Perfect!! Pickup and drop off went without incident!! Nice box truck!!

Wish that every time I got a rental the check engine light wasnt on. Therefor costing me more in fuel. Not to mention the emission harm on the environment. One occasion the truck I had was leaking oil so bad it would leave puddles and request for more after only 6-12 hours. I was forced to return to U-haul to have only a quart added. Rather frustrating use of my rental time to be perfectly honest. I had much to do and it did not include maintaining the truck that should already be in perfect running condition upon renting to me otherwise I feel that is entirely unfair. My next rental was much worse. A larger truck with major issues the check engine light was on as well and this one would have breaking/ transmission troubles. These people do not care about your safety. Also they do not shovel sidewalks at this specific location.

Extremely bad customer service!! Picked up a trailer and went to Super 1 in Helena. 1.4 miles away and one of the tires was COMPLETELY flat. I called the store (this was maybe 15 mins after pickup), their first question was if I got insurance..... how is that relevant at this time? Next he decided to blame me and said well, it was fine when it was checked in. Excuse me?? Then he told me well, theres nothing I can do anyway so you need to call the 1-800 number. I am in disbelief about how rude and unhelpful they were. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Always clean and upfront service

Very large facility. Unusually large. I cant tell what is happening with all this space but theres construction going on and theyre adding even more space. Nice employees here. Skip the app and come inside to get a rental truck and supplies.

Probably the biggest selection of U-Hauls in town. Lots of storage spaces of all sizes, and all the moving and towing supplies your heart desires.

I needed to store some things for a while and the staff provided ideas i didnt think about that made the process easier. Im also confident my items are secure.
