My 15 year old daughter had her first lash lift here at the Lash Lounge @ The District. The staff was very professional and friendly upon check-in. The lobby, salon and bathroom were all clean and the overall space was chic and well designed. My daughter said the beds were extremely comfortable! The lobby had cozy seating even for me to wait during her service. The lash artist was very knowledgeable and walked her through the process, including educating us on care afterwards. We were so impressed - her lashes looked amazing!! We will definitely come back! Thank you Lash Lounge for a great experience and beautiful results!

I had an appointment today for the first time. My conference session was moved up an hour last minute, and I was no longer able to make it to my appointment. I figured they would charge me a cancellation fee, as it seems reasonable that Im taking a stylists time. But I found out it was a much higher fee than what seems reasonable. I paid $75 for the cancellation alone. I sat down to compare reviews for this place to other businesses for lashes, and realized most places charge $25 at most. And ironically, those places just down the street have far better and more reviews.

I want to say that my eye lash stylist was Briana. Love you! She is so professional, classy and knows her stuff. I highly recommend Brianna. I been going to her several months. I will post pics later. I see her today.Yeah!

This was my first time getting lash extensions and they made the experience great! The staff here are very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and the facility itself is super clean, cute, and comfortable. My lashes are still good even after 3 weeks.

Kelly my Stylist is AMAZING! Her soothing voice, expert attention to detail and gentleness are the BEST. My lashes stay in and full until I come back! Sometimes it takes me 3 weeks to return so that’s very important!

I got my first professional lash lift and tint done here yesterday and im obsessed with it!! Heather/Pixie did an amazing job, i didnt know my lashes could look this nice without extensions! Adding the dye really set it off! Heather took the time to measure my lashes to make sure I got the best curl possible, we went through multiple options of dye to find the perfect darkest black for me. It felt so personal and I feel so special after! I woke up feeling beautiful this morning.

The girls that do lashes are really sweet. Upset because It was my first time coming here to get a fill. They Did not last a week. Instead of helping me fix part of one of my eyes because it wasn’t within the 3 day range, they were willing to fix it for an extra fee. I paid a ton of money plus a tip and I just felt brushed under the rug. So I’m writing this review because I definitely won’t be going back and I don’t recommend for how much you spend there

My amazing set of lash extensions were applied by experienced lash artist Taylor. She went above and beyond my expectations. You can’t beat the $149 summer sale price, especially with everything that the appointment includes. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt like I was in a comfortable, beautiful and friendly environment. The decor was amazing, and everything looked so clean and had a spa-like feel. This was especially important with COVID still being a huge concern. Everyone had masks on, and they were required to be worn during the entire service, so I felt safe and valued by all of the staff members. They also take your temperature upon arrival. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I was nervous since this was my first time EVER getting lash extensions, but I felt completely comfortable during the entire experience. Before beginning the service, Taylor went through any concerns or allergies I might have. She asked what look I was hoping to achieve, and even customized the length and style of my lashes. I love how they explained the difference between each level of lashes. I was getting a hybrid natural since that was what the summer sale was for, but I thought it was the perfect choice for me. She also added a little bit more length to the ends for a cat eye effect. They have a lash look book that shows you pictures of the different levels and different design upgrades you can choose from! After the consultation, I got to lay down in the lash studio bed (so comfy!!!) and Taylor began to work her magic! The lash bath before she started applying the extensions was soooo gentle and relaxing. I fell asleep midway through the service because she was so delicate! I couldn’t feel a thing! When she was finished, she handed me a mirror to show me the results to make sure I was happy. They looked incredible! I couldn’t believe the transformation. Thank you Taylor for your kindness and amazing results! I can’t wait to go back for my refill. If you book any appointments with The Lash Lounge-Henderson, I would definitely recommend Taylor as your lash artist. They also have an amazing membership program that saves you money on your refills and gives you discounts on products, additional services(they offer lash and brow tinting, brow threading, and lash lifts!), and upgrades. I love getting my lash lift here. Results last me 6-8 weeks and it only takes an hour! they finish with a keratin treatment to keep my lashes healthy during the service . i’ve tried the different curls they offer and the tighter curl is my favorite!

And the most important part of my experience for me was, since I’ve never had this service done before I had no idea what I wanted or what to ask for but once I got there and was consulted with my Amazing lash tech Breanna (or briana *I messed up and didn’t ask for correct spelling. I’m sorry!) I found that my vision and standards to be exceeded! She absolutely set me up for success with the hybrid full set and with the proper length and curl that I walked away completely satisfied and I felt so beautiful! I love my lashes when they are done they are beautiful !! BUT !!! I had a kidney infection along with a fever and cancelled my appointment because I wouldn’t go in there with a fever .. the receptionist said she would still have to charge me half price .. I am a client that goes consistently every 2 weeks && for them to still charge is ridiculous!! I will be finding a new lash place bc I refuse to have to pay for a service I never received

I went in to get my first brow thread ever and it was overall a great experience. Taylor made me feel very comfortable and exceeded my expectations! I had a lash lift done with Adriana because I wanted to give the extensions a break and I loved the outcome of my lashes with doing a lift! My natural lashes are very straight and short and with my consultation with Adriana she advised that I buy the Volume mascara to help as well give some extra length to my lashes. My lashes look great and look noticeable with or without the mascara! Highly recommend!

They take their time and not in a rush to get you out the door and on to the next client. I loved that I was able to talk to my tech while getting lashes done. She was able to answer my questions. Tech got me the right fit for my face. All in all I LOVE MY LASHES!!!!!!
