David is the best painter in town. His work is by far better than anyone else I’ve ever seen. We take several of our cars to him, and have never been let down. We are always thoroughly satisfied with his work! I highly recommend Blue Ridge collision Center! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

My wife has a brand new Subaru and she was heartbroken when she had a close encounter with a stone wall. I took it to several shops and Blue Ridge was the least expensive by far. That alone concerned me (I wanted it to look as good as new) but David reassured me they would do a good job. He was right! My wife loves her car again...and me for getting a great repair job. Been doing business here for some time now and couldnt be happier. Only time I took something there that they were uneasy about, they had no problem referring me to someone they thought could do a better job. Im very pleased to be one of their customers.

Had Brake job on an @2015 Toyota sienna, they never turned rotors and hopefully put new pads on.Now it surges very bad when you apply brakes.My wife drives this car and will take it somewhere else to have them corrected.Thanks for nothing.

Love this place! Wonderful customer service, and they have been able to fix just about every issue I have thrown at them. And it is all very fairly priced. The only time they couldn’t fix something, they gave me a great referral and actually set up an appointment for me to bring my car over. It is always great to have a trusty mechanic!

The true testimony of my satisfaction is that, as an insurance agent, I actually refer my clients to them. I have been completely impressed with Blue Ridge. They have done great work with every service I have obtained. I have actually had a couple of experiences where the final charge was less than what they quoted. Their honesty on this means a lot. They could have easily charged me the price quoted and I would have paid without question. However, in both instances the labor took less time than expected and I was charged accordingly. They stay very busy, so an appointment is usually needed, but in my experience they are worth the wait. The feedback from the customers I have referred has been just as positive.

My son had a nail in his tire and was on his way back to college. They fit him in first thing in the morning and fixed it (without charging him, by the way). We have brought all our cars there for repairs and tires, and will continue to do so! They are honest and exactly what you would hope most small town repair shops should be. Thank you!

I showed up unexpected on their doorstep early one morning when the water pump went out on our 2012 Mustang with only 35,000 miles. They were great! They fixed it within a day at half the price the dealership wanted. The dealer was also going to take a week before they could get to it. Many where I work have used them and always been very pleased. It is hard to find a good, honest mechanic. They are definitely one!

Steve, and all the employees have always been very friendly. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, and they just do good work, for a very fair price. This is exactly what a small company, in a small town should be like! Great job guys!

I cant even begin to understand the high ratings this shop has. I took my car to them after an accident. Not only did more things end up breaking that wasnt broken before, they didnt do an alignment (was a front end collision) and didnt tell me I needed new tires. They also missed a very important part that needed to be replaced. I had to put my car back in the shop and I had to pay for an extra week on a rental after them already having my car for an entire month. They also didnt even do a proper estimate! I was told over and over well it wasnt on the estimate. They simply went by what the insurance guy quoted for body parts!!! What kind of place does that????Also instead of contacting me about my messed up shifter cable (would have gladly paid out of pocket to have them fix it within the extra week they had it), they ghetto fixed it with zip ties and then called later to quote me a price to fix it. Now I have to go to another body shop to fix something that could have been fixed within two hours there if they would have only taken the time to care.I was treated like crap, when trying to talk to the guy on the phone about what was happening (twice) he got an attitude with me and acted like I was such a burden. I paid them 2800$ not to mention the extra 200 they are getting from my insurance, only to have to go to another body shop to have them fix an issue they fixed with zip ties!!! I am so livid. I will not recommend these guys to anyone. Ive discussed my horrible experience with multiple people from the area and they were so shocked that a body shop left my car in the situation they did. Not just once but twice!!!

I left my uncles car on August 29 to have a repair done from previous visit in July. Today is September 25 and I am still waiting. When I call I get an excuse they are so busy they have not gotten to it yet or the part is ordered. I never get a follow up phone call letting me know the progress. I am the one to initiate getting the lack of progress.Makes me wonder if my uncle were not 96 years old and could handle this himself would the results be different, after all I am just a female relative.

Id avoid these guys. They had my wifes car for 9 months. for the first 8 months all they did was make excuses. The car ran worse after we got it back. We had to take it someplace else to repair all of the things done incorrectly

Great customer service and they do a great job!

When I pulled in, there was a written notice on the door indicating that the mechanic was in the garage and listed a number. But when I inquired inside the people told me that in fact no one was on duty. And despite the advertised sign for oil changes, the one mechanic was already using the lift and besides, they have to order the filters in advance... So Id really need to call in advance. Im writing this from the picnic table at the jiffy lube.
