Service experience:Brought in my vehicle for service. Of course being a dealership they charge an arm and a leg. I was asked about anything else that they need to check. There was a sound by the passenger side tires that is very apparent. I am willing to pay to fix it but they will not even start without a $149 fee to hear the sound which by the way can be heard a mile away with each turn of the wheel as they drive the car away.I will spend my hard earned $ somewhere else.
Best Toyota dealership in New York. If you’re looking for a new car, this is the place to go to. Jennifer and Sam took care of us and helped us with a great deal on a brand new 2022 Corolla. They treated us like family and all in all the experience was very enjoyable and stress-free. They took care of everything and tried their best to accommodate for our budget. Couldn’t be happier with the car and the customer experience.
I had a recall issued for the paint on my car…. Almost a year ago…. Been there twice for them to take pictures to submit to have it fixed.. kept being told “about two weeks about two weeks”… it’s been almost a year. Several calls to their corporate office and one report to the better business bureau later and still the paint is peeling off my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I had ordered two tires three weeks before. I made an appointment for 1Pm. I arrived at 12:50. Chantel took care of me and sent me a message saying she would contact me or I could contact her for questions. She said that I could wait while the tires were put on. I messaged Chantel a little after 3Pm. She did not respond. I saw her walking past and asked her about the car. She said she would look into it. She called shortly thereafter and said that I could use front brakes. She gave me the prices for the different quality parts. I was ready to have it done however I asked how long it would take she then asked the technician an I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I needed to leave and couldnt wait that long. I didnt hear from her and I finally saw her walking by. I finally got my car at 4:30. I think 3hours and 45 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to install two tires, especially when I had an appointment. FYI I would had had the brakes done however I didnt want to be there another 2 or more hours.
The service took a little longer than I would have liked, but their accommodations were good and the staff treated me well. As my car is still under warranty, the routine maintenance didnt cost me anything so in the end I thought it was a great experience.
Fabulous service. Friendly & work with you to schedule your car to get in to service. Service Manager Nick is great.When purchasing my car Jen my sales rep did a great job in helping me find the car I wanted & Sam in finance makes it work. He goes through everything and tries his best to get it where you can afford your car lease or full buy out.
Dont come here, they will move your money behind you, and when you find out, they will shirk all kinds of excuses. No one will come out to solve the problem with you, including their manager. After you sign the contract, they will find all kinds of reasons to increase the price of the car, which is not the agreed price at all. You must be careful not to come here.
Got my car serviced A day ago and make an appointment was easy the day of they sent me a reminder. Clear communication, excellent staff& quick turn around ( if you don’t have any major issues)

Service is friendly and knowledgeable but I was there a very long time. However I was there for a check engine light and that could mean 1 of a hundred things. There was nice enough to throw in a free inspection and wash. However I have to go back because they didnt have some parts they needed.
Customer Service person assistant service manager Chantal was energetic, upbeat and kept me informed.Unfortunately had to bring car back as check engine light and LSD returned. Looks like it’s ok after changing oxygen sensor on the second trip. Just wish, the first time in would have done the trick .would have saved time and money.Dealing with Chantal’s professionalism lightened the frustration.
Had an overall great experience at Millennium. Sebastian was incredibly patient and kind as he explained the sales process. He was on time for our appointment and wasnt pushy. He was able to explain things in a manner that made sense and was digestible. Sam was great as well. Id recommend working with Sebastian for sure!!

A terrible experience. Service adviser was helpful but the mechanics tried to pull a fast one on me. Paid for a diagnostic check without receiving an actual correct diagnosis. The techs are union and do what they please. I have a GX470 Lexus that has air suspension issues. They never hooked it up to the ECM to get the error codes from the computer. I have really no clue what really needs replacing. The so called heavy duty diagnostic labor rate is $149, I only paid half, literally shaking my head. I should have not paid anything. Then the tech says theres too much rust to do a proper diagnostic check. Common sense would say leave it alone because of the rust issue and dont charge the customer. I love my Lexus and Toyota is a fantastic automotive manufacturer, but now these mechanics and dealerships are destroying a great brand. I will not recommend this service center.
I rather chew broken glass than deal with this dealership. They will give you the runaround. When you call they will say they have the vehicle in stock.When you get there. They will show you an empty storage of vehicles and say there dont have the model that you called about. Is this a computer inventory problem or does this dealership uses this as a negotiation tactic?Didnt even say the car we called about was just sold just *Deer in a headlights looks* Then double checks the inventory oh the car is not here.Waste of time. Unprofessional. Useless.
Everything goes fine except the car is not ready in the visit as lacking some parts. I have to come back the next day to pick up the car. Overall the service is still pretty good.

I was treated like royalty. From the moment I drove in I was greeted by a group of friendly and courteous agents who took note of my concerns and directed me to where I should leave my vehicle. Chantal then came over to introduce herself and took over the process. She was beyond exceptional and did everything to ensure my visit was as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. She checked available warranties and ensuring I had the lowest cost and the most benefit. I was also impressed by the vehicle scanning technology that photographed my vehicle upon arrival and diagnosed an alignment problem which I was happy to address. Realizing I couldn’t wait for the vehicle, I set about arranging a ride home when Chantal introduced me to their shuttle service - which took me home and even came to get me when the work was done. And wouldnt you know, even my driver was a shining example of great service. My check out experience was no less impressive. Chantal escorted me to receptionist, explained the charges and how to read the bill, and an equally pleasant cashier finished the job. I’ve been to many dealerships and can honestly say, I have never been this impressed with any as much as I am with Millennium Toyota. The atmosphere and efficiency with which your location functions should be a shining example for all others to follow. If I could score this visit on a scale from 1-10, you guys would easily score 10+++. Keep up the great work!

I was able to schedule a next day appointment easily and at a convenient tine, my wait time while my car was serviced was very reasonable and shorter than expected and I received my complimentary car wash ; I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied.
No matter when I go or what has to be fixed, they are always professional and courteous. They always find a way to accommodate you. Would recommend them highly

I will never ever use this service department again. For the third time I have had a bad experience. First time I go get service they rotate my tires and dont balance them. I leave not knowing this and two days later when I was driving at a high speed my steering wheel started shaking very badly and from experience I figured they had not balanced the tires I was right. Had to go back sit again and wait for a wheel balancing which the service manager said should have been done or recommended to be done. The next time I got an alignment done because my truck was pulling to the left. $139.00 and 2 weeks later my truck is still pulling to left and the steering wheel is not aligned center when wheels are straight. Yesterday I had to get scheduled service and in told the service associate SAMANTHA the issue and she just shrugged it off and said no problem you have warranty for the wheel alignment but have to make another appointment for that. Anyway I got the scheduled service. Wheels were rotates again. And low and behold they didnt balance the tires AGAIN or even recommend it be done. Steering wheel is shaking again like crazy. I call the service dept and Ms SAMANTHA who I find out is the asst service manager told me she never heard of that causing the steering wheel to shake. But she is the asst service manager. I will go somewhere else to get my tires balanced and wont be using them again. I was gonna upgrade my vehicle and buy from them next year. Please that will never happen. They wont get another penny from me
I was taken care by Kevin C in a very courteous and professional manner. My HL12 was taken care, replaced the battery.Ill start with my oil changes, and other maintenance jobs as well.
The gentleman who tried to assist me was polite and willing, but I was getting the run around from Jennifer to management office regarding replacing the rubber around the window due to some degradation. The radio so called fix still not properly work.

Horrible service department ever. I bought my car in this dealer, my entire family did! When they sold me the car, they offered me everything, service for 25k miles Toyota care, I even added the extra premium package. When I bring it here today, there is “something” not covered in it? I set up an appointment for this service, so far 3 hours waiting and the technician is still testing the malfunction? What is the point of the appointment? I was even contacted again by a sales agent asking if I’m interested in buying a new car, are you kidding me? This is the last time than I’m bringing my car to this dealer!!!

I had a great experience in getting my first car. I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I could not beat! Emily was a great sales rep and was there for me with any questions or help I needed before during and after getting my car. I would recommend Millennium Toyota for the great service but especially Emily when looking for a kind and caring rep during the process.
They dont deserve any stars. I bought a 2017 Hihlander from millennium in March of 2017. I have an extended warranty so Im covered up till 75,000 miles or six years I believe, but after a couple of services the service writer told me Im not covered anymore so they started charging me. Then one day I went to bayridge toyota to install a remote and they asked me if I wanted to do an oil change and service and that is when I realized that I was still covered under warranty. I call Millennium and made a complaint about a month ago to this day no one ever got back to me to look in to my complaint. So basically I was ROBBED.

Gilda is the best. I told her what I needed and she found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. She kept it in my budget and was able to get me some warranties to make sure that I wouldnt need to worry about anything for a long time. Shopping for cars sucks but Gilda made it so easy and simple. This dealership is horrible! Rude and try to take advantage of customers. They call me wanting my car, and when I go in they were rude and obnoxious. They treat their customers like they are stupid. They also do not want to honor Toyota adds either.

Let me start off by wishing everyone who is in the market for a car right now good luck. I know prices are high and supply is low. These factors are all the more reason to read this review and be aware of what youll encounter at Millennium Toyota.I went to Millennium Toyota after striking out at another Toyota dealership (they had no models of the car I was looking for and none to be delivered in the near future). I met Donte the sales person, who was great. He sat with me and explained features, let me test drive a car they had in stock, and sold me a car that was to be delivered in about a week. I say sold because I put down $500 to reserve the car and signed a contract. The contract was above MSRP but the market is tough. I also met with Alisa who worked in the financing department. I explained that I had third-party financing lined up for less than 2%. She indicated that Toyota Financial couldnt match that and that shed worked with the lender I intended to use (USAA) before. Then, I left and waited on the car to be delivered.A few days later I got a call, the car was delivered early. Great news. I headed over the the dealership to meet Donte on his day off (Donte was great. He should get his own 5-star review.). I sat down with Alisa and talked financing. She explained a few things to me as if I didnt know how the world works already: 1) third-party financing is a pain for the dealership because they get incentives when they sell through Toyota Financial, 2) USAA takes a day or so to wire funds, 3) I could refinance the car shortly after using the dealerships financing at minimal cost to me.The conversation with Alisa was the beginning of Millenniums runaround. After listening to her explain the workings of financings, some of which were not true, she said that IF I DID NOT FINANCE THE CAR THROUGH TOYOTA, THEY WOULD SELL THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT DAY. With a signed contract and $500 down I believed that it was a matter of process once the car was there. I even told Alisa that I would call USAA and get a certified check overnighted. She would not work with me. Although, at one point she said that perhaps we could use USAA if I paid more than the price on my signed contract because it was negotiatied with Toyota financing agreed to. That was not the case, and I wasnt looking to pay even more over MSRP than I agreed to pay because of third-party financing. It was misleading and terrible treatment of a customer. Alisa consulted with other persons on the financing team over the course of this conversation. I suggest buyer beware at Millennium.Happy ending though: I used Toyota financing (>5% which is absurd for a new car and great credit) to buy the car then refinanced them out before my first payment. There are several Toyota dealerships on Long Island. I suggest you start your search for a new car somewhere unaffiliated with Millennium.

I made a 9AM appointment to visit their showroom (on 9/18) to look at their inventory in person rather than online. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff. I was introducerd to a sales associate name Jeremiah Maxime who was very knowledgeable of their products and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. When I walked out into the lot, I picked the 1st vehicle I laid my eyes on but it had a huge SOLD sign sitting on the dash...Oh well! Next!! I then asked Jeremiah to show me 4 vehicles and I was sold on the second one. I then met with the hardest working person there, Mr. Sam Taylor, the Finance Manager. He reviewed the numbers with me, explained everything, answered ALL my questions (yes!! please always ask about those fees whenever youre finacing anything) and assured me of my total and monthly payments. I also have to big up Lou-Lou who has an affectious personality and wears it well - along with that cowboy hat. Though the entire process was a bit lengthy (yeah, Im impatient at times), I was friggin excited to drive out of there with my new SUV!NYC winter!! Here we come with AWD and no shovel!! :)

Totally unacceptable that a simple oil change should take almost 3 hrs with a appointment previously made. Service people need to be trained properly so that when car is completed, jockeys dont just bring it to the front & not advise customer that its been completed. No one wants to sit in the customer service area for a long time (especially during this pandemic). Management should oversee staff to make sure they are doing the job and not just hanging around.

It was fine. Only thing the wait took a little longer than usual. 2 hours turned into almost 3. But staff was cool. The lady who help me Samantha was very helpful and helped me through the process in a professional manner. Very nice and courteous.

I have been coming to this dealership since 2008 and I have never had a bad experience. And this time was no different. I was met by a wonderful salesman named Mark Campbell. He was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. He was kind and listened to what I wanted. He didnt try to talk me into anything I didnt want, however, he advised me on availability and worked to get me as close as possible. Mark did the leg work, and even picked my car up for me in Jersey and brought it back to Hempstead for my convenience. Then theres Sam Taylor who took care of my financing. Sam had helped me get financing for my car endeavors for my past two Toyota Camrys. Sam works meticulously and patiently to get a fair deal for his clients. His personality is perfect for that position in that he helps take the edge off of an otherwise stressful situation. Sam is kind, considerate, and caring, working non stop to get the deal done. These men work tirelessly and the end result? Perfection.
Terrible dealership. I went in to talk about the 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I walked in and the salesperson approached, so we sat at the table and discussed. I dont remember his name, but he seemed like a pretty old guy that was cranky for no reason. Number one this salesperson knew nothing, absolutely nothing about the packages. Number two I was just asking simple questions, but he was responding back to me so rude and was screaming at me. That was my tipping point, so I left the dealership. I would recommend Star Toyota because the customer service there is really nice, and you feel respected there.

Went to buy a specific vehicle. The salesman kept asking us why we want that vehicle and not some other model. He kept going back and forth to the office to get information and was giving me wrong information. I knew more about Toyota models and warranty than he did. At the end after keeping us waiting for about 40 minutes, he told us the price is 7 thousand dollars over the sticker. We walked out.

When I walked in no one greeted me nor offered to help, it seemed that they did not care about customers. Then when I asked for help a guy named Jeremiah came along to help. After unsuccessful negotiation he went inside to grab his business card and a few minutes later another guy comes out pretending to be Jeremiah. He insisted it was him who was working with me all this time. In fact this imposter’s name was Zech Maxime. Terrible experience from start to finish. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional staff.
Hi pick up a Tacoma 2021 and on the first service they don’t change oil and filter only tired rotation. But they but a sticker like they charge your oil byt they do t the oil was black at 5000 miles and know they tall me that they did lol don’t trust them check your oil before you leave
Sales tactics at this location is absurd. Zech and his manager wanted to charge $21,000 over sticker price and quote “I am required to disclose we are charging market value based on the demand and less cars on the lot” I understand they may be selling vehicles or have inventory shortage but you don’t quote $71,000 for a 4Runner and think that’s okay. One of the worst dealerships looking to rip you off. Stay away

I brought my 2020 Toyota Rav 4 in for NYS Inspection and 20,000 Mile Service. When I arrived the service advisor told me it will be a few hours so I left the car. 3 hours later I received a phone call from my service advisor telling me my car is ready however the washer fluid tank didn’t hold the fluid. She said they didn’t have time to inspect it and that I would have to make another appointment. I asked if that was covered under warranty as this car is a brand new lease and I was told it has to be inspected to determine and was asked if I got into an accident. I was not happy about this but made the appointment anyway.Upon arrival my service advisor had already left and another gentlemen helped me telling me everything was done on the car and pointed me to my vehicle. When I got to my vehicle the inspection was NOT done. I then asked about this and they said my original service advisor must have made a mistake. Sure enough she did. Thankfully the service manager was kind enough to take my vehicle and do the inspection immediately but I had to wait another 15 minutes after waiting 3 hours. I also mentioned to him what was told to me about the washer fluid tank and when he returned he said there’s nothing wrong with it and the original service advisor misinformed you.All in all it wasn’t a great experience. I expected better from Millennium Toyota. The gentlemen who helped me when I arrived to pick up the car and the manger were cool but the original service advisor could of done better.
We brought our Highlander to Millenium Toyota for regular minor service, and the service couldn’t be better. I called for an appointment and got squeezed in the next day. We were a bit late due to traffic but were greeted promptly and cheerfully by the staff. No paperwork at all and we sat in the lobby for a short time while the work was done. No annoying attempted upselling. We were handed back our keys and off we went! Very good experience in all.

Everything was perfect I pulled up on my appointment time! I was greeted promptly at the garage door by a representative Nick G. who walked me through the process. He called me when my car was ready. Bad customer service. They sold me a car visibly had no body damage but air was getting in. Reported this matter from the beginning. They havent done anything. They care only about getting cars of their lots. Since car is out, they dont care anymore. They have no integrity. Theyre liars. 3 weeks i returned to them to diagnosis the issue. They returned the car to me without diagnosis and did oil change. Playing games. They have no customer service, no respect for their customers. They act unprofessional with no moral values.

I came to Toyota Millennium last Thursday. 4/29. I been to a few other dealers. Not hearing or getting the attention I was expecting. Once I got to Millennium, things started changing rapidly. I met a young lady named Emely. She took me through the entire process. Her professionalism and knowledge was truly helpful. If your looking for a car I would definitely recommend Toyota Millennium and Emely!
Dropped off my vehicle at Toyota Millennium at Hempstead a night before my service appointment because time was of an essence, filled out their provided envelope, checked off what I needed to be preformed: NYS emissions inspection, oil and filter changed, tire rotation, check slow leak, etc. Picked up my vehicle the next day after hours; looked at my window and noticed that the Inspection was not preformed and I wasnt charged for it, but it was the primary reason that I took my vehicle for service to begin with. The fact that I spent $70 on two Uber rides to get to the dealership doesnt help the issue.A red flag from the toyota rep., Gloria. In a telephone conversation we had, she said the technician/mechanic said that you need an oil change. I brought my car in for maintenance oil change, wiper fluid etc., and in the past few days my airbag sensor was not working. So after 6 hours of waiting I drove the car Friday and Saturday when I look at my dashboard to see that the sensor was once again not working. So really what was done in those 6 hours? Just curious. Now I once again have to bring my car back and hope it gets fixed this time.
The people at Millennium are very friendly and efficient. They go out of their way to make the experience as pleasurable as possible.Never had a bad experience with them. I would highly recommend.

Gloria the agent taking care of me was excellent.She arranged for their driver to drive me over to our mall ( a 5 min drive) . The car was ready when she said it would be. She texted me when the car was ready and had paperwork ready upon my return.
Roger Dumas sold me my Toyota Highlander there 2 years ago. He is a super nice guy and he made for a very pleasant buying experience. The car has been perfect, Rogers staff is super help full too. I would buy again from them. Good product-good people! :)
Christian Valdez. A+, Highly Recommended for his above and beyond services. We’ve had nightmarish car leasing experiences in the past but Christian was truly a breath of fresh air. He provided Lexus-like service, was patient with our questions, was very attentive to our needs and provided honest feedback. Most importantly, Christian was HUNGRY, he was hungry to find us the best deal and hungry to also make it a win-win for us and Millennium at the end of the day. We only wanted to lease 1 car but Christian got us such great deals that on 06/30/2021, we leased 2 cars, a highlander and Rav4. The transaction was smooth (Peter Fasan sealed the deal promptly) and relatively quick, it was even faster than the paperwork (Hector Maltes was also great, he tried to go through the large amount of paperwork as fast as possible). Christian, we hope you make management soon because your powerful combination of customer service know-how and win-win mentality would be great for Millennium.
The staff at Millennium Toyota do the best they can to accommodate customer’s needs. I am always greeted with a smiling face and walked through the process of my car’s service. The team knows my vehicles inside and out. I will continue using Millennium Toyota for my car’s needs.
I was taken on time. My work was completed exactly when they said it would be. Everyone was polite and courteous and I got my car washed too.
So far my experience with Millennium Toyota has been horrible, the managing staff is extremely unprofessional, and I was sold a vehicle who’s electronic seat stopped working not even a week after I had vehicle to the point that I was unable to reach the break pedal and the gas pedal, I had to plead with the dealership letting them know that I was not even able to drive my brand new car and that it was unsafe for me to even attempt to drive it. You would have thought that I would be told and given a service appointment immediately but it seemed that they did not care and I was given an apt. Nearly a week later. Once I got to the service Dept. Customer attention was lacking and I was reserved a loaner car only to be told there were no loaner vehicles available for me. Also my driver side seat is completely rusted and I just do not even understand how a pre-owned certified vehicle is even sold in this condition. To say the least I am less than happy with my experience this far at Millennium Toyota in Hempstead, NY.
Very rude personel, toyota leasing was 3000 down and 457 per month but they would give me $6000 down and $750 per month, I was first and last time ovether,
I saw a car advertised on cars.com and called to confirm it was still available before I went to the dealership.Martha Avila made sure it was still available. I showed up to the dealership and the assigned salesman (christian) was insisting on making me buy a new one rather than the used car I came to see.After I requested to see the car I came to see, we went outside to the lot. We didnt find the car as christian kept insisting on saling me a new car.After being outside for 10 minutes he said, I will get the keys and returned 10 minutes later to tell me the car was sold and gone.I couldnt understand how the car was sold minutes after I called. Maybe it is a hook the use to get you in and try to convince you to buy a different car.Not an honest dealership.

Just wanted to thank mc and the crew at millenium for being informative and courteous about buying / leasing a vehicle. i went in looking for a tacoma, although they did not have what i wanted, they took the time to show me what they have and what they will get in the future. mc was very helpful in all of this. in the end i did not get anything because they simply were sold out of the vehicle i wanted. but i would recommend anyone shopping for a toyota to check them out and have a conversation.thank you guys!
I had a very good experience getting my new lease with Toyota Millennium In Hempstead. Emely was very understanding on what I needed. She was able to get me a good deal for the Toyota C-HR. Also, a few days later she checked with me to make sure I was happy with the car and answer any questions I had. The C-HR is cute. Also, it comes with Sirius radio and all the features. I love the car.
Went to the dealership knowing the exact used car we wanted to buy, all we needed to do was test drive it before making the final decision. After the test drive we were excited to move forward in the process and buy the car. 6 HOURS later, we finally left there with the car. There were workers everywhere (they seemed over staffed), not getting anything done. There were many other customers waiting for hours as well. If you choose to go here, plan for it to be an all day event. As exhausting and unpleasing as our experience was, we do love the car we finally got to take home, and that’s about the only good thing I can say about this place.
