFF. SHAME ON THIS GUY.
