Easily my favorite store, even better than Costco! If you like saving by buying large sizes, they offer regular, medium, and gigantic sizes on a lot of their canned, jarred, and produce goods. The prices on their smaller-sized items are very good, so you dont have to worry about if youre getting a good deal or not. I wish their produce section was bigger, but I realize they offer differing selections at other locations. This location is nearest to our house, so I cannot complain about a thing. Their liquor department is competitively priced as well.

Shopped at S&F Henderson for the 2nd time, the store is stocked with items I commonly buy and I plan on shopping each week. Two suggestions: its okay to bulk sell durable edibles such as potatoes, onions, and carrots. Its best to individually sell apples and oranges at a price which keeps people coming back. Seeing a 10 count bag of oranges with one being moldy isnt helping S&F or anyone else. These oranges could have been sold to help the community remain healthy. Second: I appreciate a hello good morning or good afternoon from staff. Hearing did you find everything okay each visit from a forced robot check-out person is dehumanizing. Stick to basics.

Even though if never been inside a S&F I did see some pretty good deals...so I will definitely be backon the other hand I wont be back to this store...• no associates to help• cashier who was clearly irritated wasnt very pleasant with her eye rolling at my questions

I just stopped in to buy baklava, Smart & Final used to have a nice big platter that was a little on the expensive side but it was worth it. I was shocked and extremely disappointed the baklava now comes on a platterthat is half the size it used to be and its still the same price! What a rip off! Ill not be shopping there any more

I dont understand how this store as big as it is had only 1 cash register open. The line to check out was wrapped down the front and around the last aisle. Too much like Walmart which is why I stopped shopping there. I left and didnt bother getting the items I had in my cart.

I really like Smart & Final I would give it a five because every time Ive been there to pick up certain products theyve always had it in stock

Quick fast Courteous service . Prices are amazing Compared to Costco or Sams Club . The smaller store makes it easier to navigate and locate items Which is a big plus

Love this place so much. They have so many things for kitchens from knives to half pans. Most things in the store are also in bulk and are super cheap.

Bathrooms are open.Store is about as clean as they ever were.Shelves seem pretty well stocked.You could do worse.Needs a remodel to update the rather dated but fuctional look.Front isle is rather tight due to lane restrictions for cashier exit

Hello! First off I want to say I am a huge Smart & Final fan. Your staff here is extremely helpful and honestly very approachable. I dont go to many places where I can strike up conversations with employees in the aisles and it not be awkward.Today I had the unfortunate experience of watching a customer be extremely rude to one of your own. I just wanted to hop on here and say you all are amazing, keep doing what youre doing... and that I am sorry to Julie, that she had to face that. A woman was very confrontational with her and it escalated quickly to a dark place. She was only trying to do her job to best of her ability. I will say her team mates were very quick to step in and help relieve her.Bottom line is I AM SORRY THAT SHE MADE YOU CRY, YOURE A QUEEN.

Unimpressive. Limited produce options, same with frozen foods. Good ace to go for paper products & foods in quantities about ½ the size of Costco sizes.

Great place to shop. But there are items they dont have this location like some of the other Smart & Final stores around town.

For those that cant read signs let me help. THIS IS NOT A GROCERY STORE. It is a restaurant and service supply store that is open to the public. Do not expect to find the same variety as in Albertsons but you can find things you cant get anywhere else.i.e. cooking and serving equipment plus bulk items. Most sales require multiple items. If looking for a Grocery Store go to one.

Specifically went there for Uncle Bens rice in a large bag, which they had, knew we could count on them. Came away with more, as we found other items we hadnt been able to locate elsewhere.

I have frequented this Smart & Final often in the past with positive results!I went there to purchase cleaning supplies in September 15 2019 with amazingly poor results! I am a disabled veteran with a Nationally Registered Service Dog! The evening was a cool one, and I was in the store for no longer than 10 min. My truck is clearly marked with “Caution K-9” placards! My dog is trained to remain in the vehicle unless I open the door to let her out! On this occasion, unbeknownst to me, somehow she got out, and came to the door of where she saw me enter at this smart and final. A customer walking in notified the cashier, and the “acting store manager “ who did nothing! Mind you, the dog was wearing a red “service dog” clearly marked “Support Dog”! Rather than stating over the PA system. They admittedly did nothing!I went outside and called my dogs name, and a young lady came up tome with my dog! Thank God for that young lady! My dog loves children! I can only assume that she jumped out to “play with a child! Granted, I should have teachers Meadow in the vehicle, or brought her in with me, however I have experienced hassles from store managers in the past, and I didn’t want to go through the hassles. When I asked the Acting Store Management why they didn’t mention it over the p a system, or try to make sure this clearly marked service dog owner wasn’t a customers dog, and there was only three customers in the store at this time. His response was to argue with me IN Public, that he chose to ignore the incident! Then he followed me outside to continue arguing with me!I have heard other department stores ask if anyone was missing there dog before.I will NEVER go back to this store, and I would advise anyone to boycott this store! The Customer Service at this location is clearly NON-EXISTENT!

There were lots of green tags.Plus the weekly ad had a coupon for 10% off your entire purchase.The staff is very helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Great for a quick stop. We get Toriani syrups for our coffee and Italian sodas, quart sized. Stores always clean and the lines are short.

Well stocked and was able to do a quick in and out.

Some Costco type deals without having to buy for an army. The sale prices are great. Regular prices are OK too. I like it for getting in and out quickly.

This place is the greatest if you need to get in and out quick . Service is always good and wait is usually very short . 5 is for service cleanliness and quick access . Does not have all products but good in a pinch

Man I love this place. Very clean store. Upscale. Much nicer than the rest of the locations. Helpful staff...theyre always there to help you. My boy Jarell,who works there is always on it helping me out and all the rest of his customers. Thanks for being awesome Jarell!!! Keep up the good work bud! I am responding to the dumb employees remark. Not everyone has great days. I wonder how many people think you are the bomb all the time. I visit my local S/F about once a week. The employees are awesome. We all have bad days.

I asked for help twice here and the attendants were very busy but treated me like I was their only customer I really appreciate the staff.

After the aftermath of hoarding shoppers, Smart & Final has quite a variety of most all items in stock.

Today I was checking out and the woman in front of me had a huge order on the belt and then a man with a huge cart came up behind me. Then a female cashier comes up and says to the man BEHIND me says, Oh I can help you over here. uh really? How stupid. Needless to say I handed my 2 items to my cashier and said, excuse me, I am leaving Im not buying anything from your store...she just took the person behind me and walked out. What poor service and a bad employee she was. No one wants to deal with dumb employees at a business.
