Entered store expecting to leave with what I needed based on given information. Left disappointed and without the paint I really needed. Employees were in a rush despite the store being empty. Will try another location instead.

Nice staff. Pricey paint but really good quality. It spreads very evenly. I only buy here on sale 40% off. Contractors get better pricing, but I paint myself. If you can afford the extra cost I recommend this paint and this store always has nice people...and free coffee for customers. 😉

When doing some touch up painting today, I thoughtlessly placed the can lid on top of the old can...couldn’t get it back off to finish what I was doing. This location is the closest to me. I was hoping they’d have the right tool for me to buy to get on/off. Krystal Johnston helped assess things. She even remembered that she had a tool in her purse that got the job done! She wouldn’t let me pay for the new lid she gave me. I REALLY appreciated the excellent above-and-beyond service! Please let me know where I can also write to express my thanks higher up the organization. (BTW, it was not a Sherwin Williams brand paint can either)

We went in with a list of colors for which we wanted chips. They arent displayed in numerical order but one of the staffers dove in with his reference list and found them all. Great service and amazing selection!

The paint that theyve recommended, one coat cover the other paint, was not doing its job. So, as much as a paid for the paint it shouldve done what I wanted it to do. So, sale people didnt give me the correct paint.

That I have had really great customer service. Also, when you get the paint at 30% to 40% off during a sale it costs no more than getting paint from Home Depot or Lowes and its nice to go to a place where they specialize in paint.

Justin Davis is rude doesnt acknowledge customers and doesnt even know his paint and you ask for a paint color and he doesnt even try to look for it.

Richard needs to learn customer service skills. He is not helpful and lazy. He doesnt like to take pre-orders and is always trying to up sale. He has a cocky attitude. He even told me that the sample paints are inferior. He says during sale times its to busy to take pre-orders so I guess management tells them not. Hmm.

They mix a perfect color match, even from a different, out of business, paint supplier. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to get a match for Frazzee paint (bought out by Sherwin Williams and discontinued). I had an old can of satin and wanted a new can of matte. When I went back he was re-doing the order as the color didnt turn out right. His second attempt looked better and seemed okay comparing to the old can. He had used a visual color match with my paint to get the required ingredients rather than using the actual paint name and number to get the match. When I used the paint at home it didnt match. Now I have to start again. I know it can be matched as I had some renovation work done recently and the builder matched the color using the brand name and color name only (Cielo Blanco). Im guessing the old paint had some rust in it from the can. Im not blaming Sherwin Williams, rather I blame myself for not insisting the match be made by name and number.Update: I subsequently went to Lowes. They matched the color by name and within 5 minutes I had what I wanted at less than half the price of Sherwin Williams. When I tried it out, the color blended with the original perfectly.

Customer service was excellent and they can match any other color of their competitors.
