Thank you so much for having stocked shelves on a busy holiday (Memorial Day) I had visited a different grocery store chain .. actual 2 of their stores and BOTH were out of what I needed! I had almost given up but thought of giving you a shot before driving home! Your store was refreshingly stocked AND clean and I also noticed there was an abundance of HELPFUL staff working throughout the store who actually cared about helping me. Well done!!

This Vons is deep in the hood...it is extremely small,has security like Fort Knox,and feels very unfriendly, in general

Very nice grocery store situated on the side of a mountain right off the US95. Shopping center its in is super convenient. Employees are nice and helpful. Great selection of fresh produce. Slightly.on the the pricey side but it beats the crowds at Smiths. Will shop here again.

The prices are ridiculous, the produce is hit and miss, but the employees here are absolutely wonderful. It really helps to have friendly faces to talk to when Im spending more than I should have to.

Always out of stock of most things I try to get there. (i.e. spring water)The store always looks dirty too. Not sure if its their awful color scheme or just dirt..Youre better off going to WinCo. Cheaper prices, and a much nicer store. Oh and they keep things in stock there! *gasp*

Love the cleanest store n they carry kanishes frozen. Fruits n veggies are always fresh.

I dont usually shop Vons.However I think it on par with Albertsons, but one better. Just from one the one time I have been there from recent memory. Nice cashiers and stock personnel. I cant comment on the meat (butcher) department. First time memorable experience.

I know grocery stores are supposed to be clean, but lets be honest here, thats not always the case. Best grocery ever! The store is very clean and classy. It offers a full deli plus fresh daily fried chicken, potato wedges, and an assortment of salads. Ive purchased the chicken many times for gatherings and my guests raved that its better than KFC. There is also a sandwich and grill station which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Theres a full service bakery, fish market and butcher shop as well. The produce is exceptional with a lovely floral shop. All employees are gracious and quite helpful with all your needs. I almost forgot the STARBUCKS! Grab a cappuccino on your way in for a wonderful shopping experience. No, Im in no way affiliated with Vons. Its just my favorite store.

This visit was good others not so much

I like Vons weekly ads. Theyre very detailed they usually have a good selection on whats on sale. Theyre little pricey but they have a lot of higher end products here grocery wise. Its not my go-to store but its convenient cuz its close and they always have a good items there.

Thanks when I first came into the store there was someone to help me because Im handicapped this gentleman went and got me a handicap cart I went around the store clean very nice went in the meat department there was some they are to help me got everything I want and needed and to this I thank you please keep the good work up there are stores out there that talk but this one really works thank you again

Very expensive even with digital coupons. They dont have a lot of the things I want ! Its never busy thats a plus!But Smiths is the best by far!! Theyre always busy.

We were excited about our visit. Store was clean, neat and well organized.

From the parking lot to the inside of this store, clean. The staff was nice and pleasant, helpful. But Vons is Vons, they are a supermarket. Vons of the yester year, fresh soup and other assorted item to sit and enjoy. But today this vons puts its best foot forward and does a lot of things right.

Parking lot was full but purchasing items and checking out fast quite a surprise. Faster than their next closest store.

This is my neighborhood grocery. Its small but Im used to that now. Its literally the only grocery Ill buy beef & chicken at, today I also picked up a cedar planked salmon. Good fresh food.

Continually short staffed at the checkouts, 10am on a Friday, one check stand open and five shoppers deep....this happens a LOT!

I went to Vons because my mother was looking for some Perdue chicken and they had something that was like Perdue chicken from the reviews but she hasnt tried them yet so I dont know

Did grocery shopping at Vons and its set up just like Safeway, made me feel like home.

Employees are always kind, helpful and its nice when they remember you. Store is always clean and normally very well stocked. App for coupons and additional discounts is very easy to use and navigate. Pharmacy staff are amazing as well. This is by far my favorite place to shop for groceries and get my medicine.

I went to the bakery to order my sons birthday cupcakes and the guy was nice and offered to put spiderman rings on for me. I also needed a small cake which they didnt have. He told me that if I brought a picture in they can put it on a small cake which was perfect! I then went to 3 different stores trying to print a picture for the cake. The next day I brought it in to add the cake to my order. The lady told me come back the next day because the decorator wasnt there to take my order. So the THIRD day I come in and the girl informs me that they will make all my stuff but it will be in the fridge for 3 days because the decorator is off. I then started crying in the store cause im frustrated they didnt tell me that from the beginning. I dragged my toddler around with me to all these stores for no reason. Why would they sell cakes that have been sitting in the fridge for days!? And why do they not have 2 decorators!? A HUGE waste of time. I went down the street to albertsons and they where perfect and informed me that they have 2 people working on cakes so it will be fresh.

I love the management of this store. Brandon, Jesus, and Joe(the store director) are fantastic.

Excellent meat counter for the smoker/barbequeing inclined. In this covid era they take it serious and have all precautions in place except for a temperature station. I did not notice one anyway.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Large selection of items. Only negative time was when I bought a cake from the bakery and it was stale. Still, my favorite Vons to shop at.

My wife like to buy the menajahtwa Wine we usually find it at the Smiths stores but we were able to find it at Vons, they also carry a deli meat thats similar to Boris head and about half the price havent tried the meet yet Ill giving an update when I do.

The store is clean and pretty much stocked; there are times I dont get what Im looking for. I see employees cleaning the carts and they have stuff for you to wipe it down too. The deli, produce and meat areas are always fresh. Parking is plentiful.

Vons is potentially my favorite Supermarket. Better quality of fruits and vegetables than Walmart

Friendly staff, have a hard time keeping shelves stocked sometimes and the selections of products has also dwindled as of late. Most likely because of covid but I worry the lack of product will continue after the pandemic

Vons has everything you need! Great deli and meat department. The bakery has a huge selection of breads, bagels, cakes and donuts. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. This store is always clean and well stocked. Even if its busy, I never spend more than 3 to 6 minutes in line. Thank you to all the staff and management. Keep up the great work!!

Steak selection was not very good.

The store manager accosted me on Saturday 12/12/2020. He ran up from behind me and tried to steal my shopping cart from me at full speed while I was stopped and holding onto the cart. He nearly knocked me down and I pulled every muscle in my lower body trying to keep my balance and hold onto the cart. He then ripped a bag of chips out of my hands at self checkout, spilling the chips everywhere and destroying the product, further dehumanizing and humiliating me in front of employees and customers. Id give zero stars if I could.

Great service pre-covid... However the state has mandated face masks and I expect Vons to ensure they are compliant. My wife and I were there July 1 evening and saw at least 3 people without a mask and an employee wearing hers incorrectly. Protect your customers and your employees.If someone walked in smoking a cigarette youd approach them to enforce non-smoking law, same thing.

Lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Very helpful, customer oriented staff. Nice selections and great deli and bakery. Many ice cream cakes, for birthdays. That they will even put their names on them for you. Great place

It is always a pleasure to shop thereIf I cant locate a product, there is always someone to tell me where it is located or they will go get it for me.

Nice place spent way to much as they had a lot of different things I have not seen before. Checkout they made sure I had their discount card instantly with no filling out personal information. Card is also good at Safeway.

Vons is one of my go to markets here in Mccullough Hills.

They had everything we were after. I had some issues with the self checkout, but I am pretty sure that was operator error.

, Vons is overpriced. They just are... Now, if you use the Just for U program in r determined to save money, stopping by Vons for their deals is a great way to save money. However, I wouldnt suggest shopping there for everything. It seems like most items are marked up at least 20 to 25% above other grocery stores. On the plus side though, the stores are clean and usually the customer service is good. Items are fresh. Its a good place to shop. Just expect to pay a pretty penny unless youre only going there for the sales and specials. They have an app called just for you. Download that, and youll see that there are some pretty great deals on it. Like prices you cant find anywhere else.

This Vons is depressing. The outside of the store looks nice. Nothing is every stocked, no variety, no selection. Sad sad sad.

With the carona virus this store makes me extremely comfortable because they are actually cleaning their surfaces and everything they can,unlike Albertsons which got rid of their cleaning crew so Vons is the store to go to.

I appreciate how friendly everyone who works here is.the store is clean and I dont usually have s problem finding the items I need.

I went into Vons this morning about 8 am to pick up just a few items I needed. The checkout lines were pretty long even though every checkout lane was open. There was even a long line for self checkout. I saw the lights were on at the express checkouts (15 items of less) where a man with a basket full to the top and underneath was standing in one of the express lanes. When I inquired if he was in that line or just passing through he barked at me that there are no express lanes. There were no signs anywhere stating that you could use any lane and the express lane signs were still there lit up so I asked the checker who agreed with the man that shoppers could use any lane they want so that they could quickly get out of there. I guess Vons on Horizon Ridge decided to cater to the hoarders and it is not important for people, mostly seniors, who pick up just a few items to be able to get in and out of the store quickly. So if you only need a few items dont shop at Vons because they are not honoring the express lanes and only the big shoppers know it.
