We switched to Future POS in January of 2015. The ease of use of the system on the back office is much simpler than our previous POS system. In the front of the house it is very intuitive to use making it much easier for new employees to get up to speed fast so they can focus on customer service and not how the POS is set up. POS partners has taken great interest in making sure our system operates properly and that we are fully protected when it comes to credit card processing. The knowledge and expertise that Ian and Kirk bring to the table are invaluable. Technical support is also available any hour of the day or week. I highly recommend POS Partners if you are looking to upgrade your POS systems.

Just got a POS system installed at Midway Tavern, set to open tomorrow. I was deathly afraid of the back office, however after Ian showed me how to use it, I successfully added a table, changed drink prices, and added employees today, and he left yesterday! Weve been using Future POS since March 2013 and love it... Even more so now with POS Partners handling all of our service calls (shout-out esp to Kirk Henry!). Turnaround on problems has been speedy, personnel professional, and software very user friendly after the initial learning curve.

Ian has always been the best support for me, I am not very good on computers and he has always been extremely patient with me and walked me through the steps to figure things out... several times on the same issue. Ian is very polite, and prompt with trouble shooting our problems, which most of them could be operator error.
