I bought a wig & a few accessories there today, but had read all the reviews 1st, so I went in prepared for anything. However, I have to say was pleasantly surprised w/my experience. Arieon (hope I got her name correct), a young black female, was very pleasant & informative, answering all my questions (1st wig ever) & although I had a general though on what I wanted, I knew nothing about wigs, so she was a great help & I left satisfied w/o spending a fortune.

Purchased 4 hairpieces from them at different times. I rely on the staff to help pick the color. One of the hairpieces was way off.. The other 3 that I purchased had plastic banana type clips that broke immediately immediately. They would not issue a refund or even an exchange after one day after the purchase. Very rude. Poor customer service.

We Have Been There Twice And Have Been Treated Very Rudely With Bad Customer Service By A Young Blonde Girl And A Young Asian Girl.The 1st Time My Fiancee And I Spent $1300 And They Weren’t Helpful And Ignored Us And Didn’t Want Uz There And Were Terrible And Tried To Get Us To Buy Wigs We Didn’t Want.We Retuned A Few Weeks Later 20 Minutes Before Closing And They Rushed Us And Said They Don’t Get Paid And Wouldn’t Ring Us Up Until My Fiancee Raised Her Voice At Them.Those 2 Girls Should Be Fired Definitely

The hair I was looking for to do individual braids were available but the customer service is really bad. Staff members are extremely rude making it dreadful to go back. So if anyone has suggestions for another beauty store pls share!!

So, I stopped in this store to look at wigs, I saw a couple that I LOVED. I learned that the wigs were $599 but the sale was 50% off, great I thought, $300. I had no time to try on so I went back 2 days later, today.First thing, Im told $5 for a wig cap to try 3 wigs. I would get back $4 if I purchased. I thought what kind of BS is this? I paid it because I was CERTAIN I would purchase one of the wigs. As I tried on, this policy kept bugging me but I tried to get over it. There was just one other wig I wanted to see, but I was told to try it on I had to pay another $5. Thats it!! Not only is this insulting, but its stupid for serious paying customers such as myself.I get charging $1 for a cap, most places do that, but to not let me try a 4th wig without paying another $5 was just too much. (why not $5 for 5 wigs since you only keep a $1 if the customer buys?)I left, I will never return to this place. You just lost $300 today, jerks!They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was in Bullhead on vacation and this was the closest fully equipped beauty supply store!! They were so polite and nice!! The manager even gave me some free samples of some of their hair products! Thanks again!

I dont really like shopping here. Very limited supply of braiding hair. Also, very limited selection of hair care products for minorities. I prefer go to their main location off Maryland.

Worst place ever, employees are rude, might be racist. The owner was there one day never asked if I needed help, just kept looking at me as if u was going to steal something. Like zombies the Asian owner looked at me on camera the whole time. Horrible feeling when your spending money.

I went there to buy a wig. I wanted to try a wig on to see if it will fit me, the girls told me I had to pay $5 to try on the wig. And it wouldnt even apply towards my purchase. How can you buy a wig without trying it on? These people are thieves!!!!

Terrible customer service. I had 3 live entertainment artist that went to this store looking for wigs, and came back to practice empty handed. They are charging $5 to try on a wig with nasty attitudes... Are they crazy and out of their minds?????

Not impressed with the quality of the hair. Said to be genuine for $120 dollars and gets super tangly after 2 1/2 months. Wont be purchasing from here again.
