Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with these products or with their customer service. I decided to give LivBay Lash supplies a try and am completely disappointed. I ordered their Magnetic Vibe adhesive last week. When I received the email that my package was out for delivery, I immediately went to the mailbox and retrieved the package. Upon opening it, I noticed that the adhesive was extremely warm (adhesive should be kept in a controlled environment at all times). I was worried that the adhesive was now ruined; however, was still going to give it a try since I had a client appointment and no other lash adhesive to work with. To my dismay, the adhesive did not hold; my clients lashes fell out within 24 hours. I even redid the lashes w the same adhesive for the same thing to happen again. Ive never had this issue with any other adhesive brands Ive used in the past so I immediately contacted customer service via email. Customer service made it seem like it was my fault that I did not get the adhesive the second it was placed in my mailbox, and my fault that I did not request my mail carrier to deliver to my door instead of my mailbox. A simple apology, and refund or replacement would have made this experience better; however, that did not occur.When shipping sensitive items, such as lash glue, it should be packaged in a way that the external temperature has little affect on the product. I dont recommend this company for supplies and will not purchase anything else in the future from LivBay.

I was referred here by my current lash artist as she was out of town. from the time I was checked in to the time I was checked out I could not have been more impressed. I saw Ava handle each client with extreme care and took ownership of every situation. My lash artist Mya was wonderful as well. She had great conversation and her lashes were amazing!So impressed! I know where I’d go if I needed to switch! Thank you!!

I am so disappointed. I went to have my lashes done at 11am and at 1pm, when I got back to the hotel they had been Fallin out. Not even 20 minutes later. I was so excited to have them done too. No refund per the waiver, which I didnt think they would be falling out almost instantly or I would not have had them done. The inconvenience of having to go back is just not worth it. Lashes should not fall out 20 minutes after the application. Stick to your private lash lady is my suggestion

I have been watching her and her husbands podcasts, her you tube videos, etc. I did so much research on tweezers to use for making my own lash fans. I finally decided to give LivBay Lash a shot. I got my package today, and honestly, the little details that went into this package- I was in tears.I got a hand written note on the back of an inspirational message from her. I just had goosebumps.Their whole company is inspiring to me. I cant wait to use these and keep watching.

It’s extremely frustrating that I spent $230 for a full set for it to pull and and irritate my lashes. The only reason why I went to this location is due to my lash technician being on vacation.My lash isolation was done poorly, I can FEEL the glue, the tech attached several natural lashes on to one fake lash..... I can’t wait for my tech to come in and remove these all.The last service I had before looking for a new tech I sat in the chair for 4 hours due to a new tech struggling to work with my lashes. FOUR hours and she only used one size.I don’t plan on coming back here again. It’s extremely upsetting experience. I gave the company two stars due to the front desk having amazing customer service and the owners seem to genuinely care for their employees.

Horrible! I only went here because Im on vacation. I paid $85 for a mixed lash refill and the next day, half of what the lash tech l put in fell off from my left eye. I was able to get in to get a touch up and had it somewhat fixed. Then the following day, the rest of the lashes from my right eye fell out. So all of what I paid for fell out within 60 hours. I spoke to the manager and she told me it was my fault for not cleaning my lashes everyday-- Uh, On the first 24 hrs? Right. Waste of money. They did nothing to make me feel better about wasting my $85. Dont go here. Take your money somewhere else.

I was so excited to order from this company after seeing their YouTube videos. I have nothing Negative to say with regards to their products however with regards to customer service that needs some improvement.I placed an order on July 8 at 11:15 approximately pacific time and the cut off time for next day delivery was by 12 noon Pacific time that’s what their policy says online. After placing the order I received a confirmation that my order was received and it’s being processed at 12:35 Pacific time I received another message that my order was being sent and I would be receiving it next day the tracking also provided me with information that I would be receiving it next day which would’ve been July 9 however I did notReceive my package until Monday, July 12 I do understand that UPS does not deliver on weekendsHowever I asked for someone’s help with resolving the fact that I spent a lot of money for next day shipping and did notReceive my items in a timely manner and the response was just disappointing I was made to feel like I’m an idiot the person I spoke with even went as far as to say “I have no other way to explain it we got your package out on time so a claim needs to be filed with your carrier” . I hope no one makes any of your employees feel as stupid as this individual has made me feel, this experience is one I won’t forget . Take care

Do not order from this company. This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. As a spa and salon Owner of 28 years with 7 locations, I have never been more frustrated and upset regarding my experience with a company. We have ordered all of our supplies previously from lash makers and lash excellence and we have never had a problem. Due to all of the hype on social media we decided to try livBay and every single order we have placed with this company has been a nightmare with delayed shipping, never being able to get in touch with anyone and then when I am finally able to speak to someone they are rude and don’t care and their products do not last. I have never in all of my years of doing lash extensions had a glue stop working at four weeks. We keep the environment in the Lash rooms at the perfect humidity and temperature and we have all the proper equipment and meters but yet this glue that we purchased (magnetic vibe) Completely changed consistency and stopped working at four weeks. I ordered new glue last week and it is lost in transit according to the post office and this company will not do anything to replace it for me. Good customer service would’ve been to apologize and ship me out a bottle overnight. I will be going back to my previous supplier and will never ever deal with this company again. The two people that I dealt with there today were so incredibly rude to me and we’re talking over me and refusing to help me and arguing with me that I just need to wait for the glue and that it will show up eventually. As a new company who is just starting out and trying to grow, they are going to tank with this terrible shipping and customer service and quite honestly they deserve to.

Update on my previous review, the manger from the salon reached out to me because of my experience of the lashes falling out so quick, she offered a complimentary set of classic lashes to make up for the issue. I was very much appreciative that they reached out to make things right. The artist that did my lashes was very nice and knowledgeable. The lashes turned out great and meet my expectation.

I had a very bad experience. I was sent to a training center. The lash tech was very polite but my lashes are very thin and my appointment took over 3 hours. It appears that African American clients are vent to the training center. I was very dissatisfied and I will not be returning.

I was greeted at the door by the Owner, and 2 of her fabulous employees. Nicest wholesale shopping experience ever! Helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and just wonderful to be in their warehouse. 5 star service, and great pricing. Absolutely recommend buying and supporting this local powerhouse couple and business.

They are one of my FAVORITE lash brands. Affordable and they have almost every product youll need for your lash business. The owners are sweet as pie. The only downside is that the product is super inconsistent. I literally work at lash salon that does not use their lashes and i have almost one of the OG .05 trays (like from when they were sassy lash) ill reorder some and the curl will be super flat even tho its CC. The D curl is definitely the best but the strip part that the lashes come off can make it hard to come off the strip if youre trying for mega. My favorite is 14D .05 and the Curls can fan out into pretty wide fans theyre just kinda flat.Overall worth it! I know theyre still trying to perfect their brand so im not too upset and will continue to order lashes! Oh and the order always ships as fast as humanly possible so thats a plus

I have to say the packaging is what made me love everything so much more, the box had cute confetti filler and I got 2 free small gifts with a cute sticker attached, the note that she leaves about where she was at 5 years ago makes me believe anything can happen and put a smile on my face knowing another beauty gal is thriving! Quality products for a more than reasonable price and super fast shipping. My package is always shipped out the day I order it. All the packages smell amazing and tweezers come with a photo to show that your pair was hand tested. I have tried a few other brands, but they by far have the best .03 volume lashes. I fan on the strip and I have never had any issues with boxy bases like I have with other companys products. And earning points when you shop to spend on more supplies is a bonus. I love this lash company! The orders ship quickly, reasonable prices, and the products are amazing. I have used their purple glue (for low humidity) and volume lash trays. I haven’t had any issues with retention and the lashes keep their curl unlike some other brands I have tried. Shauna and her husband give the brand a very personal touch with small cards and hand written notes and even scented packaging. I have been so happy with every order!

Absolutely love the products I have received. Great packaging, tweezers are amazing! Free samples and goodies with every purchase. But not the main reason why I am leaving a review. Yesterday I had my own client to prepare for and another tech had a client who was already set ready to go and let her know she is allergic to latex. First time client for this tech! We scrambled. Worried about glue ingredients. No one in the salon had any type of glue that didnt have latex. I happened to have a bottle of livbay clear glue. Tried to find ingredients on livbays website. Didnt find it and hurrying, so I called. 2 rings, gal picks up, I ask her about latex in ingredients and she says none of their glues have latex and tells me where to find ingredients on the website for the future. Hang up. Boom. Done. Good to go and safe to use. Great customer service! Saved us from wasting more time on a new client and knowing for sure product was safe. It really made my day and I was so happy I had that little bottle of glue. Thank you livbay!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered online the XL Bundle & Banana Scented Primer that didn’t work or smell like banana AT ALL. Supposedly the owner Shauna was emailing me and wouldn’t refund me for her faulty products. I sent dated photos of my sisters lashes showing them 3 days apart and her lashes completely fell out. The dates clearly showed I used the products the day after arrival - being brand new from the shipment truck. She then blamed it on me, saying it’s my fault that I don’t have a hygrometer & that i’m storing the bonder and glue together WHEN THEY WERE PACKAGED TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE! Not to mention, the product doesn’t say “hygrometer needed to work” or “don’t store together”. Don’t get me wrong I do have a humidity reader in my thermostat that only works in my lash room BUT don’t say that “it’s because i’m missing that, that the product is defective” LOL. I simply asked for a refund and she just kept responding with a question or to send pictures of my humidity reader & pictures of my storage area or trying to “educate” me on why HER products don’t work. 😂 Never have had someone ask me for pictures of my space to determine if their product works - A JOKE.

I ordered tweezers and lashes on multiple occasions from LivBay supplies. They have phenomenal customer service, and speedy delivery. The packages are scented when you open them (they smell so good)! They also send a cute little Polaroid picture of your actual tweezers being used, so you know they’ve been tested prior to shipping! Just love this company!

You can go ahead and get that $50 lash extensions from another business on Groupon but you WILL get what you pay for. I LOVE Livbay lash supplies! It’s so convenient they have 3 different locations across town that are open from 8am to 12am to go buy supplies from or you can get them shipped and it literally comes the very next day. All of the girls that work there are extremely helpful and their products never ever disappoint. I used Livbay when I first started out lashing and I still use them to this day so If you’re just starting out or have been doing it for years their supplies are top of the line not to mention super affordable!

This makes me happy because the other brands I’ve trained with have VERY expensive tweezers and adhesives and lashes! We all know how dropping your fave tweezer can ruin your day. Luckily I can switch to any one of my LivBay tweezers and continue.Adhesives. Being in the Gulf Coast is hard. Humidity is high AF. Megabond is my fave! My go to now. Horrible company and nasty customer service rep, I don’t know how they grow by having someone so rude and not helpful on their team. I bought a glue from their website claim to have 0.5 sec dry time and works in low humidity, but it does not do that at all! I contacted them want a refund and they refused and the rep was so rude and unhelpful! Never again will I buy from this company with this kind of attitude.

I first found LivBay Supplies on YouTube with a video of their “pinch method “ with these Blue tweezers. After struggling to learn Volume for about a year I bought a packet of LivBay .03 C lashes and their blue magic mike tweezers and used the whole packet of lashes practicing this newly discovered ( new to me anyways ) pinch method . THEN I sent some pictures of what I was doing to Shauna . She immediately responded to me telling me what I needed to work on! Their customer service, Glue, tweezers, lashes ....
