Driven thru many times, only once did they get my order correct. Im flexible and will not usually complain for something minor but, the kids that work there dont have a clue. So if you order a cone u get a cup I ordered cookies and cream and got pistachio. cest la vie.

When they make your shakes watch them some workers make them with ice(dragggg) some the regular way with milk &Ice cream...However the Ice cream selection is below average I usually go to the other ones near me, because they always have close to the 31 flavors!!! 😛update: DD and Baskin and Robins have IMPROVED so much in the past year 2018-2020

I only use the drive thru but tea 5 star no problem there yet
