I love this place. I have alopecia and have gone to this salon for several years... (even before the new owners took over). I ended up moving out of state and cant find another place like it. Every time I make a trip to visit family I make a special trip to also stop by the salon for my needs.Everyone who works there cares about giving you the best possible (and realistic product) they can provide by providing custom cuts for their pieces. You can make private appointments and they try to be as accommodating to help you feel as comfortable as possible.

They are so friendly and helpful. I lost most of my hair during my illness and they were kind enough to get me in when they werent too busy. I appreciated that because it is embarrassing to be in public without a hat. I bought 2 wigs and absolutely love them. They made sure I was happy with the look before I left. I highly recommend them.

Stopped by the shop today and Heather made us feel very comfortable and explained the differences and styles. Outstanding customer service from a very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thanks!

Very personable service but not much selection

I was there about a week ago on vacation from Hawaii. Mother and daughter absolutely fitted me with a topper and it changed my life literally, I feel amazing it looks so natural, gives me the right amount of volume where I needed it to be. These ladies are the best, they take their time and explain as much as they can to you. It was my first experience with fitting a wig and they were, patient, kind, respectful and very very helpful. Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything, as it was I did purchase one wig and have had nothing but great compliments on how good it makes me look.Very reasonable prices and lots of selection.I have returned 2 more times and have purchased 2 more wigs.Highly recommend this place.Thank u Thank u

I bought 3 wigs here, I decided to go all out when I got so sick of trying to style my ever thinning hair. The wigs are beautiful, the service is excellent, the shop is charming. I really liked them. I have a large head, I had all the wigs stretched, but they were still not comfortable, the edge of the cap sat well back of my own hairline, and the neckline kept scooting up. I wish they had educated me to the fact that there are larger wigs out there, possibly offered to order larger sizes in the styles I selected. Im disappointed in them for that. I recently bought a large wig online, it fits so comfortably I dont feel like ripping it off as soon as I get home. I hope the Wig Cottage will offer larger sizes.EDIT 10/1 19I just changed my review to 5 stars. The Wig Cottage called me and let me know there were more options after stretching, wigs can be blocked. I should have let them know the wigs were still too small. I made an erroneous assumption that the stretch that was done was the last option. They size up gradually cause you can never go back smaller. I am so pleased they called me and let me know they care about my comfort and confidence in wearing my wigs.

Love them! I recently gave birth to my daughter and stared losing alot of hair.. I finally decided to go for it and try out a wig. Went to the Wig Cottage and they were absolutely amazing! They made my whole experience comfortable, fun and exciting! They were so patient with me, helping me try on different ones and gave me great suggestions, they even doted on my daughter which she loved! I ended up leaving the store with one on and definitely plan on going back to see them again! I feel like a whole new me! They even offered to show me how to care for and maintain the hair. 10/10 the best wig shop & stylists, EVER!

My hair is thinning. I was looking for a way to add more volume when I came across the wig cottage. They had many options and helped me pick a beautiful topper. They spent a lot of time with me and were very patient. I love my topper. I don’t remember the last time I had so many compliments about my hair. Thank you.

As a woman that has struggled with thinning hair, it took me a while to accept the idea of having a wig. After going to a couple wig shops in Las Vegas and in California I finally found The Wig Cottage. I not only love the wigs I have purchased but I also love the stylists there. They take such good care for me. My first time there I spent three hours with my stylist and even though I was so in love with the wig I couldnt get over the idea of actually wearing one out, after all that time she suggested putting the wigs on hold so I could think about it for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks I went back and they had all my information and the wigs I liked on file. I finally decided to purchase one. After wearing it I loved it so much, I now have a couple more. The time, attention, and knowledge they give is worth every penny Ive spent on the wigs. I love my new looks and feel beautiful again. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

The fine people at this establishment are an absolute dream to work with. Kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer. I am not thrilled about the reason I needed to visit the Wig Cottage but am happy that if I had to use an establishment like this, that I chose this one!

Went to Hair Cottage looking for a wig to wear on my 2 week Hawaii vacation. I was disappointed that they only carry synthetic hair wigs and the prices were very high ($250-400) for synthetic wigs. I was assured that they were high quality synthetic hair wigs and very good quality. So I purchased a synthetic hair wig for $275. The 1st week the wig was fine. The second week the wig started to shed, would not hold the style and looked so bad I was ashamed to wear it. Since they do not accept returns, I guess I’m stuck with this awful wig. I will never purchase products from The Wig Cottage again.

While travelling on an overseas holiday I decided to have a look at wigs after suffering alopecia areata in the last year. I did some research & their reviews were great so I thought if I was ever going to get a wig/hairpiece this would be the place to go. I didn’t make an appointment as I just wanted to see what was available and I left there with a hairpiece that is so perfect for what I need. The staff were fantastic, they’re so helpful and listened to my concerns and found something for me that was subtle and natural. I can see why this business has such great reviews. They’re a great team and they definitely deserve 5+ stars. 👍👍👍
