The store on Cedar Street needs new employees or at least ones who actually want to serve customers in a helpful, friendly & efficient manner. The men there are arrogant & lack the ability to genuinely care and treat their customers appropriately. The manager himself was an absolute nightmare & Ill never return to this location again.

Good experience overall, couldve been better but got off to a rough start. The manager, I think his name was Tristan, was very helpful. Only rating 4 stars because U-haul moved our reservation pickup location and time without notifying us. Tristan was able to salvage a frustrating situation and even sent someone to come pick us up.

Second bad experience with this company. Got a storage unit and when the month was expiring I called to pay over the phone because the website wasnt working with any of the information I put in and customer support just said to call the location. so when I called this morning after getting a text and an email saying I owe an extra $20 because I never paid I kept repeating that I called at the end of the month and gave this old sounding man my card info and he said I was good to go but whoever was on the phone just kept repeating no you only paid July...But I also kept saying obviously Ill pay again I just want to make sure the late fee is taken off because whoever took my card information over the phone didnt put it in and he just kept saying oh I only see a payment in July do you want auto pay, july july july?!? . But yes weve already made that very clear it would be nice for somebody to acknowledge the fact that I literally said several times I called somebody and they took a payment end of July so you should take the $20 late fee off and Ill pay again since somebody there couldnt do a simple process completely. But I just hung up and said Ill deal with it when I get there because nobody acknowledged the late fee or if they were going to take it off and im really not going to accept any excuse because there is none.

I just had a trailer hitch installed and everything seems great. They even drove me home and picked me up since I only have one car. Everyone here was great and had some good conversations with them. Just know that hitch installations take a couple hours to do so dont think it will be done in less than an hour. If you need s hitch or rental, go here.

Worst service ever! I called in to double check that I would be able to get the truck I wanted they said if we said it will be there it will be there. Then they changed to a 15 foot truck and a trailer I went in and they tellMe sorry got nothing for you! What a joke

Terrible customer service. I drove two days from Oregon to Montana to pick up stuff in storage. Before I left I special ordered a trailer hitch to be delivered to the U-haul store so I could take my stuff back. The company rescheduled with me for two days later because they didnt have the hitch in and then when I came in for my 11am scheduled appointment they said the hitch installer wouldnt be there till 1:00pm and they coulnt find the hitch I ordered. Then when the installer arrived they had ordered my the WRONG HITCH. So after driving to Montanan and spending 4 days there I never got the hitch and never was able to hual my stuff back. They offered me a truck at a much more expensive price that I would need two people to drive since I was already there in my vehicle. U-haul has lost me as a customer. All they had to do is offer the truck at the same price as the trailer I was going to rent. The refused. I was calm, patient and polite during the whole affair. Terrible customer service.

Went here for propane refill. Service button at the pump. Great idea! Prompt service. Good price. Recommend.

Also the truck that they rented to me had a hole in the roof so several of my boxes were damaged.

Ive rented 15 and 17 trucks here three times in March 2017 and have found the trucks to work well and staff courteous and efficient. Any damage to the trucks is marked on the truck so that the current renter isnt blamed for it, and contract includes a very helpful chart showing how many gallons of gas need to be added to bring the amount of gas in the truck when returned to the amount in it when rented. On one occasion I was a half-hour late in picking up the truck, and staff called to ask if I was ok. I will happily rent here in the future.

We had a reservation on a Saturday. Waited around for over 30 minutes. No one would acknowledge us so we left. Decided to give it another try Sunday.... Had an issue with the hitch.... Spent $50 on a new hitch we didnt need, came back, still wasnt right; so they finally offered a hitch to borrow. Would have been nice to know before we left to buy a new hitch. 30 hours later we finally got the trailer we needed a day prior. Awful service.

Needed to pick up some moving supplies. Checked the web for their hours and it said they were open until 8pm on Fridays. Called the number to verify the hours and was told the same. Got to the store at a little before 6 and it was locked up with nobody there. Frustrating to say the least. After reading other reviews I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

Service was good but the pickup truck we used had no 4 wheel drive. It had snowed 4 inches that day. Truck bed was filled with snow and we had to shovel it out before we used it. The gentleman said the truck had been running was ready to go. Went out to an ice cold truck..it was -6. Definitely think twice about going there again.

I had great service with these guys,they even went out of their way to help out,they were very professional with me,I would recommend them.

Im still sitting here waiting for propane. 35 minuets and i havent even been able to even talk to an associate. the one dude i did happen to approach shrugged me off n walked away. seriously terrible and a waste of my time. i understand its important to have patients but im seriously over this whole gig. ill never be back.

Horrible! I had to wait almost half an hour while the service person talked on the phone (sounded like a personal call), to rent a filthy 5×9 open trailer with a ramp. One of the hinges stuck, the right brake light only lit up halfway, and for all my troubles on this cruddy equipment and cruddy service, I get charged over $80!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you dare to go through these guys, good luck...

All I came in for was for some moving boxes and the young guy who waited on me acted like I was putting a damper on his entire day. Honestly some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. He finally offered to walk out my boxes but honestly I didnt want help with that as I just wanted away from him and his stinky attitude.
