I came in to this office yesterday to renew mine and my husbands passport. It was my first time getting them renewed so I wasn’t sure what to do exactly. I came up to the counter to ask a few questions to get me started, Scott the store manager was the only person working, so when I asked him a question, he made me feel like I was bothering him. All he did was point at the computer and told me to use it to get the renewal started, no explanation of how the process works or anything. Then I asked him, can I do this at home on your Fedex website and all he said was yes, then started ignoring me. At that point I felt uncomfortable and just unwanted. This “MANAGER” needs to understand that without customers, you have no business. Very disappointing experience!I came back after completing the passport process through the FedEx link, and I needed to get my photo taken, and finish this process. The ONLY saving grace this manager Scott has on his side is his staff, they stepped in and started helping me through the rest of this process. When it was time for my photo, Scott walked over to the photo area and stood there, didn’t ask me to follow him, didn’t tell me that he was even taking my photo, literally walked over with his camera and stood there. Not sure what’s going on in his personal life, but he needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE and leave whatever it is at home.

Lost my package, truly a pathetic shadow of their former selves. Even more pathetic when you realize their customer service makes the post office looks good.

My husband and I came in at 1:30 today to have copies printed. We were told that we needed to come back in a little bit because there was one person ahead of us. 1 person! We came back two hours later and the job was not even started yet. We were only requesting 200 copies. I can’t understand how they could drop the ball like that. We figured two hours would be enough time for them to get the job done. We were picking them up on the way to a seminar and this almost made us late. The cost was absolutely outrageous as well. I will never come back.

Need employees with GOOD customer service skills. Saying I dont know to a customer warrants firing.

I went back to this fedex office on Stephanie and Horizon Ridge after initial visit earlier and had more custom printingdone and the following people were most helpful and especially the. mgr. who just kept doing it until she had it right . They all three were so nice Destiny, Summer and Zach...Thank you so much see you again.

I went to have something printed that was very important to me and just didn’t know what I was doing. Elaine helped me. She sized up my situation immediately, new what to do and did it for me 1-2-3. I was so grateful. My anxiety level went from 10 to confident She was competent, and most pleasant. I am returning today to get finished product mailed . I highly recommend this place!

WORST service ever, they cant EVER deliver an package in time.. Hate hate FedEx they are fat and lazy.

Elaine and Teresa are knowledge and helpful. They completed the set up for my business account which the phone rep couldnt finish. They were very genuine in trying to provide the best service possible.

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff here are extremely helpful. I’m able to get what I need, and get in and out very efficiently. I will continue to use their services as they been very helpful to me as a business person.

The FedEx Express truck and driver just hang out at this location past 4pm yet they refuse to accept a package with label after 4pm. I even stood there as I was told this cannot go today and then as I walked out a woman asked the driver not employee and he said yes to accept her box?! WTF - HORRIBLE service.Now the best yet is yesterday I dropped off 3 FedEx 2nd Day Air boxes at 3:30pm. And they did NOT SHIP them until the next day! They didnt scan them until 4:14pm after I left and then they were not picked up until 4:27pm. HOW - they have a cut off time of 4pm?! So how are they scanning at 4:27pm a box that was handed to them the day before at 3:30pm or earlier?!Oh yeah and they screw you because since they refuse to scan when you drop off you have no recourse or proof. Except that I clocked out of work early at 3:02pm just to drop off and they are 1.6 miles from my work.So now because of them, the company I work for is getting kicked off Amazon Seller Prime for 7+ days because they have 3 orders that show shipped late because of this specific location! This is one of the reasons we left FedEx and went back to UPS - but Amazon uses FedEx and thus the only reason we have FedEx shipments.

Excellent service. Phillip knocked it out of the park. He helped me with a small project. His temperment throughout and willingness to help me make adjustments were above the call. My only complaint is that this is a smaller store. They offer three seats and a smaller book selection. This one of the highest rated stores in the area and I can see why.

Forced to re-box used boxes that were slightly soft on the corners and pay for new boxes. I ship regularly and have never been asked to do this before. Would not use this location again.

My package was on drivers truck but he was too lazy to deliver it. He’s taking it back to a facility 30 miles away and will deliver in another 4 days. No home delivery on Mondays. Fed Ex is the worst. Their is a facility 2 miles from my house.

Print quality for standard 18x24 black ink only (banner printer HP brand) was POOR quality. For about $2.50 per sheet, they need to provide paper that is not see through. The staff said that is the only paper it can take and so therefore LIED to me, because I know HP would never make a printer that would be so limited AND I usually go to another FedEX shop where it does print on higher grade paper.

I had a most pleasant visit today. The ladies were customer service oriented. Kind and accomaditing.

Fast help asked if boxes were free told location after I boxed it and did labeling was informed that it cost. I asked first wont go to that location again

The woman working there said that I had to give her my drivers license to ship a package. When I asked her why she said it was policy and pointed to a sign on the counter. I can think of no reason to give a shipping clerk my drivers license except for maybe they are using that information to scam me some way. UPS and the post office did not ask for a drivers license to ship my package. I left and will no longer attempt to ship by FedEx.

Absolutely the worst store... i come in to print 1 paper and took almost 30 mins. This store only has one computer and had someone who has on idea how to use computers is on it and no one is helping him... lady at front desk tries to give me a different solution. Knowing i know they can print for me and im in a super hurry shes says there is nothing she can do... 10 mins later she says she can print for me... tf? Was you thinking? I could have been out the store.. just email me it.. i email it... sorry im not getting the email... more time wasted at the end of the day they suck, they have horrible customer service.. better off doing everything myself in life...

I’ve been a Kinkos/Fedex Office customer for over 10 years now, and I’ve always had more or less a good experience when I need a job done. As a graphic designer, I print everything from business cards, to fliers, to posters, and when I need it done ASAP, Fedex Office is there for me.In particular, I’ve always had a great experience with Kayla at the Fedex Office located at 11 S. Stephanie St. in Henderson. She is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She has assisted me with printing, shipping, and laminating jobs, and I even work my schedule around her being there so that I can receive the best service possible. Just so you know, it’s not just me that receives the great service from Kayla. I’ve been in the store while she helps other customers, and she also gives them fantastic service.My last note. I have inkjet and color laser printers here with me at work, but the quality of Kinkos laser printing is far superior to what I can print in house. I can’t explain exactly what the difference is, but it’s almost like it’s layered on the paper.

Horrible experience. The girl at the counter would not allow us to ship over 70lbs. Went down the street to the other fedex/kinkos and they had no problem shipping it ground.Very rude

Hard to find...its in this shopping center with entrances that are hidden. I am not surprised that 3/4 of the place is vacant. Other than that, its usually less crowded than other FedEx locations.
